When you walk in, your eyeballs will be greeted by a dazzling display of gorgeous pastries, cupcakes, bars, cookies and pretty much any kind of bakery treat you can think of. Our pound of cookies included chocolate macaroons, chocolate leaves, rainbow petit fours, and a slew of other beauties. Everything we've had so far has been stellar, and you'll really need some will power to make your cookie stash last longer than a half hour. We didn't find one thing not to like about yesterday's experience at Pasticceria Italia.

It appears they are re-heating stale bread so customers think it's fresh! We brought it back today (they are closed on Monday's). The clerk had to ask the manager in the back if they could refund the $$. The clerk apologized, but the manager did not out. They lost our business over this.

I've ordered cookies for delivery for a specific day and I did not receive the order. Contacting the owner is a waste of time because she does not reply to any concerns! I placed an order for cookies to come on a Friday and I did not get them until Sunday, She claimed her system was down And that's why I wasn't able to get the cookies when I asked. Your system was down, but the same system took my money? I gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided to order cookies from her again and the same thing happened! I ordered cookies Monday night for Tuesday (12-7pm) Because that's her delivery window, No cookies came Tuesday and no cookies came Wednesday. It's about to be Thursday and I still haven't received my order. I recommend not ordering from this lady because you're not gonna get your cookies on the days you ask for!! Why ask people what days they want the cookies if you're going to pick what days you're going to deliver, it's unacceptable and very annoying, i'd rather my money back.

The two employees were helpful and polite and we sampled a few of the more unusual flavors before deciding on our ice cream choices. I sampled the Brown Sugar Bourbon & Pecan and it was so delicious that I went with a combination of that and chocolate chip cookie dough in a house-made waffle cone. It was all so good - especially loved the house-made waffle cone. It was one of the best I've had - thick, crunchy, and delicious. Best of all, icecream didn't drip out the bottom of the cone as has happened to me with house made cones in other places. Prices were reasonable and Batch is located in a really nice shopping plaza with plenty of parking. We'll be back!
