Sounds like 5 starts so far. About a week later I was in my yard with my dogs and noticed one got out and was on the other side of the fence! I looked and saw a board that they didn't bother to even nail in. No big deal mistakes happen. This prompted me to check every single board on the fence and found they did this for at least 10 of the boards! I also found a bunch of other issues with cracking boards, incorrect scalloping, 2x4s cracked and warped. Ugh. The fun part was trying to get them to come back out. I had to call for literally two weeks. I never once got a response. I reached out to my sales guy, and he did come out to report the complaint. So I waited a week and once again i ever heard from them. I had to follow up again, and they told me "the guy that does that has been on paternity leave".... Who cares? I'm not asking THAT guy to come, I'm asking your COMPANY to come. Let the guy spend time with his baby, but it's your job to have a plan for that as a business. This isn't some small rinky dink operation. Eventually I turned into a big enough jerk to them that they came out,l to shut me up, but It was overall a pretty crappy experience in the end. But I do have a fence, so i guess that's why they get an additional star. I would however never recommend them to anyone.
