Great experience using these guys to hold our luggage after we had to check out of our condo at 10am. Our flight didn't leave until 4:45pm so we opted to store our luggage here. They will pick up your luggage from your location and deliver it to where you need it before you depart. We opted to bring our luggage to them on our golf cart and pick it up ourselves. We did that since we opted for the golf cart company to pick up our cart from the paradise porters parking lot and then have an uber pick us up to take us to the airport from paradise porters. Looking back I could have just driven our golf cart to the airport for the golf cart company to pick up there and then should have PP deliver our luggage to the airport. Lesson learned! The ONLY thing I would recommend to PP is having more signs around the street area pointing to where the elevator is in the building for folks bringing their luggage to them. We spent about 15min trying to find them in the heat of the day and a local finally showed us where to go. You will take an elevator upstairs to their location and you find it towards the left bottom of the building. You won't see signs until you get to the ferry entrance and that's where the PP elevator is. Other than that super friendly staff and great service! Cost was $20 per large luggage bag and they didn't charge us for the smaller carry-ons. read more

Used Paradise Porters to drop off/Pickup luggage while using the Key West Express. Just dropped off luggage upon arrival around 12:00pm and they took our bags right to our hotel, since check-in wasn't till 3:00pm. Friendly service at desk and very easy transaction. We arranged to have our bags picked up at our hotel the day of our departure. Left bags with front desk and Paradise Porters took care of picking them up and were at the Key West Express terminal when we arrived around 4:30pm. They also gave us a stack of coupons for use around Duval Street. Great option to not have to cart luggage around Key West. No worries...would definitely use again and highly recommend. read more

We had a 3 day 2 night camping trip to the dry tortugas and needed a place to store our bags rather than leave them in the car. We had to drop them off a day early due to departure time but they waived the fee since we came after 4pm. They were closed when we got back to key west but they sent a delivery driver to give us our bags when we got off the boat. Zero Stars Integrity not a highlight of this business! Paradise Porters appears to run a scam between the hotels. The hotels say that the Key west express will pick you bags up so they do have to be left at the hotel while you have checked out. In this case the The Banyan Resort guided us towards this while we were just going to check them until we left later in the day. We called the phone number and they said "how many bags do you have and then said they would be by soon to pick them up". Nothing else like there is a charge per bag or anything. Once we arrived to the port we just believed they would be on the boat. My mom wanted to verify and asked if the security guard there. They said key west express doesn't offer that service. Quick to find out that it was a 3rd party service. We found the location when we asked for our bags it was $115 dollars. A 3rd party service PAID service needs to be upfront and have it prepaid over the phone or website. Not wait for people to show up and find out they are paying an arm and a leg or make it seem like Key West Express provides a service like this. NOTHING VERIFIED that we are paying anything. Not only were we felt we were pulled a fast one, we could've been hundreds of miles away from our luggage if it wasn't for my mom asking. There is no address on the tags letting us know where to pick up. We were told Key West Express. I am sure we would paid a lot more because no one explained, had us sign or fill anything out. So sad that companies like this exist. Side note for the owner: If you are wondering why I did leave a tip for the young man working. It is because he had no part in this. He does deserve a tip. I would advise anyone avoid putting any money into your business. read more

I am a little bit conflicted as I write this review. First, this is a great service. Paradise Porters takes your luggage as soon as you get off the Key West Express ferry, and delivers it to your hotel. You are free to go to lunch, and leisurely walk to your hotel or wherever--without rolling luggage through the streets. You can do the reverse too, and leave the luggage with your hotel front desk for redelivery at the ferry when you leave. This is a brilliant idea. We used the service both ways -- for arrival and departure. We had no problems with the service per se... Our problem was with the gentleman who works the desk at the ferry terminal. He was not very pleasant. We walked up with 3 bags -- two suitcases and a small leather briefcase -- and he told us it was $11 per bag. This is at the high end of what I would pay for this service anyway, so I decided to add my briefcase to one of the suitcases. There was plenty of room. This obviously angered him, and he made some seemingly threatening remarks about how he hopes any electronics in the briefcase will be safe and not "damaged" in transit. I almost told him not to bother serving us at all with that attitude, but assumed maybe he was having a bad day. The lady who answers the phone when we made return arrangements was very pleasant and professional -- none of that was a problem. When we returned to the terminal several days later, the same guy was working the desk. He was again not friendly. When I paid for the service with my credit card (using the Square payment service), he pointed out the screen where I could select a tip amount -- 0, 15% and 18%, I think. He then watched and waited for my response. When I selected "0%," he never spoke another word to me -- not a "thanks for your business" or "come again" or "have a safe trip." Nothing. He was done with me. He never looked me in the eyes again. I'm sorry -- I've used systems like this many times. I've never had the person accepting payment explain the tip screen to me before. Normally they avert their attention so as to not be awkward. His blatant pandering for a tip on an expensive service with his attitude was appalling to me. I am not sure if I would use the service again -- and I won't if he is working the desk again next time. For all I know, he may be the owner of the company, but he is the weakest link. I see other Yelp reviewers have had similar experiences, so I am not alone. Two stars is appropriate -- this could be a lot better. read more

I have no idea why anyone would give this service less than 5 stars. The entire process for us was seamless, and every person that we dealt with was extremely pleasant. I want to say a Robert and Alex helped us upon arrival and a super fun and gregarious Annie helped us for our departure. They dropped off and picked up on time, and Alex even carried our heavy bags up the stairs for us which he probably wasn't required to do. We would have been pretty miserable the arrival and departure day had this service not been an option. We never even made a reservation either time and each boat was sold out, and they gladly accepted our business and patiently waited for us 3 unorganized girls to pull ourselves together so they could take our bags. Paradise Porters offers a pretty awesome service on Key West. When you get off the Key West Express, drop your bags off at their location, and they'll transport them directly to your hotel for you to pick up later. Or arrange a luggage pick up with them (or with your hotel) and they'll pick your bags up so that you don't have to drag them around Key West with you. Bottom line: arrange to leave your bags with them and you can head straight to the fun. Why deal with schleping your bags all over the place? Prices were reasonable, especially if you have them pick up / drop off from your hotel. Unfortunately the staff at our hotel did not alert us of this great service, so we dragged our bags about a mile to our hotel and back. What a waste! But this was a fail on our hotel's part, and not on the part of Paradise Porters. Because we only used them for baggage storage and not for any "portage", the gentlemen only charged us half price. To have them pick up and store two roller bags and two carry ons, it would have been $24. Pick up your bags on your way to the Key West Express port and you're good to go! read more

This is a fantastic service that was easy as cake! It is true that the location is a little awkward (2nd floor of the ferry terminal); my husband and I cruised over there during our visit to make sure we knew where to go. We had to check out of our hotel at 11 and were taking the 6:00 ferry to Ft Myers Beach. We were met at the front door of our hotel by the driver who whisked our bags away. We spent the day unencumbered and easily retrieved our bags at the terminal before sailing away. I think the $12 per bag is well worth the freedom this service gives you. read more

Horrible! Rude pick up driver! Pick up location has no signage when you go to pick up, we wandered around asking other people how to find the pick up location only to discover you have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor for pick up. We had 2 groups getting picked up at the same location and the pick up guy grabbed our bags and SMASHED then down in the back of the van then picked up the other couples bag and smashed a 50lb bag on top of ours! We found all our stuff smashed and broken and lotions/shampoo exploded inside from the impact! When we asked the pick up guy for our pick up tickets and the location he refused to give us a ticket, only the other couple, and got into the truck while we were trying to get answers and DROVE OFF! We arrived to find our stuff was checked in with the other groups stuff BUT we were leaving at different times and the guy at the pick up counter WAS NOT there with the luggage when we arrived, it was all there with other peoples bags COMPLETELY UNATTENDED and when he did show up just said "yea just grab what you need to" and let us back to get our luggage, never asking for a ticket or verifying ANYTHING he wasn't even paying attention! I am considered quite well travelled around the world. Never before in my life had I been introduced to a service comparable to Paradise Porters. What a delight! Flying back to the US from the Caribbean my luggage was handled with respect, tender loving and care. I arrived to EYW early and was able to start my vacation immediately. Paradise Porters took care of my luggage and I was free to go places and enjoy my special coffee time and shopping. After having an extended lunch at one of my favorite restaurants I arrived at my hotel and my luggage was awaiting me at the front desk. My suitcases, with all the precious belongings of mine were delivered promptly to the hotel at the perfect time of check-in. It was efficient. They did deliver my bags to the right place. I thought $10 a bag was a bit steep considering the hotel where I was staying was about a mile away. And there was no discount for using them on my departure via ferry. But they did thank me for recommending them to other guests at my hotel. I spent a total of $40 "round trip". What a great service! For $10 a bag, they take it from the marina (we came on the Key West Express) directly to your hotel. No fuss, no muss. What they didn't mention, though, was that you could do the reverse. We called from our hotel to ask about it and they do offer this service. Dropped off our bags in the morning at there location and had them delivered right after 4 pm as promised. Leaving called them had our bags picked up right on time and stored until we left for the airport. Highly recommend them everyone we delt with was friendly and professional. read more

Honestly, $10/ bag is not a bad price to have your bags waiting for you at the ferry terminal if you're traveling on the Key West Express. But I have to say, the guy running the place is a complete and total JERK! 5 professional adults, who have more money than he will ever see in his lifetime, accused us of cheating him out of $10! Really? Even going as far as coming to us in the waiting area and calling us thieves!!!! This guy needs to get out of business. After trying to reason with this guy, we even tried to give him an extra $10 to appease him, he refused to take it. We literally threw the $10 at him and told him to consider it a tip. I would say he is the scam artist. Don't use this guy. I plan to call the Casa Marina Waldorf, where we stayed and tell them about our experience, since they recommended the service in the first place. Next time, we will keep our bags at the hotel. Wow! We just arrived home from Fantasy Fest in Key West and these guys were tremendous! We had to check out of our hotel at 11 AM and we weren't leaving Key West until midnight on the Key West Express ferry. The day before our departure, we called Paradis Porters and made arrangements for them to pick our luggage up at the hotel after we checked out. Their storage facility is located right at the ferry terminal so when we arrived for departure, picking up our luggage couldn't have been easier. After our bags had been picked up, they called us to confirm that they had them and when we picked them up, they had all been labeled with our name. They charged us only $9.00 per bag because we had picked up a business card that gave us a dollar off per bag discount. For $36.00 then, we were able to be free of our luggage the entire day and night to enjoy the closing Fantasy Fest parade. What a terrific service at a terrific price! read more
