THIS REVIEW REFLECTS BP RT 6 -- MOHEGAN LAKE This…read moreestablishment is clueless (un)knowing how efficient their own gas pumps operate. When I asked the other customers to mention this as they went into the convenience store, the clerk came out all hurried like a chicken without a head NOT knowing anything why mostly all pumps were "down" in operating efficiently IF at all. Knew NOT how to rectify this issue. Possibly, idk, it could have been the freezing temperature in the early a.m of 29*. He wasn't bothered that customers were leaving immediately after seeing NO results in obtaining gas. It's NOT up to the customers to figure out WHY they don't work. Hope this review saves many from inconveniently stopping here to only find out the same! [PS: convenience store neat/clean/well stocked]

They took my car into the bay and asked same oil as last visit and I said yes please then he asked if I needed anything else and I replied no thank you. I went inside to wait and the office worker tells me that the $49.99 oil change is no longer available and my only choices are the $79.99 or the $89.99. I politely told her no thank you I'm going to take my car elsewhere and she said oh you can't do that they already drained your oil. She ran into the bay and came back out to say that this time they'll do a one time only for $49.99. I waited until my car was done and my bill was paid to tell her she'll never see me again. I've also told a few of my friends about my experience and they won't be going back there either. Greed... the root of all evil.
