She showed me a different page saying "Free before 11 PM" and simply said, "They made a mistake. Ten dollars." I asked to speak to the manager. She replied, "I am the manager," although she appeared to be working the door and collecting admission. Once I showed that the event was publicly listed as free, this could have been resolved immediately by simply honoring the advertised admission. Instead, the response was essentially that someone else had made a mistake, but I still had to pay for it. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. If an event is advertised as free on multiple platforms and someone makes the trip based on that information, the reasonable response is to acknowledge the mistake and resolve it -- not make the customer responsible for inaccurate information they had no way of knowing was wrong.

Don't get me wrong, it's not huge but roomie enough to get your dance on without stepping on someone else's shoes. It's also super clean and has proper air ventilation... if you're into that sort of thing. The light fixture in the middle of the ceiling... should I call it a centerpiece? is impressive as well. I've seen many LED fixtures over the years. This is amongst my favorites. Another win of Jupiter Disco: on a cold, January night they had an adequate number of bartenders. Something other places struggle with. I can only speak to the cocktail I had and it was wonderful: Professional Widow ( Tequila + Lemon + Ginger + Cardamom + Blackberry Balsamic). I had a few of those and they were all made to perfection. My friends ordered other drinks but they said everything was to their liking. The DJ - For Future's Sake: Just wanted to drop a quick additional note about the DJ, For Future's Sake. Each time I hear his sets I become more and more impressed. I paid for two seats and it was soooooooooo close together with other tables. See attached pictures. I was basically shoulder to shoulder with the table next to me. The table in front of us was also super close too. We were seated next to the bar and it was so loud and it disrupted the music. The music sometimes had soft vocals and you would hear the bartender shaking drinks and scooping ice so loudly lol. It was mandatory two drinks per person so with the seat reservation, it was $140 for two people. Gratuity is also automatically included at 20% which is fine. For the seated ticketed event, I was expecting a nicer experience but it didn't deliver. I feel like I was overcharged for the experience. Also a bunch of people were standing by the bar talking and a whole bunch of people were standing behind us. I think for the price, it could have been better.
