We had an issue last month, issues happen, what matters is how businesses respond. I was pleasantly surprised to get a visit by the owner, Darell, who came in and apologized for the problem and corrected it himself. He went above and beyond showed up to the next service day as promised to conduct training himself with the two new hires he had. All of the employees are hard working people but sometimes unless it's pointed out, things can be missed. I appreciate the quick response and the level of service Darell provided. It's nice to not have to worry about my pool & hot tub being clean and ready for us to use whenever we want to.

There were multiple times he did not show up and our pool turned green because of it. Then without us knowing and for a reason unknown, Bruce altered the spa spillover settings and did not put chemicals in the spa which caused it to turn green. We have contacted him every time there has been an issue to come fix it and he doesn't show up when he says. When our spa turned green, my husband texted him about it numerous times and sent photos of it but Bruce never responded or showed up to fix it. We finally asked to cancel our services and refund us the remainder of the month and he still has not responded to us and has not refunded us. I will also be reporting him to the BBB.

Khang quickly diagnosed both problems, repaired the shaft seal, corrected the wiring, and got my pump running perfectly. He didn't just fix the problem--he took the time to explain what went wrong, answered all of my questions, and gave me practical advice on maintaining my older pool. He pointed out that my 72-year-old fiberglass pool only has one return jet, explained why that affects circulation, and even showed me why he believes there's a partial clog in the plumbing. He also recommended products that would actually help instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need. He even told me to return the metal stain remover because he didn't think my stains were caused by metals, which I really appreciated. Khang was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. As a first-time pool owner, I learned more from him in one visit than I had in months of trying to figure everything out on my own. I highly recommend Khang to anyone needing pool repairs or maintenance. I'll definitely be calling him again.

Reached out on Yelp and got a response from Soggy Dollar within minutes. I know what you're thinking because I was thinking the same thing. Soggy Dollar? What's the story behind that?!? lol. Nonetheless Rashelle schedule time to come out the next day. She helped me trouble shoot some possible causes and ultimately ended up figuring out my issues. She repaired the pump and cleaned my filters!! Came back the next day and cleaned my pool fixed my chemicals and got me all ready for the summer. Needless to say I signed up for services. Not because of what she did, but what she didn't do. She wasn't pushy. She was polite. Courteous. Easy to talk to. Wasn't trying to sell me anything. Just truly helpful. And her prices were good. I'm so glad I found her and I think I'll have her doing the pool service from her on out. Definitely a recommend.

Jeff answered and, much to my surprise, he spent some time to give me free phone support to see if he could fix my issue without a service call! It is uncommon these days to find someone who will try to help you like this. His advice did help, and I was able to get my pool sweep working. I still had H2O Pool Care out to do some diagnostic work on my system. The technician who came out listed the issues and gave me quotes for additional work. I have to say, I was very impressed by how personable and knowledgeable Jeff and his staff were. I've used a few different pool companies over the years, but this is the best customer service I received yet.
