The man and his wife that run this auction site are two of the most upstanding business owners I have ever met. Caleb is the gentlemen's name, I'm not sure if I caught his wife's. I had a pretty sizeable debacle of my own doing that had these not have gone above and beyond to help me with, would have left me with a pretty useless 5 hours in a car and ensured another 5 hour trip to remedy. I'll spare you the details but know that I am eternally grateful for the things this man dropped to help me and I just want you all to know that this is an upstanding business clearly geared towards the customer. It was all done gracefully without so much as a complaint on there end. Says a lot about these people's "person" and caliber. Thanks again JB. Russell was very helpful. I was looking at gardening boots, but they didn't have my size. Russell called their other store and was able to offer some options. He was engaging and friendly. The store offers an array of grills, power tools, paints and general hardware supplies. The shelves are remarkably well organized and neat. Many shelves were empty as I assume they are preparing for spring inventory. Many items were on clearance including Yetis so there are some great deals. In the entry alcove is a fascinating history of the hardware store's evolution. The history dates back to at least 1889 when the store was located at 110 West Main Street in Carmel. The store has been owned by four families start with O. W. Nutt prior to 1889. Steve White bought the store in 1984 and built the current location on Rangeline Road in 1989. I love that someone took the time to capture the history. There's plenty of parking in their private lot. You can only enter or exit going north in Rangeline, but the roundabouts make going in the right direction easy.

I had the best experience on Thursday of this week. I needed a new pressure switch for my well…read morepump. There was a competitor supply store right around the corner from my house, but they were quoting twice the cost of the switch ($14.25 at central supply). So I drove 30 min to the east side (I live on the west side of Indy) because they had been friendly on the phone and it was half price compared to the other store near me. Once I arrived, I quickly found the parts counter and was somewhat unprepared to order as I was unsure what I needed. I had snapped several photos of my pressure switch/tank to help me. That's when one of the regular plumbers (who was ordering parts also) looked at my pics and totally helped me order all that I needed to do the job. While we waited for our orders to get picked from the warehouse, I continued to learn more about pressure switches from the nice plumber who had ordered my parts for me. The staff and patrons were friendly, and very helpful. I was able to also purchase the wires I needed as well as a new pressure gauge because they have both plumbing and electrical supplies. Total bill : $27.38. Competition : $32.50 for just the pressure switch. I will definitely come back for my next plumbing/electrical needs. Our family had an incredibly disappointing experience with Worthington. I feel it's necessary to…read morewarn other people about this company before they entrust thousands of dollars and their home renovation to this company. We're converting attic space into an additional bedroom and approached Worthington in July in hopes that they might be the right company to bring the project to fruition. They pitched themselves as a white glove service that would handle all aspects and coordination of the project from tip to tail in a timely manner. We were willing to pay a premium for that service which is why we were so alarmed when right off the bat it seemed we had to push to get anything done, even getting an updated contract for a feasibility study took over two weeks. Once we signed the contract and paid for the study it took numerous points of contact and more than two weeks before we were informed when the study would be completed, without even checking with us to see if we were available. In the midst of all this chaos we decided to go with another company that was more proactive and communicative. We informed Worthington that because of all of these difficulties we weren't moving forward with the study and politely requested a refund for the study that was never completed. The designer we worked with was apologetic and agreed that a refund was acceptable given the fact that the study hadn't been completed and her lack of responsiveness. After a week went by without a refund or any communication, we reached out again only to have an extremely rude woman tell us that there will be no refund for the incomplete study and accepted zero responsibility for our disappointing experience. The disrespect she showed our family during this conversation was shocking and has no place in a conversation with any customer. If this is the way Worthington does business, we consider ourselves lucky to have only lost the initial fee instead of paying a massive premium for a lengthy and frustrating home renovation experience.

He listened to my problems with lawn care, landscaping and down spouts from gutters. He wrote up and sent me a fair estimate for all the work that needed done. They had crews come out and work together to correct my drainage problems. The crews cleaned up the overgrowth of voluntary plants that were overtaking my home. They worked for 3 1/2 days to finish up. Mr.Lasley will be out to make sure everything is completed. The crews working were very detailed and provided excellent customer service. They even were dog friendly when my Great Dane interrupted their work. Definitely would recommend them for any of your home Landscaping needs.

My husband had already done some decent research on brands and styles he was interested in but did want to see, touch, try out before purchasing. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Kayla and welcomed in. We asked about the Miele brand and models. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and had excellent suggestions/tips to share. We found the ones to try, and picked the one the wanted. Kayla put it together for us and even carried it to our car! Talk about amazing service! Important note: They absolutely sell more than vacuums here. Talked my husband into it, we bought it, 2 weeks later I wanted to take it back because it is a bear to push and pull on padded carpeting. We were 1 week past return time. Even though my back suffers greatly after using we are stuck with this, for us, a useless vacuum. Maybe this is why they last so long. For me the vacuum is unusable so I would give it a one star. The business was very good at what they do - 4 stars. That rating is because we made it very clear that I did not want a heavy vacuum. We tried it out on their thin carpet..nothing like what we have at home. Disappointed was looking forward to a new machine that would work for us. I have been from shop to shop trying to find out what was driving the issues that have cost me a lot of wasted time, energy, and resources. Within two days of having my mower Brian found what was causing one persistent issue and he recommended the long term solution. One of the other, more costly repairs I have had done in the past, which ultimately cost me $1200 more recently, was found to still exist. Again, Brian at Roudebush recommended a way for me to manage this issue over time with little cost me. All this said, the staff was upfront, didn't blame others for past repairs and ultimately addressed my issues. Their price was very competitive and reasonable. One of these years I will purchase a new mower and Roudebush is where I will buy from.
