As a former freelance tailor of this establishment, I am sadden to say this place is a complete disaster and I truly feel sorry for the owner, but more so for his clients and employees, they both deserved a peaceful, well mannered business and work environment, not a daily horrendous share of fighting, shouting and cursing as I continually witnessed. I would have never write a review, but right now I feel this man is a threat to me and others. I have been a witness of his harassment tactics and it seems right now I am the object of his vexation. So, I am wiring this review as a public statement of this man's phone threats directed to me. Today, Saturday June 2nd, he has made several phone calls to me, insulting and threatening, he said he will really hurt me, because apparently someone placed and add revealing his nasty side and lack of professionalism, ( not a secret ) so as usual he needed to blame someone else. Many unhappy clients have exercise their right, to write reviews about this man's lack of customer service etiquette. The story: After he told me last week ( without any notice) to leave (...and I will assured you, he did not just used those words ) because he had found some else. That someone else is a poor Spanish girl that will be getting half the pay and truly does not know what is she getting herself into. The next day, even his son send me a text apologizing for his fathers nasty behavior. Although I had left the industry at the beginning of the year, to chase my dream career, he begged me to come back and help him while he was transitioning after his manager Antonio left. So, I came back part-time knowing he was a very difficult person to deal with, while I started to run my full time business in the health industry. I knew in my heart it was only temporary. It was a sadistic act on my part to have taken his offer again. That was my big mistake. The owner, Siggy is a vulgar, rude and angry old man, he is the most disrespectful person I have ever had to interact with. And because I was not one of the people he could control and that would also fire back every time he made sexual comments, he felt threaten by me. He was continually bad mouthing anyone that dare not to agree with him. I personally witness how he continually verbally abused some of his clients and how he expressed in the same vulgar manner about his ex, his ex-employes and pretty much everyone that has challenged and/or walked out on him because they could not stand him anymore. I AM PUBLICLY MAKING A STATEMENT because no one should have ever had to deal with an employer like Siggy, but most importantly, no one should ever had to endure receiving nasty threatening phone calls like I did this morning! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! As of now I had blocked him, but I have no doubt he will continue finding ways to bother me and make everyone else as miserable as he is. Is very sad, because the work is actually ok aside from the fact that he is the one making mistake after mistake losing garments left and right blaming everyone else, but himself, while taking it out of his employees salaries. Anyone that knows me, knows that I continually offer my help to see others grow and prosper, that I act with kindness, forgiveness, compassion and love, with the same passion as to put a stop on any one abusing others from their place of power. I feel I need to be the one stepping up and finally speaking OUT LOUD of how unfair a work site could be, how after this man makes sexual comments one needs to make believe is "a joke" to not make a big deal out of it, in order to maintain the peace. I have seen how some people fear losing their jobs if they held their faces up. This is infuriating in so many levels! No one should have ever feel AFRAID to speak up and demand their right to a dignify and respectful work space. I will still raised higher and pray this man finds peace in the middle of his emotionally unbalanced mind, but rest assure I will NOT silence my right to speak up and I will not be pushed into a corner by cowardly phone threats. read more

Don't ever go back to this place. The owner is one of the most disrespectful people you will ever meet and goes back on his word. My wife bought her wedding dress to get cleaned, when she went to pick it up they had told her they couldn't find it, while having a receipt for it. We spoke to owner Ziggy or Zig whatever the hell his name is, who basically told us he thought the dress got thrown in the garbage by accident, how does this happen to a wedding gown?????. After giving him receipts of what we paid for the dress, he said he would go through his insurance and that they would most likely pay some of the cost of the dress and that he would make up the difference. Let me just tell you also, that this place never ever even called us to let us know what was going on, my wife had to call all the time to see what was happening. So two weeks go by and my wife calls and talks to Ziggy, long story short he says his deductible for his insurance was basically same cost as dress and that it wouldn't cover it. He tells her to come in so they can come up with an amount for him to cover. An amount for him to cover??? not the full amount. My wife and I go meet him in the morning at the store and offers us some bullshit payment and store credit and not the full amount of the dress. We told him we wanted the full amount from the receipts and he flat out told us NO!! He was disrespecting us, yelling at us, disrespecting the wedding dress, saying that "she will never wear the dress again", "it doesn't hold the same value" and not taking the time to think about how he told us that they threw the dress in the garbage and its more about the sentimental value of the dress. He totally just disregarded that. He told us to get out of his store and that he wasn't paying, but we weren't leaving. He storms to the back of the store and ignores us. He finally comes back up and tells us he is going to call the cops. I say fine call the cops. Can you believe this, he loses my wife's wedding dress, that it went into the garbage and he has the balls to call the cops on us saying that we are harassing him. The cops come and ask me to step outside while they talk to him. My and wife and I are waiting outside while another cop shows up, and we tell him the story. We end up leaving, as the cops say to take him to smalls claims court, as there was nothing for them to do there. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service from this store and from an owner no less was so poor. He should of just recognized that the blame was fully on his store and should of just made the situation right as to not escalate it further. This place has simply the most horrendous service. The old man ruined my stuff a long time ago and made it sound as if it was my fault. I continue coming and gave him a lot of business until my wife have to go there to get a pair of pants hemmed and the pants got lost and my wife in the process got insulted by that crazy lunatic. He refused to pay claiming he is all alone in the store and can NOT be wasting time looking for her pants, the idiot even said to my wife... -what, you don't have anything else to wear? -why are you busting my balls? Who speaks like that to a lady?!?! to a client??? He is rude and uses disgusting comments defending himself. Someone with ZERO ability to serve with professionalism and good manners to his clients, should not be in business and more so, at the front counter abusing his clients verbally. That place has not been the same ever since Anthony his manager left, which by the way, he left due to all the verbal abused this man put him through. I am happy he left that rude old man to go open his own dry cleaning store right on main street, across from the church. I don't know yet the name if his cleaners, but one thing is for sure, I won't ever return to new image cleaners. That man should be put in jail! I definitely don't recommend this dry cleaners. -less than poor service. -abusive towards clients -does not take responsibility for ruining or losing garments -owner sigy is down right nasty -the stuff is never ready when promised -your clothes come out smelling of chemicals and with missing bottoms or open seams. perhaps a way to charge you extra for repairs. ...and oh don't ever complain about it, because sigy will let you have it!
