This was after the wheel alignment work was completed. I noticed it while they were changing the oil. Perhaps it was this way when the vehicle came in. Either way all it toke was for me to look at the vehicle to it. This probably means that they did not have concern over they way it drove after they finished what they did. I still need a proper wheel alignment!!!! I made it clear to them that Jeep wheel alignment is not trivial and whether they had experience. They insisted that they knew how to do it. I hate these kind of reviews bit I am reminded of the money I spent for nothing everyone I get into my jeep. I am still looking for a competent shop to accurately diagnose my jeep. It's convenient to get to and they always have time to check your car. I would highly recommend this place. I've been coming here for years and I would definitely come back here. I…read moretalked to Mike and he said that instead of putting my car on the rack to check the tires, which would cost money, I should instead just put some air in the tires and check the pressure. I gave him money for the air pump and he had one of his guys check the pressure for me. He explained that I had too much air in the tires and that may have been the problem all along but that if my sensors went off again I should bring it back. He was so helpful and saved me money, which he easily could have taken from me. Instead he was very honest and helpful so if I ever need to have my car serviced, I will definitely bring it there.

They had me wait for over an hour though i made an appointment. They used the impact gun to reinstall my lug nuts and sent be on my way. Could not get some lugs off even after calling AAA to help. Car was not running until Joe came to the rescue. He not only remove stuck lug (which broke socket at first attempt) and didnt charge me.
