Long time customer of 30 plus years has finally had it after two years of issues. This used to be a…read morereliable family business who I trusted. In 2024 had expensive repair to valves in sprinkler system only to have to call back as leak recurred. In 2025 I was given an estimate of $800, apparently technician Mike found other problems with sprinkler system which he repaired without advising me of change to estimate. Got a bill for $2200. Owner Gary was honest in admitting to issues with the way the job was handled and fairly settled the price with me. However, Water Works never submitted my backflow Inspection to my water company. After call to office and speaking to owner's wife, I was assured it would be taken care of. Fast forward to a year later, and water district fined me $250 for not having the report submitted. Multiple calls and texts to Water Works went unanswered. Stay away from this company.

Unfortunately, when I realized that I needed these parts, I ran right to GPM on the recommendation of the local plumbing supply shop. I did not realized that I did not have any money or my wallet with me until after I asked for the parts that I needed. The gentleman behind the counter told me not to worry. He gave me these parts at no charge. Now, these parts would not have cost more than a few dollars but, It was refreshing to go to a business that cares about their customers. This was my first time visiting this business. I will be going back for more supplies within the next week and I will give them the money for the items that they gave me. Thank you.
