Not even sure why I continue to visit this location. There is zero consistency here. It really sucks when you're spending $13 on lunch just to be disappointed. If it's not the seasoned fries not being seasoned, it's the dry rubs not being seasoned enough. Today my fries were dry and burnt. My advice, avoid this place. I've been a handful of times now, and every time is rather disappointing. The food isn't bad. It's not anything special, but it's wings. The issue is the service. Their drink machine is always out of ice and when a customer brought it to their attention they just shrug and say "it does that sometimes". Another customer was asking about an online order and the cashier told them "it does that sometimes". The drink machine is also never stocked with the different soda options. Doesn't matter if it's just opened or middle of the day. At 11 when they open the floor is dirty, tables covered with trash. The restaurant is filthy - absolutely dirty in every kind of way. My son got up from sitting at a table and his entire arm was filled with who knows what brown gunk! The floor is dirty, walls full of stains, dust on all the edges, tables hadn't been cleaned in months, windows marked up with fingerprints and food, soda machine greasy, counters slimy, bathroom repulsive. Almost every employee had messy, oily hair and dirty wrinkled clothes. Please tell me why I didn't run out the door instantly? I guess I was hungry and an employee asked what I wanted fast enough. Oh, the food? Well we ordered 9 wings and 1 sandwich - which took 45 minutes! The wings were bone-dry, the chicken on the sandwich was paper-thin and the bag was literally dripping with grease. I thought the sauce spilled and it was pouring out of the bag....but no, it was the oil from the fries, dripping through the bag and out the bottom like a stream. A few napkins would have been nice, but why put that much effort in? Ok, so back to the food -- the wings were so dry my cat wouldn't even touch them. It's like they fried them, then baked them, threw them in the sun, sat them behind an exhaust pipe and THEN dehydrated them like an astronaut ice cream sandwich! I guess I'm supposed to crunch them like hot cheetos? I liked the flavor of my chicken sandwich. The 3 tiny pickles and sauce helped to coat my gullet like a makeshift slip-n-slide made out of a dry old tarp I found in my weird uncle Richard's musty dusty shed on a hot summer day. Going down, it felt like that construction paper we used in art class in elementary school, tearing up my already parched throat. Extremely rude and unprofessional employee. I was picking up a doordash order tonight, which included a drink, and there was hardly any ice left in the machine. So I hit the ice button a few times in order to get the last few ice cubes to fall out into the cup (which worked), and as I was doing so, I heard a male voice from the kitchen tell at me, "There's no ice in the machine, goddamnit". Well first of all he was wrong, there WAS a little left, and I DID successfully get it out by hitting the button a few times, which I had every fucking right to do. To yell and cuss at a customer like that is extremely unprofessional, and anyone who reads this who was in there when it happened, will remember and will know the name of the employee I'm referring to. It's been many years since I visited this place. Now that they introduced chicken burger, that's is a good excuse to go to this place. Chicken burger was good. I liked it a lot more that their wings and tenders. Hot honey rub was the best flavor to try for chicken burger. Atomic flavor was their spiciest flavor. It was not that spicy for me. Good spot for late-night eats! 10 pm and there were several others picking up takeout. Chicken wings are fresh. We tried mild buffalo and spicy Korean. The buffalo was good with no heat as we ordered mild. The spicy Korean wings did not have much flavor. Really disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a 8 piece wings and Kaleigh helped me. When I ordered she informed me since I was not ordering the wing combo I would have to purchase a ranch. I asked her if a sauce was included with my order and she informed me that it doesn't. There is no where that indicates this and it is extremely disheartening to hear that a one sauce doesn't come with your order. They do not provide their own delivery and when it doesn't show up they don't take ownership even though orders are placed through the WINGSTOP app! They blame third party delivery for the company's issue and tells you to deal with it. Also ordering ahead for pickup is a joke because they are always running behind and the food is never ready. read more

I went to Wingstop because I was convinced by their new ubiquitous ad campaign to try their mango habanero chicken sandwich. It was terrific - but that's where everything goes downhill. I also got an order of seasoned fries. Even though my order was "made to order" the fries were a worthless collection of limp,taste free potatoes. I ate only half the order. I had been to the Wingstop website and it said that they had Gold Peak southern tea. Well they didn't have that tea but they had a machine where you could dispense four different kinds of tea, sweet tea being one of them. Unfortunately the only thing that came out of the machine was water. I explained this to the manager and he said that they had run out of the tea. He directed me to the coke machine where I could select a large number of drinks, which I did. But the lemonade I received wasn't even cold so I asked the manager for a cup of ice. He came back to the counter with a very small amount of ice with apologies that the ice machine wasn't working. Is this any way to run a business? And I haven't even gotten to the real disgusting part of the review. The place was dirty and disgusting. There was a large stain on the floor about two feet from the coke machine that was gross. You'd have to be blind not to see it. The paint on the wall was peeling in many places and to top it all off there wasn't even a trash can in the restaurant to empty papers. And the "restaurant" had room for at least forty people. Obviously I would never go back to a place that cared so little about how to clean and run a food establishment !!! read more

I had better wings at Friday's. Firstly the place is filthy, you almost want to call the health inspector standing in there. Made my order online went to pick it up everything was cold and items were missing, I called back and was hung up on, got in my car and drove up there while calling back to reach someone. The manager finally answered I told her the issue but headed back up there for them to remake my order, cold soggy half seasoned chicken, cold soggy fries and I had a side order of carrots which was only 5 small looking carrots in a large box. I was annoyed after spending over $50. The "manager" seemed partially like she had an attitude and partially like she's slow. After telling her my issue she offered a refund or remake the order. I regret having them remake it instead of just getting a refund. It took 30-40 minutes for them to remake the order. I wanted to scream. I just took the food and left, got home and it's pretty much disgusting. The wings were a bit undercooked. The fries were super soggy the boneless wings were just gross and very very soggy. People rave about this place and I can't seem to fathom why. The food is worst than mediocre, wouldn't eat here again if my life depended on it. Ended up not eating any of it. Honorable mention to the food I returned that sat on the counter in front of the register the entire 40 minutes I was in there, I'm sure it was longer than that too. read more

I absolutely looove this place! I have always gone to Wingstop for as long I could remember. When my husband and I moved to CT from Texas. We couldn't find a good wing place. And then we noticed 2 had recently opened up, one in Vernon and the other in Hartford. The Hartford location we couldn't stand (horrible service). Basically we have been coming to this location since it opened. I never have a problem with the service here. Each time we've come, we always leave happy and full. As for the wings, I love the original, mango habanero (watch out it's spicy), mild, BBQ and lemon pepper. My husband always gets bone in and for me I usually get boneless. I've noticed the boneless has a little bit more salt to it but I don't mind. I think the bone in are the best though (just don't like the mess). The ranch is to die for!!! I'm very picky when it comes to ranch and I usually take extra home. Because I love it sooo much! Lol the dinner roles are buttered to perfection and you can get veggies stick which I love also (w/ the ranch). Side note: we don't live near here but try to go at least 3-4 times a month. Update: Well, I gave it another chance. I noticed that their menu has "boneless wings" (which is what I was disappointed with last time) by also, "tenders". I kind of assumed them to be the basically the same thing, but apparently they are not. The tenders were actually quite tasty. They are the flat strips, as opposed to the dried up balls of chicken that passed for boneless wings. The tenders are the way to go, I guess! This time around I spiced it up, trying the mango habanero, and enjoyed it. The fries are great and I like that their blue cheese is a little different. read more

I was excited to see a wingstop open up near my house; but I'm sad to say that this place fell short of expectations overall. Here are some highlights - 60 cent boneless on Mondays AND Tuesdays! - Boneless wings are TINY. Not very meaty and pretty disappointing looking when you get your basket. - Wings are salty salty salty! Very overwhelming, get a drink. - Outside of batter is too crispy, flavors are soaked in properly. - Wait time is LONG, maybe they're getting their sea-legs but the staff here is pretty slow; order ahead if you're in a rush. - Ask for ranch or bluecheese; isn't given if you don't ask! -Dining area is just a long depressing hallway, not a place to catch a game with friends. I feel as though I could be back on a discount day; but would definitely prefer BWW or Sliders. read more

I had the boneless and I would have to say it is Horrible. Super salty seasoning. Chicken was rubbery and had a thick batter.
