Mike also wields a spatula in the kitchen. On a recommendation, I tried a "smashburger". Served on a brioche bun, it was excellent. Perfectly cooked w a nice charbroiled flavor. The bun did not fall apart, an important consideration when inhaling a burger. Fries were also excellent. Barmaid Mimi handled the crowd well. And there was a pretty decent crowd for a Tuesday night.
