Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my lifetime and I am 84 yrs old. The…read morestaff are petty, small minded, and totally incompetent. And they don't listen to the customers nor do they act upon any agreements, contracts, or complaints. I had problems with them immediately when they took over Consumer's Propane business in June, 2025. It was so bad that I decided to switch companies. As a result, I told them to remove me from automatic delivery as I want to drain the tanks before moving onto a new company. Yet, I had to contact them 3 times before they finally removed the automatic delivery status. And, even though this was noted on their company account, they still chose to ignore it and did an automatic delivery anyway in the Fall. I was very upset by this but they totally ignored my feelings. The price they charged me was much higher than what the new company was going to charge me. Finally, in November, Kelly tel me to say she would help me by having the Tanks removed immediately after I switched over to a new company and she would credit the remaining propane back to me. In December, 2025, when the tanks were at 30%, I switched companies. But when I tried reaching Kelly, Customer Service personnel absolutely refused to put the call thru to Kelly. They said they would handle picking up the tanks. It's now May 15, 2026 and the tanks haven't been removed six months later. When I keep calling to ask for Kelly, they become extremely petty and start playing head games with me. I believe they are relishing my misery over this. And are enjoying every minute. So I don't recommend anybody doing business with this company and the childish, totally irresponsible customer service staff. At different times, I spoke to both male and females to no avail. I assume they don't want me to contact Kelly because she would immediately solve this issue and be nice to me. I doubt they will credit the left over propane to my account. I feel hopeless.

I've also witnessed a customer accidentally run over a tiny portion of their flowers and their cardboard 'exit sign' the owners had called the cops. INSANITY! Gas there is also way overpriced. Brought my car in for an oil change and was told I needed new brakes…read more So...I got the brakes done and less than a month later the car was shaking and bucking on the highway (with my children in the car). I had it towed to a service station where the mechanic approached the car and immediately noticed a burning smell was coming from the back tires. First question, have you had your brakes done recently? The brakes were inspected and informed that they were serviced incorrectly and both calibers were destroyed(which doesn't happen often). Went into shell, was told the mechanic who diagnosed the issue wasn't to be trusted. I WOULD NOT BRING MY BICYCLE TO THIS SERVICE SHOP TO GET CLEANED LET ALONE A VEHICLE OF MINE EVER AGAIN. DISHONEST, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT.

Had them come to clean my grill. $75/half hour. The first time the guy said it was done, I went out…read moreto look at it and he never did the bottom of the grates, said I'd have to burn it off, and the grease drawer was on the ground uncleaned. The second time he said he was done, he had done the bottom of the grates and put the drawer back in the grill. I had to take care of something, so I paid him, gave him a tip, and he left. I just checked (almost three hours later), and he never cleaned the drawer. Maybe he wiped it down, but it's filthy. And he never cleaned the sizzle station burner. The top of the grate is spotless, but the bottom is disgusting. I could wipe off the grease with a paper towel, so it's not like it was baked on. And the tub that the burner sits in is filled with grease. Now I have to take it apart and do his job but no one is going to pay me $150/hour to do it. Do not hire these people to clean your grill. They're counting on you not checking and just cooking right over last year's grease. I even told the guy who made the appointment that it usually takes me over four hours to clean it, and he said it would take them an hour. Yeah, when you don't clean, it can take as long or as short as you want it to.

We did not have a problem with Hop Energy when they were just providing oil to the home. HOWEVER,…read moretwo years ago we decided to go with an HVAC system. Because our oil tank started leaking, we had to act quickly. It appeared as if HOP Energy could offer us a system at a lower rate than the other two companies we talked to, so we went with them. BIG MISTAKE. They took several months to install the system because they kept putting in the wrong equipment, and it kept failing the town inspection. They kept promising to send an electrician to fix it, but they never did. My husband was told they would reimburse us if we got our own electrician, which we did. But $4000 later, they never gave us a penny. They said it was our fault, and they're not responsible. They also refuse to fill out any forms so that we can get a rebate from our electric company. They then sent someone to install heat strips when the temperature plunged in the middle of winter. This is something that should have been done initially, but they considered it optional, and it cost us another $2000. There's more, but essentially it was BAD NEWS ALL AROUND. I recommend you find a more reputable company to do you HVAC system.

Had to call multiple times because they schedule a delivery and never showed up when I had an auto delivery contract with them. Beware they will charge you $30+ as a " convenience fee" every delivery which is their credit card fee so factor that in to your delivery price, and price per gallon. Worse oil company I had to deal with so far. Stay far away from Supreme Oil!
