It didn't show up until the following Tuesday. When I called, I was told that perishable items aren't shipped on Thursdays per their policy--which I never saw during checkout on mobile. I was told the policy is under their "About" section (not exactly where you'd expect shipping info). I wasn't asking for a full refund, just a $30 adjustment for the shipping. Instead, I was told "anyone would know" they don't ship pies on Thursdays. That was insulting. My family loved the pie, but the customer service left me incredibly disappointed. I had planned to order again for myself and a friend, but I won't be back. I've since found Elle's Belles in Montana--better service, just as delicious.

The best part is, everything they serve pairs well with any of Farmstrong's delish beers or house-brewed ciders.
