Despite federal ADA regulations clearly permitting service animals in public accommodations, staff refused entry and crossed the line by asking inappropriate, invasive questions about my disability. Under the ADA, businesses are only allowed to ask two specific questions: 1. Is the animal a service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Asking details about a person's underlying disability or medical history is a violation of privacy and unlawful. The staff's lack of training on ADA guidelines and respectful customer service was extremely disappointing. If you rely on a legitimate service animal, be prepared for hassle, improper questioning, and access issues here. I hope management takes immediate steps to properly educate their team on federal service animal laws and basic accessibility standards. That detail makes the situation significantly worse -- suggesting anyone leave an animal inside a vehicle in Southern California during July is not just negligent, it's suggesting an action that violates California state law. Under California Penal Code 597.7, leaving an animal in an unattended vehicle under conditions that endanger its health (like summer heat) is illegal.

I liked it, but according to my friend it was really good. My friend had the Birria tacos. They were very good and consume that accompanied the tacos was really good as well. The only issue that I had was that the order only came with the tacos. They had no rice or beans. I had the molcajete and it came with rice and beans. This place also adds carnitas in the molcajete, besides the usual carne asada, chicken, sausage, cheese, and nopal. I don't do nopales. This is the only place around here that does that. The order of tortillas that comes with it are taco sized tortillas. They are smaller than what I am use to, but it worked out. I definitely will be going back to try other things. Maybe when they have live music. This restaurant does not offer combination plates. Most if not all the Mexican restaurants I have been to offer combination plates. I would recommend this place to people. If anyone happens to stay at the Bicycle Club hotel, skip the Apple Bees go to this place that is also across the street from the hotel.

The side of spaghetti is very good. The sauce is slightly spicy which I liked. But someone at my table didn't care for it being spicy. I had the Italian surf and turf which includes 8-oz Filet mignon and 6-Oz lobster tail and lobster ravioli. The Filet mignon was okay (average). The lobster tail was over cooked. The best thing on my plate was the lobster ravioli. Needless to say, I was disappointed. For the prices they charge, I expected to have a delicious well prepared meal. Parking for this place is terrible. The parking lot is very small. Street parking is very limited. I would not be coming back. First of all, food was just average but prices are high. Unfortunately I had a very negative experience that ruined my entire perception of this establishment and made me come to the decision that I will never be a customer here again. I purchased a Thai tea with boba and realized that it tasted very sour. This has never happened to me before and I have purchased the same type of drink without issues. I decided to return to the store with the drink to let the staff know. When I told the female worker (who to my understanding is the manager) she was shocked and seemed almost offended. She told me that no one has ever had that issue and even questioned if it was my first time purchasing there. I reaffirmed that it was sour and she just stared at me and kept denying. I suggested she try it herself to see what I meant. When she did she insisted that it tasted fine and that thai tea always tastes that way. She was clearly annoyed throughout the whole interaction and told me that she couldn't give me a refund since the drink was fine according to her. I asked if she could at least make me another type of drink and she laughed. She did end up making me another but not without giving me attitude, shaking her head continuously, rolling her eyes, and talking to her coworker about the situation in their language. When she was finished she slammed the drink on the counter in front of me. I thanked her for the drink but let her know that her behavior was uncalled for and I didn't come in with the intention of causing issues or trying to take advantage. I felt embarrassed because she raised her voice at me when everything happened even though other customers were around, one even checked up on me when we both exited.
