I told her so, and now I want to share with you. She welcomed me even though she was behind merchandise, probably organizing as I saw her doing throughout the store. Missy was very informative and honest with her experience and products I was questioning. She was knowledgeable about current sales and program. I saw different spring items in the store and bought a lemon air freshener gel (which I don't recall ever calling such a gel) to lightly improve my bathroom.

I wanted Moen but their price was much much higher than I could get from Home Depot. No solution from them except order Delta. Set up orders with them in July. When it came time for plumbing fixture delivery one Kohler item was not delivered. Ultimately had to get it elsewhere because they could not get it and wouldn't try any other option. They could not deliver the double oven we ordered 10 months earlier and ultimately we had to get it elsewhere because they would not look at other options. They apparently only care about customers when it doesn't require extra effort. Their communication is abysmal.

I found a large painting that had two separate price tags for $4. Every other painting in that same rack was also marked $4. When I got to the register, I was told it was a mistake and the price was actually $14. When I spoke with the manager to ask if they would honor the price, given that it was marked twice and the entire rack was consistent, and she refused. Instead of taking responsibility for a clear clerical error, she told me that "customers switch tags" and insisted on full price. It is one thing to have a pricing mistake, but it is another to imply that the customer is being dishonest. To be accused of switching tags when the evidence of a store-wide marking error was right in front of them was insulting. I've always enjoyed shopping here for my home projects, but I won't be back after being treated like a scammer over a $10 difference.

At every trip to Indianapolis (maybe 5 times per year), I have made it a custom to stop by even if I have 10mins to look around. I have always good stuff and GREAT deals! I have never left empty handed, always end up buying stuff at each trip. At this store not only do they have a vast variety of products but their customer is the BEST. I have mainly worked with Justin. He goes above and beyond to help you find the right product and right deal. He is great at follow-thru and reaching out to his customers. If you are looking for old school mentality (customer first) with great customer service, he is the guy! He takes his time explaining any product and is very knowledgeable with Le Creuset products. He never makes you feel rushed to make a decision and has also stayed after hrs to help me with my purchases. I highly recommend both the store and Justin for any Le Creuset products, trust me, you will not leave empty handed from this store.

This is such a relief versus the IKEA near me which is in Schaumburg Illinois. Glad to say we found almost everything we needed. However, their own systems were having a glitch with their inventory and availability, as well as checking out hence the four stars. But we were very lucky to meet an employee who was super helpful in getting us an item that the system had a glitch on. She also admitted that the system was having a glitch, so it was not my imagination. We also went to the food court, of course and the food was delicious. I'll be at not necessarily hot, but there is a microwave in the seating area where you can heat up your food. Also disappointing about the food area was that I didn't actively see anyone cleaning all the tables and chairs and on this particular day, an employee confirmed they had officially run out of napkins. This IKEA, although is a little bit smaller than I'm used to is fantastic because for a Saturday afternoon to not have to fight crowds is such a relief!!!!

I was greeted as I walked in, and I headed for the indoor plant section. I was amazed to find the plant I had been searching for at every area nursery, African milk tree (Euphorbia trigona) There was an entire section of them, all very healthy looking and at an unbelievably inexpensive price. The information with them said that they were raised especially for Home Depot on a family farm in California, providing the family farm bio. I purchased several, and the friendly cashier mentioned that another customer had bought an entire cart full of them. I told her they were hard to find and I was very happy to find them here. So Home Depot is definitely more than a home improvement store. The next time you are looking for indoor plants be sure to check them out.

I visited The Container Store today before going to dinner since I was close by. The store is very…read moreclean, arranged and organized very well with a solution for almost all organizanal needs. The isles and each area are clearly marked, which helps reduce search time. I was looking for unique Christmas containers, wrapping paper plus organizanal kitchen solutions. I found many phenomenal ideas, but unfortunately, my cabinets aren't conducive to most of the exceptional products I saw. On a positive note, I found many containers that will improve my linen and bedroom closets, along with my kitchen areas. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly as I was browsing. They were stocking shelves and building displays with boxes out of the isleways. I ran out of time quickly, but I'll return to select the perfect items that will organize my overstuffed closets and cabinets. I'm very happy with the amazing selection, showing examples of how to use many items and the enthusiasm of the staff. I'll be returning soon to begin my projects. Fantastic store!
