They over charged me $250. Avoid this station at all cost. They told me bank does this but Chase said they didn't do it.

This may sound like a dating site ad but, my friends would describe me as extremely generous. And…read moreyeah I am, but when it comes to spending money on gas, I'm a cheap bastard. I haven't bought name brand gas in years. My cars have always required Premium and it's one area, perhaps the only area, of my life where I look to economize as much as possible. And with good reason. The ex Mrs, Jeffrey S's father owns a large oil wholesaling company. He explained to me that all gas is the same. The independents purchase their fuel from the brand name refineries only don't mark it up as high. There is no cheap gasoline manufacturer, per se. For that reason I try and frequent Delta as much as possible. While not always the absolute cheapest, they are never more than a few cents away. Close enough.

On Saturday, September 5, 2026, Google directed us to this station as the nearest gas station still…read moreopen. We arrived at approximately 11:43 p.m.--before the posted 11:45 p.m. closing time--with virtually no gas and at serious risk of being stranded overnight. We were two men with one woman waiting in the back of the vehicle. We approached the employee calmly, politely, and respectfully and explained that we were facing an emergency. The employee--an Indian man in his twenties, approximately 6'1"-6'2"--immediately responded, "We're closed, we're closed." When we tried to explain our situation, he became hostile, made dismissive gestures, abruptly shut the door, and told us, "Get out of here, or I will call the police." We were shocked that someone responding to a polite request for emergency assistance would threaten to call the police when we had done nothing aggressive or disrespectful. Management can verify the incident through the station's surveillance cameras. We also have video evidence, exact timestamps, Google Maps location records, and transaction documentation. We will submit the evidence with formal complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. The owner must review the footage, identify this employee, and take this conduct seriously.
