Wow. This is the place to come to furnish an apartment on a budget. The place is huge. It's like another home furnishing store without the meatballs. And there are no corrals to send you through an endless maze. Tons of inexpensive, stylish home decor with a modern flair. I was overwhelmed by the selection and inventory. Pillows for $4.99, patio umbrellas for $19.99. The colors were bright and endless. The selection of patio cushions was incredible. Tons of silk flowers and wreaths. So much! They carry everything from sofas and tables to shower curtains and wall art. There was a lot of trendy faux vintage decorations such as baskets and other tin and enamel kitchen ware. The parking lot is huge. The store is clean with nice restrooms. They promote a credit card with benefits.i did not see clerks throughout the store but they may have been there and just hard to find. The prices were low to reasonable.

A beautiful day in Indianapolis and i decided to accompany my mother to some good finds here at the store. I would like to praise this store for the awesome clean bathroom they had! Along with the patience the cashier had with me. I had 30 wine glasses and she didn't turn her nose or face upside down she was happy to ring me up! I am grateful for good customer service. I'll definitely be returning

Home décor HEAVEN! Come prepared to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to find the *perfect* pieces for your home and probably a few additional items that you don't need but must have. This is by far the most organized, clean and fully stocked At Home I've ever been to! I spent a good three hours browsing the aisles. I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged by any employees (I encountered at least 5), but I honestly didn't mind - I just wanted to do my own thing. This location is relatively new (I believe they opened 3-4 weeks ago) and I really hope they continue to put forth the same effort towards maintaining the store. I will continue to come back!

Waited over 2 hours for the email to say it was picked. Then just went in got the product off the shelf and canceled my online order. Over 20 of the item on the shelf. Went up to pay and was actually surprised they had real lanes open ( 2 stars ). Two employees with no lines were standing and chatting. I walked into a line past the cashier and I was asked if I was ready to checkout. I said yes. I asked her if she knew how long it typically took for a gift card to show back up on an account after an online purchase was canceled. She said she didn't know. The correct answer should have been I don't know but I will ask someone. So not able to use my gift card or circle points for my purchase. A few hours later it shows back up on my account. It's no wonder people do more and more on line shopping. The lack of care and service is the norm these days. The number of curb side, park and sit on your butt, in your car spots were numerous. We really are getting lazier and lazier these days.

It would likely be great fun with hidden bargains for people who love spending time looking for hidden treasures. I am not one of those people on most days...I need to be able to find what I'm looking for and get on with my day. Unless I'm on vacation, shopping is an item on my to-do list. If you have the time and enjoy the hunt, they do seem to have good quality items here including dishes, linens, towels and even furniture. They have some familiar brands of home products and items were in original packaging and appeared new. I needed some cushions for patio chairs and they did have some but the sizes and colors were not what I needed. They have shopping carts, but many aisles are too narrow for them. I think I'd likely only come back if I wasn't looking for anything in particular and was in the mood to just browse for random items. Again though, if you love just browsing, you'll probably have fun here!

The Accent Shop has been around since 1958 when Dick and Jane Bridgins opted to move out of their department store setting in an effort to bring a more modern style store to the Indy area offering furniture, lamps, tabletop and more. Today's The Accent Shop definitely still focuses on contemporary design, though they have a strong focus on bridal and gift registry items including dinnerware, flatware, glassware, serving pieces, collectibles, jewelry, and a bunch of other fun stuff. This new location is a little more relaxed than was Nora. For the most part, it seems a lot more spacious until you get into the Collectibles area where everything is really packed in. The employees have always been helpful here, though it's definitely in a more reserved way. In terms of accessibility, I'd likely quibble a bit with Yelp's listing that "wheelchair accessible" is one of the amenities here. While it definitely has some of the basics - for example, nearby accessible parking, appropriate curb cuts, and a level to the ground entry - The store itself is for sure a little bit hit-and-miss in terms of interior design. As I noted, this is especially true in the collectibles area where even my small manual wheelchair struggled and had to detour my path multiple times due to far too narrow aisles. I can't imagine a power chair being successful here. That said, the front of the store is vastly superior to the Nora location in terms of space and design. That was nice to see. I also really love the options here. I think the collectibles section bugged me in terms of access precisely because that was my favorite area of the store. From Christmas wares to a surprisingly large (and unique) Halloween section, I was really impressed here. I loved some of the candles. I loved the garden flags. The glassware was awesome. I think my two favorite sections are likely the kitchenwares and the seasonal collectibles. I can easily see myself returning come Halloween. Prices vary. You can sure spend a modest amount here, though there are also some higher-end items. There's something special about a shop that reminds you of the value of in-person shopping. I really enjoyed shopping here and loved the diversity of the items. Overall, I'd easily return and I very likely will during both Halloween and Christmas. While I do wish the layout was a bit more wheelchair friendly, there's an obvious effort here and I'm guessing 3/4 of the store is easily accessible and for the most part going very slowly and with care I was able to see most everything I wanted to see.

I eventually found the frames I wanted, and picked up a decorative item for my house as well. The value of the picture frames was terrific and there were very nice frames in the store. There are not a lot of staff walking around in the store, so I didn't ask anyone for assistance, because I did not really need it. When I checked out at the cashier, the woman was very nice and friendly, and wrapped my picture frames with care to make sure they would not crack or break. Afterword I got called back to the framing counter for a custom order. I completed the order with a red face as I smelled of feces and then after I asked my manager for permission to go home and shower/change before closing. She said "NO we're understaffed tonight" I pleaded my case as I felt it was inhumane to have me working while smelling like another humans feces. I asked again.. and then again rejected by "Liz".
