Due to our Chicago weather, many of the posts were rotting out, so it was time to replace. I called that same company for an estimate. They came out, but did not spend a lot of time with me; I was debating between purchasing another wood fence or an aluminum fence. We have a very large backyard so this would be a big project. I also called Paramount for an estimate. The salesman we had was Laura. She spent more than 45 minutes discussing where the Fence should go, how it would look with the house, and the differences between wood and aluminum. Paramount was a little bit higher in price compared to our old company, but the big difference was the expertise and professionalism! Laura was so detailed oriented and continued even after the deposit was made to keep us updated on the progress of our project, due to gates having to be special ordered. It has only been six weeks since installation, so I cannot comment on long-term durability, but I can comment on their initial work. We had a great flood on the Fourth of July, which was only three days after installation! My husband and I were having an anxiety attack since you're not supposed to even open the gate for two or three days after installation. As you can see in the video, the Fence held. If this is a testament on the quality of material and installation, I don't know what could be. I highly recommend Paramount Fence, and a big thank you to Laura for making this experience seamless!

Unfortunately for me, I paid in full before I noticed the issue and thus have zero leverage. The fence panel is not an expensive item nor would it take 1 guy more that 15 minutes to fix, so I have a hard time understanding why they would not just fix it and be done rather than risk a bad review. I reached out to them and they said it wasn't their problem and that I would have to pay to have it fixed. I went to another company who confirmed that the fence posts are the wrong length which is why the fence wobbles so much and they didn't use cedar which is why bugs are eating the fence already. All of the reviews of this company were good but they hired a local contractor to put the fence and nobody from the company ever actually came to inspect the work that was completed. I dont think this company actually cares for their customers or have any pride in the work that is being done in their name.

Complaint to the Better Business Bureau…read more I am filing this complaint regarding a security fence installation performed by SBC Waste Solutions. We paid a substantial amount for what was represented as a professional, high-quality security fence. Unfortunately, the workmanship was unacceptable, and the project was left incomplete. The issues include, but are not limited to: * Large gaps and cracks between sections of the fence that compromise both its appearance and security. * Screws installed through the front face of the fence, damaging the plastic material and leaving an unprofessional finish. * Fence caps that are already falling off. * Fence boards that are flimsy, bend easily, and do not appear to have been installed or supported correctly. * Fence panels and posts that are misaligned and do not line up properly. * The installation was never fully completed, leaving a large opening that allows anyone to easily access the property, defeating the entire purpose of installing a security fence. This project was sold and paid for as a security fence, yet the final product fails to provide adequate security or meet reasonable workmanship standards. The installation appears rushed, incomplete, and below industry standards. We have attempted to have these issues addressed, but they remain unresolved. As a paying customer, I expected the work to be completed professionally and in accordance with the agreement. Instead, I was left with an unfinished, poorly constructed fence that requires significant repairs or replacement. I am requesting that the company either: 1. Remove and replace the fence with a properly installed, completed security fence that meets acceptable workmanship standards at no additional cost; or 2. Provide a full refund sufficient to cover the cost of having the fence replaced by a qualified contractor.
