( I used them previously to replace my main heater a few years earlier). The men called me an hour ahead of time to verify I would be available to meet them at the house. ( that was so helpful bring my wife couldn't be home and I was at work also). I met them at the time they said they would be there and resolved my heater issue! Great service and the price was extremely reasonable and fair. I would totally recommend them for any heater or a.c. Repairs or new installation. They go beyond where everyone else does. Thanks My wife and kids are happy again being nice and warm !

No prob, everyone is entitled to a dinner break. After 10 minutes they still hadn't unlocked/opened the door. I knocked and one of them begrudgingly let me in. I told him my pump number and he handed me a receipt, acting like he was doing me a favor. After I got back to my car I saw that it wasn't my receipt. I went back for my receipt but they had relocked the door. I knocked again, they let me in, and I told them what happened. They were unapologetic and seemed irritated that I'd come back for the right receipt. I only went to Gulf because it wasn't crowded but the Shell station was. Now I know why. Never again.

She says we lock the door at quarter of. Male employee comes to door and many words exchanged including " bro" and " I don't get overtime" and " come back tomorrow " . She says your key is right here you're all set and they lock up again before 7 pm. I let them go home , my mistake. Stood in the rain for mobile instructions and , lo and behold, the only cargo van that is double parked and blocked behind another is MY rental. Add Incompetence to the lousy lazy customer service. Yes, I called next day and got the refund , store manager was very nice and I appreciate that but I was leaving at 6am next morning with all the furniture so "come back at 7 am " was impossible..... really incapable and avoidable issues here.

Action Fuel never went as high as they were so I am back after a very poor decision for 1 year. I don't know about the bad reviews but I think they are amazing and the best company in the area. Home Depot scores high when it comes to selection, variety for your home, and competitive prices…read more However, the overall experience here is kinda... meh. Not much has evolved at this store over the last 20+ years. When you walk in, they still have a single counter dedicated to customer service, returns, and order pickups. Yeah... imagine the line and how slowly it moves. They do have lockers for picking up smaller online orders, although I've never used them. Curbside pickup is available too if you'd rather not go inside. One of Home Depot's biggest strengths is the garden center. Compared to many local nurseries, the prices are almost always better. You can even order trees online with free shipping. I've done that several times, and what arrives has always been healthy and usually large enough to meet expectations. Outside, you'll find a large selection of trees and shrubs, and there's a huge parking lot, so getting in and out is easy. Staff members are usually helpful when you need them. If I had to point to one thing this store should improve, it's that all-in-one customer service counter. Ugh. Separate returns from pickups already!
