We got three quotes. Paramount was slightly more expensive than the cheapest quote. Omar took the time to make recommendations and listened to our ideas. He gave us a quote right away. We placed the order a few weeks later and the crew showed up by 8am on the set installation day. These guys work their tails off and know their stuff. By 6pm we had a 5' tall 300' traditional solid fence made with western red cedar. I went over everything with s fine tooth comb after they left and couldn't find a single flaw in their craftsmanship. We are very happy customers. read more

Our fence installation was just completed three hours ago, and I simply couldn't wait to get online and sing the praises of Paramount's work! They worked hard to get the fence completed, and their work is absolutely flawless and beautiful. We just keep going outside to look at it, and we are indescribably happy. We worked with Tommy and Michael before the install, who were both wonderful, and Saul and his crew worked from dawn til dusk to get the job done. Everyone was so kind and respectful, and the fence is meticulous. I couldn't be happier! read more

Loved working with Paramount! Our fence blew over in the wind a few weeks ago and needed to have 10 posts removed and replaced. I reached out that weekend and someone called me on Monday morning. They were very friendly and had Arturo come out to take a look and quote. He gave me multiple options and pricing. We booked the work that day and were added to the schedule. Mike reached out to then provide next steps (timing, process, etc). Their communication was amazing!! Now, because they were busy with lots of projects it did take a few weeks before they were able to do the work BUT they kept me informed of the timings when I signed up and provided constant communication. I will for sure work with them again in the future and highly recommend for any fence work needed!! read more

The installation was great. The installers did a fine job it looks wonderful. I've had it for almost a year now. My problem is with the quality of materials they use. The fence cannot get any weaker. You touch it or lean on it it bends and flexes. My dog decided to even chew on it it was so soft when I was talking to a neighbor on the other side of the fence. I thought she might've been able to chew right through it. I should've went with another company selling stronger fences. read more

Did a fantastic job on our back fence -- wood grain vinyl! Chris was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

I was happy to get my fence finally installed after months of waiting and putting down half of the payment. The day the fence was installed, I noticed that the pickets were cut with a bad blade and many of the pickets were eating up while being cut. I complained about the top of all pickets having may splinters and looking bad. Many of the pickets were split. Marcos came out and tried to tell me that is how they are it will dry up and not have splinters. He finally said he will have some of the pickets replaced and marked the ones that looked eaten up while cutting. That took a couple months and someone came out to replace 20 of the pickets. More are still eaten up and the tops of all are still full of splinters. I never received a call about them replacing more of them even though the installer said more needed it. I even asked if I was going to get a discount or if they are going to come out and sand down all the pickets. Nothing is being done. Today a received a letter stating that I didn't pay in full and they will take out the fence if not paid in 30 days. The quality of the product is not what I was expecting. The brochure shows better quality and my pictures are not that. I am going to file with the BBB and hope to get some resolution to a fence that is good quality for the price I was quoted. read more

We worked with a Marcos @ Paramount fence and everything turned out great. Marcos was very professional and on time and thorough. It was his idea to have no contact since the Covid19 had begun, so I was glad to see that. But the quote was just under the other we had gotten. And we worked out a few details and the job was done on-time and just as we requested. The two gentleman who came out were very efficient and cane to us at the end to see if we had any questions or concerns. Our yard has quite an irregular slope in a few places, so it was Impossible for a fence to stay a perfect 1 inch everywhere from the ground so they shored up the ground in the couple spots that had a larger gap. Our dog is now free to run without a chain restraining her. Great job guys. Thanks. read more

Top of the line company. Pros-from the get-go. Daniel the estimator adjusted to our timeline of purchasing our home and when we needed the fence installed. He handled all the details with the city and HOA. The crew was very polite and professional. They built both a wooden privacy and metal fence using top quality materials and completed over 200 LFt in one day. Their price was on point to our budget compared to other quotes we received. Several companies in the are never returned calls or quotes. Would highly recommend for your fence project. read more

We had a fantastic experience with paramount fencing. We got our dog 2 years ago and knew we wanted to fence in our yard right after we got him. We got several quotes from local fencing companies and went with Paramount based on their quote and professionalism in communicating with us. Our yard was a bit tricky, but they provided several different solutions and we were pleased with the one we chose. The day they installed everything went perfectly and our fence looked beautiful. 2 years later we are still thrilled- the fence is beautiful, the gates work well, and our neighbors are happy because the fence looks great! read more

Paid for fence in full and was told they would order the material without the permit since we are in a time crunch for the fence due to going out of town, was told 2-3 weeks for install.. called multiple times to inquire about the install date, during the third week I called Paramount to inquire about the fence install date and was told the material was just being shipped to them tonight! Nobody prior told us the material wasn't even shipped. They had no further information to provide me... they tell you they will call the evening prior to the fence being installed.. not a happy customer... let's hope the fence install is painless read more

Ultimately we ended up with a functional fence, but were unhappy to find beer cans left from the install crew. My husband and I contracted with Paramount Fence for three sections of fence to be installed on our property in March 2021 with a tentative install in mid-May 2021. It was our responsibility to call Paramount Fence during the second week of May to find out when they would schedule the install which seemed odd to us, but not a big deal. We called during the second week of May and were scheduled for installation on 5/17/21. On 5/17/21 we had the fence installed and it took over 12 hours to install less than 70 linear feet after we'd been told it should only take a few hours as it was not a big job. This was, again, not a big deal but just worth highlighting as I write about the other issues. Once the work was "completed" on 5/17, the installation team just packed up and left. Nobody knocked on the door to notify us that the work was completed or to have us confirm that we were pleased with the work performed. At this point it was closer to 8pm so it was dark, but we went outside to take a look at the fence and found multiple issues and decided we wanted to take a closer look when it was light. The next day, we went out to look in the light and noticed large gaps in the fence, a screw sticking out right where you'd put your hand, and part of the fence being disconnected from the other part of the fence. Boards on the gates were also uneven. We also found a bag of beer cans behind our shed and other garbage the team left behind. Had we been pleased with the work, we wouldn't have said anything about the beer cans, but the shoddy work, length of time to install, leaving without saying anything to us, and then finding beer cans in our yard was not a good look for Paramount in our opinion and led us to believe the team was drinking while performing the work. My husband called Paramount to let them know about our concerns and it took two calls before anyone responded to him. On 5/20/21, the salesperson came out to inspect the fence and to retrieve the beer cans. The salesperson said he would speak to the operations manager as the beer was unacceptable and not how they want to be known for doing business. He also agreed that certain portions were not done properly, but that one of the sections that was not connecting to the existing fence was unable to be connected because of where the other part of the fence fell in relation to the property line (we were okay with this, but would've preferred to know this when the work was quoted to us as they had the plat survey and walked the property with us). The salesperson said someone would reach out to us to discuss remediation of the issues, but that never happened. On 6/22/21, after not hearing from anyone since the salesperson was at our home on 5/20, the Paramount crew showed up at my house. I'll add that reaching out to them was not a huge priority for us as we're currently preparing to have a baby, each work long hours, and hadn't paid for the work in full so we weren't out the full amount for the work. You'd think they'd knock on the door when they arrived or call ahead, but I only found out they were there that day because I happened to see them walking around in my backyard. I went out to speak with them and they said someone would call me when they leave, but someone should've called before they just showed up and let themselves into my yard. They kindly offered to show me how to lock the gate to prevent other people from walking into my yard, to which I responded that a closed gate on a 6ft privacy fence is a pretty clear indicator of "stay out" (you don't walk into someone's house just because their front door is unlocked). They said that they could fix the issues that day or come back another day, I agreed to let them fix the work (it's worth noting that before I even okayed having the work done that day, they'd already started pulling boards off of my fence so I didn't have much choice but to let them complete the work or deal with even bigger gaps) that day because their past actions indicated to me that it could be another 6 weeks before they just show up again. I also noticed that they brought some of the same people to fix the work that were there the first time which was a bit frustrating as they were the ones who improperly did the work before and left the beer behind. Once the work was completed that day, I walked the fence with them and confirmed my acceptance of the work. The team told me to expect a call from someone at Paramount to discuss the work...that never happened. A few days later I received a bill in the mail for the remaining 50% payment that was owed which I went in and paid in person. Even when I was there in person, nobody said anything to me about the work or issues we'd experienced. We will have to replace another portion of the fence in the next few years and certainly will not be using Paramount. read more

They do shotty work and leave the lawn a disaster! Been waiting for 4 months for them to fix the 4 foot gap they left and when they did, the new piece of aluminum fence is damaged. It's like they threw it in the back of that beat up pick up truck and drove to my house without protecting it. They messed up when they were cutting it so there are huge gouges in the fence and not to mention not a singe piece of aluminum is scratch free. It looks like it was dragged behind the pick up, not in it. How can you in good conscience install something like this? Shame on the installer and shame on Paramount for allowing people like that to work for them. Zero regard for the customer AT ALL! read more

Paramount Fence provided prompt and courteous service from start to finish. I received the estimate for my new fence and felt the price was where I wanted it to be so no need to get comparison quotes. The timing of the installation was extremely important to me as I have two small dogs and wanted the fence installed prior to moving in. I was provided a two week time frame, mainly as installation is weather dependent. To my surprise, I received an installation date prior to move in day which I was thrilled about. The crew arrived on time and were very polite and professional. There was concern over two trees and whether they would need to be moved, but the crew was able to install the fence and save the trees! My fence looks great. read more

Hands down, Paramount Fence is the best fence company around! They are honest, meticulous professionals that are worth the wait! I did my homework and had a total of 6 different companies provide me estimates. Paramount was one of two that was mistake free. However, Paramount was the only one that treated me like our business really mattered to them. Marcos took the time to explain every step of the way and he offered suggestions we had not thought of. Additionally, he followed up on every question we had in a timely manner. When the big day arrived the installation team blew us away with their service and skill. Then afterwards when the city inspector arrived upon completion to inspect our fence he shared that Paramount Fence quality was second to none. Honestly, the Paramount Fence sign on our fence is like the good housekeeping seal of approval! It brings us such peace of mind and we proudly display it! Bottom line, we are simply overjoyed with the investment we made in our security and privacy and could not be happier with our beautifully crafted Paramount Fence! read more

We had a great experience with Paramount! They kept us informed through the entire process even when the weather kept pushing them back. The entire team is incredibly kind and so helpful! We wanted something slightly custom and they did a beautiful job and came in with an unbeatable price. They even did the work for the permits with the city! After getting quotes from three other companies, we most definitely would ONLY recommend Paramount. We never felt like a burden and they always called before I had to call them. Paramount Fence - Beautiful job by Paramount! - Fences & Gates Near Me - Batavia, Illinois

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful job Paramount Fence did on our property. We had about 230 linear feet of fencing done, and it looks absolutely incredible. The pricing was amazing for the quality of wood and the service you receive. We checked out a few different fencing companies in the area, and Paramount gave us by far the best price and value. Steve gave us some great ideas to match up a couple different fence styles, yet to make it look seamless, and Rachel in scheduling was great with all my questions (and I had a LOT of them.) Now onto the workers: AMAZING! those two guys worked their buns off. They removed our old fencing, and did not leave a single nail nor wood scrap behind. They installed the new fence perfectly. They were so polite, and such a pleasure to see each morning. They really take pride in their work, and you can tell. They even stayed until after dark, in the rain, to finish on a Saturday night, so my puppy would have a fence Sunday morning. How many companies would do that these days? As far as any mess left behind? These guys cleaned up so well, I could not believe it - and even in the pitch black and rainstorm they were working in Saturday night! I would (and have) recommend Paramount to anyone. Really an outstanding company. Thank you Paramount. We love our new fence! Allie, James, and Samuel (the puppy) read more

Company did a great job every step along the way. Very professional and thorough in every aspect. The fence looks fantastic and the installation went off without a hitch. We had an old wood fence collapse and needed to replace it in 2020. We had a great experience from sales to installation and the fence is so great that we are now having them quote another section for us. We got our fence put in last Wednesday by Paramount and they did a tremendous job. Not only is the fence beautiful, but the crew that worked on it was amazing. They were so respectful of the property and one worker actually "whistled as he worked" all day long. They installed it in just one day, and I'm telling you, these guys were artists (especially the worker who free-hand cut the scallop in the top of the fence). They cleaned up thoroughly after they were done and my yard was spotless. I would TOTALLY recommend this company to anybody who needs a fence! read more

The quote was competitive but what separated them from the others was knowledge and experience. Mauricio instilled confidence and had insights into how to better utilize my property line for the new fence. The crew worked from 7am until that thing was done and it's no small yard either! Quick review: good price, decent service, poor quality. Long review: We shopped around for awhile and had a lower quote for pressure treated cedar, that they were able to price match. The install date was a little later than we would have like, but that's to be expected. It looked great but we have had some issues. We had old posts in the ground that we were verbally told they would remove, but since it wasn't written I. Our contract we had to pay extra, day of to have them taken out- fine, it happens. Then, when it was finished, we noticed that despite it being written in our plan the fence didn't follow the grade, leaving a gap up to 6 inches that our dog could get through. We've put up bricks and added soil to solve it ourselves. We also had it in our plan that the gate we don't use often would be wider for any maintence and the one we use daily would be a foot smaller/less weight/wear on the post. They switched them. Again, ok. Then a month in we noticed some boards were never nailed in and some were already having structurally compromising cracks. They came out and fixed them under warranty. Fine. Now, less than a year later the wood is warping, splitting. And sheering off in places. Turns out- they installed raw, possibly carpeted ant infested cedar. We say this because our nigh or, whose pine fence joins ours, has NO carpenter ants and his 3 year old unstained, pine, fence is looking better than ours. They have assured me that they NEVER use pressure treated cedar because it is unnecessary. That ours is a unique case. That they will continue helping us to replace the warped/peeling,cracking boards. They are very nice but I would not recommend them. read more

I inquired about a quote from this company for a chain-link fence based on a glowing referral from a friend only to receive a call saying that they do not service my town. When I called back to explain that my town shares the same zip code as McHenry, an area they do service, they still said no. I don't get it. I'm basically giving you a job and potentially referring you to all my neighbors and you can't quote me because my town's name is not on your list? Customer service is obviously not their strong suit. A little phone etiquette wouldn't hurt as well. read more

We had 3 quotes for fencing. Because of differences in materials and our evolving ideas about the fencing we wanted, it is hard to say which offered the best price. But, Mike at Paramount listened and helped us lay out a fence that ties together our new and replacement fencing with different styles of fences that some neighbors have installed. We have only had the fence for a couple weeks, but we are pleased with the appearance of the fence and the professionalism and courtesy of the Paramount employees. And, our son's dog is ecstatic to have the run of our yard without the nuisance of a leash. read more

We had our wooden fence installed a couple of months ago and we were are very satisfied. The fence looks absolutely great and the labor was done within two days. I was actually personally impressed by the quickness of the installation since we fenced in our half acre lot. We were also looking for a larger opening on one side and they were the only ones to recommend a removable section of the fence rather than the much more costly and less durable double-gate opening. In terms of pricing, Paramount Fence is very fair. Sure there is cheaper out there, but you are probably going sacrifice the quality. They were very attentive in terms of customer service and met with us a couple of times to make sure they had the exact dimensions and lot line covered. We even had a last minute change a couple of days prior to the installation that they accommodated (we decided to do a 5 ft. fence instead of a 4 ft.). Overall, I would recommend Paramount Fence to anyone looking for a wooden fence. read more
