I have had DTR tow two of my vehicles a few times for various reasons, never had a problem with…read moretheir services. I experienced professionalism and courtesy each time from what I can remember. On one specific occasion they provided a free jump start when i was stranded. Recently needed repair work on one of my cars. Prior to going to DTR, I went to a dealership service center and another local repair guy in a neighboring town. I was given the typical crazy quotes and unnecessary repair suggestions that would cost me a few thousand dollars. The people that I know in the town of Closter, NJ respect the establishment and through word of mouth I was recommended to give their automotive repair a try. I Met the owner, Pat and he gave me an honest assessment of what was needed and his mechanic took care of everything (including removing and plugging a tire from a nail i didn't know about and they didn't charge me for it). Summary: DTR is honest, reliable and competent. they have roots in the town of Closter and after living in the town for 6 years, I have finally found my automotive "go-to" guy. Great work Pat, extremely grateful for the work done today!

It took me a few weeks before I had a chance to go back to the store. The man behind the counter (owner?) almost didn't refund me the money. This store also smells of cigarette smoke like someone is actually smoking in the store. I'm not sure why anyone would take their clothes to a place that smells like cigarette smoke. I was in an accident and living in a rehabilitation facility while I heal. Unfortunately some complications kept me from being able to get my laundry done this week and I was quickly running out of clothes. I called Grace's just to simply ask if they offer a pick up and delivery service, which they do. I expected a couple days turnaround and potential he not even a pick up until the following day. Not only did they pick up my laundry within the half hour, but they had it returned to me only a few hours later. I don't know if they could check that quickly every day, but I'm incredibly appreciative of not only their speed of service but the friendly attitude and smile in which it was delivered. Anyone can do your laundry, but not everyone will do it because they appreciate you. This is a fantastic local business that will proudly earn you as a customer.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I dropped off three coats, including a tan and an…read moreoff-white cashmere coat, and specifically noted the underarm areas for deodorizing. Henrry placed stickers to mark those spots. When I picked them up, two coats had small tears in the lining near the armpits, and the off-white coat had visible stains that were not there before (see photos showing the tears and stains after pickup). When I raised the issue, Henrry denied placing the stickers and causing the stains but he did not deny causing the tears in the lining. My husband, who was with me at drop-off and pickup, confirmed Henry added stickers. When I suggested checking security footage, Henry became aggressive, accused me of lying, made an inappropriate comment about my husband, seemingly trying to pit us against each other, and then he kicked us out the store. Another dry cleaner confirmed that sweat or deodorant residue can oxidize if not properly treated, which could explain how the stains appeared. I've used dry cleaners for over 20 years and have never experienced damaged garments or hostile treatment like this. I would not recommend this dry cleaner.
