I did overhear another table ordering their pizza with extra cheese -I think I'll do the same next time. My husband had a small pizza with pepperoni & black olives - a decent amount of toppings. We were there on a Tuesday night - so not very crowded. The restaurant is big. The booths are comfortable & clean. However, our server was either overwhelmed or I'm not exactly sure why we were consistently overlooked. We just wanted a refill on our sodas or some water. We've been here before - dinner with friends or attended an event (wedding, fundraiser). We will be back and hopefully the service will be better.

What makes this even worse is that the menu clearly states: "Only one item can be removed or substituted. Subs must be of equal value. No exceptions." My wife simply substituted ham for bacon, which are of equal value, so there should have been no charge at all. The food itself was good, but these kinds of ridiculous and misleading charges completely ruin the experience. We won't be back.
