The salesman came out and spent 2 hours with us (know this will take that long, it really couldn't have been faster) building a menu and talking about their products. We thought we'd try it and signed a contract. The next morning we changed our mind just because we would still need to shop for fresh produce and I am on a plant based diet and so it wouldn't make sense. We called the company the next day and were able to talk directly with the owner. He was very nice and offered to work with us. When we decided it wasn't going to work he immediately canceled our contract and agreed, in writing, to cancel everything. I wanted to share this experience because it appears that others have struggled with cancellation and the company was very helpful and easy to work with for us.

The sales person was very nice at the beginning but when I needed to leave you could tell he was mad. I already had a freezer that he needed to look at. So they couldn't sell me that. They wanted to give air purification system, water purification system, knives or cookware. We didn't need any of that. He never told us how much the meat was per pound. When all was said and done , my monthly bill was $730 . I asked for how long and he said six months. So $4400 for 6 months of meat with extras thrown in for free. I thought it was very expensive. So my husband said oh since I don't get any extras a need just meat can I get a discount an me he said. The discount wasn't even worth it. Then he said if you would of added another product like the air purification system, your bill would of went down by $70 a month. My husband said we want to talk it over and I needed to go to work. He left hills paraphernalia and I asked do you work on commission and he said yes. He was under that he didn't get the sale. You should let people talk about it. In my opinion it was very expensive for nothing especially when they don't mention the per pound price. I can go to bjs and get chicken for $.99 per pound. I am glad we didn't go with this and add a $730 monthly bill for 6 months! That's triple what I pay a month for groceries for a family of four!
