It's Exxon now. Horrible place DO NOT bring your car here. They use used parts, tell you that it's new and put it in your car. If you have a foreign car you are screwed. They will tell you whatever to get your money. If you have been ripped off by them please report them to the better business bureau. Do not take your car there, pay the extra money and go some where else. They're bad business NO Bueno. read more

Always a pleasure when working with these mechanics. They don't waste time and money on repairs that are not needed.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is horrible, they look like they aren't interested in helping anyone who walks in. I went in to get my tire checked, I was losing air. I told the guy at the front about my issue, he told me to come back in two hours because all of his guys are on break. Okay fine, three hours later I go back. He tells me to wait an additional 15-20 mins for my tire to get checked. After a few mins they check my tire and they couldn't seem to find the issue, then the mechanic guy finds the issue and proceeds to plug the tire on the side which is dangerous because you aren't suppose to plug a side of the tire. The mechanic just did it without telling me the issue. The boss (the guy at the front) told me be careful I need to change the tire immediately because it's dangerous to drive on. I ask if a new tire can be replaced the same day he said no, I have to wait for tomorrow. I pay $140, for a tire I specifically ask for Goodyear, he gives me a cheap brand Achilles tire. They replace the tire, I drive away to run one errand to see the tire pressure light back on. I get back home and had to go to work that afternoon to find out the tire was completely flat. I go back the next day, told them the issue they tried to blame me for running over a nail, and come to find out it was a defective tire which also has a hole near the side.(it was leaking air out of a hole onto the side) The front desk man, told me he would give me a new tire no charge, if I just come in the next day. I go in for the third day to the front desk man, to tell me he forgot to order the tire come in tomorrow. Now I'm frustrated, I go in for the fourth day for him to say it didn't come in yet to come the next day and he walks away on his phone. I had to call him back because again customer service sucks, I told him I want my money back, he said "if I give the tire back." Now I just have a to go somewhere else to get my tire fix because I fear for my safety, because all they cared about was making money. By the way the tire they installed in my car could be purchased on eBay or Walmart for $75 which they charge $65 for labor. Total rip offs, please stay far away. They also hook up their friends with service before helping other customers. I see people come in speak Spanish (which I know some Spanish myself) just to cut the line to get their car checked first. The place is also dirty and the bathroom is filthy. They need to do something about their nasty area and nasty employee. Never again read more
