I checked my gas app to find the lowest price gas station along my route, and this place was the cheapest by about 5 cents a gallon. It was one of the last stations before Route 287, and that's where I was headed.
I saw the sign, confirmed the price, pulled in, shut the engine, popped open my gas cap. The "gentleman" came over to my passenger side window and announced they only had the premium gas. I was definitely not interested in paying an exorbitant price for ultra-something gas.
I asked him to please close my gas cap (he was literally 3 feet away). He laughed and said no.
I said "what - why won't you just close it?". He called me something that I thankfully didn't understand.
I had to get out of my car, walk around the other side to close my gas cap, and by the time I got back into my car, a yellow jacket got in.
Meanwhile he was watching from several feet away.
This idiot should not be doing anything that has to do with the public.
Customer disservice appears to be his life's dream.
Don't patronize this station unless you enjoy being treated like crap. read more
