We had an issue last month, issues happen, what matters is how businesses respond. He went above and beyond showed up to the next service day as promised to conduct training himself with the two new hires he had. All of the employees are hard working people but sometimes unless it's pointed out, things can be missed. I appreciate the quick response and the level of service Darell provided. Dave was great from the start--very quick to respond and good with communication. When he wasn't able to make it out, he sent Charlie in his place and made sure everything was still taken care of. What I appreciated most was that he broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I ended up signing up for service. There were multiple times he did not show up and our pool turned green because of it. When our spa turned green, my husband texted him about it numerous times and sent photos of it but Bruce never responded or showed up to fix it. Khang was fantastic! I had already installed my replacement pool motor myself, but I accidentally…read moredamaged the shaft seal during installation and also had a loose wiring connection. Khang quickly diagnosed both problems, repaired the shaft seal, corrected the wiring, and got my pump running perfectly. He didn't just fix the problem--he took the time to explain what went wrong, answered all of my questions, and gave me practical advice on maintaining my older pool. He pointed out that my 72-year-old fiberglass pool only has one return jet, explained why that affects circulation, and even showed me why he believes there's a partial clog in the plumbing. He also recommended products that would actually help instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need. He even told me to return the metal stain remover because he didn't think my stains were caused by metals, which I really appreciated. Khang was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. As a first-time pool owner, I learned more from him in one visit than I had in months of trying to figure everything out on my own. I highly recommend Khang to anyone needing pool repairs or maintenance. I'll definitely be calling him again.

After having terrible service from several other pool service companies, I finally decided, on another person recommendation, to try N.O.S. Pool & Spa. Best decision I have ever made when it comes to pool service. Travis uses the highest quality chlorine tablets available and not the cheap Costco chlorine tabs. Our pool is always crystal clear and he includes scrubbing the walls each week to make sure nothing is going to grow or discolor the water. You won't find that service included with most other pool services. When I have needed repairs on the pump, he provided the repairs that I needed or suggested a reputable repairman who could do the work. His work ethics are beyond reproach and I highly recommend his services to anyone who has a pool in need of care at a reasonable cost. He's a great family man and truly cares for his family.
