This is a great place for those who need to refill on Co2 for their Soda Machines. Reasonable prices, I became a regular.

Another bad review to add to all these others. I moved to Westchester 4 years ago and kept the…read morecontract with Paraco that the former owners had. Besides the prices being very high, my main complaint is with the service department. I put in a pool heater (which requires a building permit). It was necessary to get two more propane tanks. Paraco did not install them properly and they failed inspection. Because they also took their sweet time with all of this, my building permit expired before I could have this corrected and it cost me another $600 to have it renewed plus $2000 to have another company come in to correct it. I decided to get my service from another company, and now Paraco has not come to pick up their old tanks which are sitting in my front yard for over a month. I find their way of doing business very unprofessional.

First year after buying a house with this tank already installed and the company already doing…read morebusiness with the previous homeowner I made the mistake to keep them. After the getting the contract and signing the contract for the first year we had some propane delivered. Second year in my state did not get too cold so we did not need or use any. This year has been colder so we had used 35 gallons so far this winter. This is my second source of heat for the house incase my power were to go out. They came and filled up our propane and then we get billed at $6.00 a gallon. When we checked prices is going for $2.75 to $3.25 in our area. But far from $6.00. This company decided to charge us more because we didn't buy propane from them last year so they raised our prices this year. We called them and had a few words to figure out why our price was so high, and they said its because if you don't buy a certain set amount of propane they can double or triple the going rate to make up for the other years. With this terrible business tactic, I decided to drop them instantly and get another company making sure this is the only company going to take advantage of me and my family. And the new company laughed and said they have gained so many new customers this year because of this company. I'm not the only one. So, we called them to have this tank picked up and service canceled. They are charging us 195 to cancel and will come pick up the tank. But they will not disconnect we would have to either do ourselves or have someone else come disconnect. And they offered a company that would come do it. So, what our we paying 195 for. They replied thats to come get the tank. I said well disconnecting is part of coming to pick up the tank. Customer Service 0 out of 5 stars Service 1 out of 5. 1 star because they did never let the tank run empty. But made sure to charge whatever would make them more money even if that meant charging three times the going rate.

I've had my ups and downs with campsite. over the last year it's slowly gone down hill. the website…read moreis very inaccurate, I find myself driving there and the items listed as in store aren't there. to combat this, I started calling.. as anyone would do. they type it into the computer and see the same thing I do instead of checking the shelf. not all of them. Mike is great. but I'll drive 20 mins for it not to be there after confirmation. the inventory is good on used guns but ammunition is scarce for the most popular rounds in existence. for months they went without 9mm and now no inventory 223 or 556 even though some are listed online. no ar style magazines or Glock magazines. barely any accessories like slides triggers parts kits buffers.. anything of the sort. I saw maybe one cheap LPK and one over priced trigger. no middle ground. I had decided I've fine with waiting, I don't need to hassle in store anymore over this bs.. of course not. the warehouse is very inaccurate also. many items will be ordered, than after 2 weeks of waiting you get told it errored out so you will get a refund. it's almost ridiculous. I've put in 8 warehouse orders since 2026 began and 6 of them have errored out. it shouldn't be acceptable. not to mention, the higher ups don't respond to email. the young kids who are on technology and could actually help don't have company emails that are accessible for customers. the website is beyond insecure. just from looking at the front end, the credit card log and actual employee data is exposed. it shouldn't be that way at all. especially when they have clients that are law enforcement and need there information protected. since they have access to wholesale they will offer dirt for very good well respected firearms. I purchased a $619 shotgun, at the counter while checking out I jokingly said what would you give me if I brought it back next week.. he went to the back and asked. they said $150 in this condition. isn't that funny? respect the game..but at a certain point when the other stores on the island charge half your price on ammo and offer three times as much on trade-in.. you gotta cut the bs out. It's not good business. Coming from a guy who loves you guys... ya gotta step it up. I'm slowly growing a disliking for the store which is almost unfathomable given what it is and stands for. Upsetting. Thanks! Sorry for the poor review. didn't want to give it.
