We had a phenomenal night out here! Service is impeccable, the restaurant is stunning! Be sure to dress to impress, the music and vibe here is everything! The cocktails are amazing, you can really taste the attention to detail and care they put into each of their drinks. I will have to come and return for the food, but we had a great evening and tried several of their cocktails. Highly recommended if you are looking for a special evening out!

We went to an early dinner at Papi's and it was super dead. If you're looking for a lively dinner make a reservation to go later at 8 or 9 pm. We went to dinner before our 9 pm show. Regardless the food was amazing and we did get to see a little entertainment (DJ started at 7 pm). We got cocktails, crudo, pork belly, a ribeye and Mac and cheese. We cleaned our plates! Food was on point and delicious, service was also great. I would recommend Papi's when in Vegas!

The MOST AMAZING experience here at Papi Steak in Las Vegas and Andrew is the best waiter ever! The staff is incredible including the sommelier Elena. The appetizers are so delicious. I love the 2 crudo dishes BUT my spiny lobster with crab was a huge disappointment especially for $195. The lobster was sparse and the crab was chalky and it was messily plopped on top of the lobster. The chefs were not on their game last Monday night, 4/13/26. Service-5 stars Ambience-5 stars Main course-2 stars Dessert-4 stars for creativity

The restaurant interior and the vibe are absolutely fabulous super cool very hip. You feel like you're inside a chic club. The service is white Love in top Notch high-quality cocktails, and wine list List by saying this restaurant is super expensive, but it is quite an experience, from the moment you greeted To when you leave, you feel special. All the food was very good, but not the best steak I've ever had for the price you're paying more for the experience. It's a one time deal that feels more like a party than anything else. I would go again if I was taking a younger group of adults there

Hello and good evening. Everyone was amazing from beginning To end From the moment that we walked up to the doors,Security was awesome. The host to checked us in were kind & gorgeous and our waiter Jonathan was amazing. Thank you for an amazing experience and the meal and drinks were espectacular worth every penny!

Atmosphere was awesome, wasn't crowded when we went. Great service very knowledgeable about the menus. The drinks were very tasty! We got the New York strip and it was to die for! Also the pretzel bites we got for an appetizer I think was the best thing I've ever eaten in my life.

American Wagyu ribeye. A little on the smoked burned side.

Good lively experience although honestly the steak which was American Wagyu is more along the lines of a smoked experience than your typical salt and pepper juicy steak. Some may love the Papi method some may not. Found it a little dry. Oysters and Caesar salad were very good. Fast friendly service.

A little on the pricey side but if you got it like that, COME. I take my east coast friends here all the time and they love it! The food never disappoints and the ambiance here is just right. The service is OK. But i do love the shows for the big dishes that come out! In general, Papi is a nice place with a great dining experience that'll definitely impress all your out of town people! :)

Came here on a Monday. It as busy from about 7:30-9. The atmosphere was great exactly what we were looking for. The food was good we had the truffle Ceasar and Latke. Split a ribeye with corn and Brussel sprouts between 3 girls. Drinks were good. Would come back.

Enjoyed Papi Steak 3 times over our last few Vegas visits and I will say the experience, food, ambiance, and energy have been a 10/10 every single time!! (I will only say that the hostess up front could maybe be a bit friendlier/accommodating) I honestly thought the food would be over hyped and just average steakhouse quality and really just paying for the atmosphere but I can truly say that the food has impressed me every single time!! I dream about the steak tartare regularly!! I highly recommend it anyone coming into town! The prices are high but you are not only paying for the high quality food but the service and entertainment! Love it!!

We were in Las Vegas for Halloween Weekend and wanted to try out a new steak house. We decided upon Papi Steak at the Foutainebleau. We arrived at the hotel and had a good ~8 minute walk from reception area till we reached the restaurant. On Second floor end of walkway of mall food hall area or seemed to be. Upon entrance, the restaurant was Wow! Was truly a Miami' Nightclub vibe with dark lighting, stage entertainment, and blasting music. Outstanding Service, our waiter seemed to have to yell at the top of his voice as he stood next to our table so we can hear him over the loud music. My Apple Watch measured 85 dBa! A bit too loud in my opinion. Having said that, it was non stop R &B hits for over an hour...Great DJ!!! We ordered a round of Old Fashioned-Woodford bourbon. Then started with Caesar's salad, NY strip 14 oz steak, & Ora King Salmon. We paired with Asparagus and Mashed Potato. All delish! Overall great service, lovely venue, but the blasting music made it difficult to speak with people at our own table. I'll give 3.5 Stars.

Another Strip steakhouse. I really want to give it a better rating for the amount we spent but I can't justify it. The service is great- attentive and helpful. The food is nothing special- overpriced. Definitely had better steak in Vegas. Atmosphere is cool and chic. Very loud- hard to talk with friends - we ended up after dinner sitting at the hotel lobby to be able to catch up with friends. Yes it's cool to purchase the beef case- great presentation. Cocktails were good.

Papi Steak is located at the fabulous Fountainebleu Hotel on the second floor. Beautifully decorated in red velvet, mahogany woods, plush furniture, low lights, and loud music by a DJ, this should be on your list to visit. This is a steakhouse with a nightclub that offers a $1000 Tomahawk Steak for those who are celebrating something special The steak is brought into the dining room by several lovely girls carrying giant sparklers and the chef or headwaiter carrying in a very elegant and specially made briefcase aka The Berf Case with the steak on ice to the celebrating table. Everyone stops what they are doing and all eyes are on the Presentation of the Beef Case, a 55 ounce Australian Wagyu Tomahawk steak. We were fortunate to be sitting right next to a table of girls who ordered the Tomahawk. We had a blast watching it all go down. We ordered and shared the 14oz NY Prime steak, the Whipped Potatoes, and Creamed Spinach. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The potatoes were buttery and delicious as was the spinach. My daughter had her Casamigos Reposado drink and I tried the El Padron. Both were very good. For dessert, we had the Papi Steak Strawberries & Cream Creme Brulee presented in its special container. It was incredible with the strawberries caviar! We enjoyed our entire experience and would return during our next trip to Vegas.

Anyone know how much the steaks are by chance? Going here in 1 week and i can't locate any prices on the menu😂

Depending on what size steak...the TOMAHAWK Steak 55oz. is $1000+, I got the FILET MIGNON 8oz and it's was $70+. Expect to spend $$$ 😊.

    Are kids allowed?

I haven't seen anything that says you can't but it's definitely not a place for children because of its club like atmosphere. I hope that helps some!

Called, and management was kind enough (even though booked up) to tell me to bring our other friend along, and they'd find a way to seat us!! Excellent customer service!! BRAVO!! Seated quickly. Place is quite dark and atmospheric. It's a traditional Old Vegas style location. Menu quite expansive. Lots of good choices. I decided on the French Onion Soup, the filet and the sprouts and swine!! My mates, had a caesar salad (to share) and a filet and strip. Drinks were also nice, a good variety of interesting cocktails. Meal, arrived, all delicious, the onion soup was very beefy with a wonderful taste and the melted cheese, lovely. The filet, done perfectly. They also had a number of sauces you could add, I went with their spicy sauce, and WOW, it was spicy, not unpleasantly so, but def spicy but with a delicious flavor. It truly enhanced the steak!! I'd def get it again. The sprouts and swine (sprinkled with cheese) as a side was also wonderful but so filing, I couldn't finish it all. But def wanted to. Very happy with the meal and our server was excellent as well. He was attentive, but not obtrusive. My mates also enjoyed their meals, it was stellar all around. And this may be the BEST thing here, during the weekdays, they have a Happy Hour dining menu, which means many items, including steaks are 1/2 off! So our filet which would have been $75 was only $38, that's a Vegas deal. And with that quality, it is something to rave about!! The location isn't too big, parking is difficult and reservations are required!! But I really had a great time, hanging out with my mates, and enjoying a superior meal away from the Strip!! I would absolutely return here. From there courtesy with the last minute change in our reservations, to the service at our table, and the delicious food, Herbs and Rye comes highly recommended. Come hungry. There's plenty to choose from. My best suggestion, don't drive there, take ride-share, it'd be a lot easier!! This is a wonderful break from the bustle and overpriced options on the Strip, and part of the old Vegas which is sorely missed. Def returning on my next visit. Thanks to all at H and R for a wonderful evening.

When I went to book for my husband's birthday I realized that it takes about 6 months to get a reservation, which was just in time to celebrate my birthday in September. Let me tell you, this was worth the 6-month wait to experience this dining. I even mentioned it to Kevin one of our dining team last night that I was hesitant with my expectations because of everything I heard and didn't want to be disappointed, but our service was amazing. The ambiance is very old-school Vegas. Music playing in the background, but a low rumble of people chatting while dining. Carlos was the lead of our dining team and was very kind & explained some of his favorites on the menu. Everything we had was delicious. Including my crispy Diet Coke with lime. But the star of the show was the NY Steak. Literal perfection. Melted like butter that I thought it was a different cut of steak. I typically don't add accoutrements to my steak (this steak did not need anything and was perfect as is) but we did order the prime butter and peppercorn sauce for fun. Both were amazing. We finished the meal with dessert, Bananas Foster (and they brought me a hazelnut bar cake for my birthday) which the table-side presentation of the Bananas Foster was a fun way to end the evening. We will be back and we were able to book our next reservation before leaving. Thank you to Carlos, Kevin, and the rest of our dining team for such an amazing dining experience.

Plus, this location isn't cash only, so I can either use my credit card or charge it to my room! I've been here several times now and each time, I do the $49.95 Power Lunch. I've tried the lobster roll, steak (+$30 supplement), crab cake sandwich, and burger. My favorites would be the steak and crab cake sandwich. Their menu offerings could change, so I was sad that the crab cake sandwich was no longer available on my most recent trip. The lobster roll is good too, but they started offering it with a cost upcharge, so that fell off my list pretty quickly. Burger was dry and didn't have much in it (just bread, meat, and onions), so that's a skip for me. Definitely do not pass on the steak though! As for the other parts of the three course meal, the sizzling bacon is a must for the appetizer. Someone at our table picked the Caesar salad instead and that looked so sad next to the thick, crispy bacon. Even if you are not a bacon fan, give Peter Luger's bacon a try. It is pretty life-changing. Don't forget to add the Peter Luger sauce and consider making a little mini sandwich with the table bread. As for the sides, we usually get the creamed spinach and fried potatoes and have no issues there. The power lunch ends with a sundae. The whipped cream gets overwhelming for me, so I now ask to remove it, so it's easier to get to the ice cream and fudge sauce and toppings. The whipped cream does take a lot of room (on the sundae and in your stomach), and since I am usually stuffed by dessert, it was quite easy to say no to it. The chocolate coins they give you with the check is also quite nice. =) Find Peter Luger right by Bacchanal Buffet. Get your reservations on Open Table for them points.

We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were more like a salad, fresh with lemon and pistachio. The creamy garlic mashed potatoes were also fantastic. My wife and I both tried the Spencer cut steak. It was grilled to perfection. Great char and came out the way I ordered it. Juicy and not fatty, an excellent cut. I really enjoyed the sorbet as well. The first floor of the restaurant was very cool! You could see the cuts of meat in the refrigerators and there is also a bar on the left of the entrance. There was a beautiful chandelier by the staircase as well. The upstairs dining area was very plain however. Bare walls, industrial type of standard light fixtures. The server recommended the skirt steak which we ordered MR. Also ordered the ribeye, portobello mushrooms fries and the steak tartare to start. I've never seen a steak tartare come out brown as it shows in the photo. I was so hungry, so I tried some, assuming the kitchen wouldn't send out bad raw meat. It tasted ok but the more I kept eating the weirder I felt about the color. We asked the manager if this was a common occurrence as my experience with steak tartare had never been this way. She said that it shouldn't come out brown and said she'd take it off the menu. She then later came back to explain that the lime juice that's in the marinade oxidizes the raw beef so that's why it's brown... which is an acceptable answer I suppose? It just felt weird bc I couldn't find any photos of browned steak tartare on google when looking up the restaurant menu. The steaks we ordered MR came out. The ribeye was cooked decently but the skirt steak was more on the rare side so we had to send it back for an oven heat up for 1 more minute. I enjoyed the skirt steak but it was too sweet to enjoy the whole thing. Cooking it in the oven for another minute made it even sweeter. It tasted like over sweetened Korean galbi in steak form. I'd say the portobello fries was my favorite dish and decided to take the rest to go to pick at in the hotel. After dinner we were given the dessert menu which didn't really call out to me, but since we told the server it was our anniversary, they gave us complimentary sorbet which was very nice. I liked the sorbet quite a lot but I was pretty full so didn't get to enjoy much of it. The gesture was kind though. At the end, the steak tartare was not taken off our receipt so we had to ask for that to be taken off since the manager told us she'd do that. The server gladly obliged. I want to say, that there was a female employee - maybe a busser, who worked really hard to be attentive with our waters and clearing our plates. I wish I got her name! I believe she was Latina with a ponytail if that helps at all working Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend at 6PM. All in all, the experience was not as great as my husband's first time at the Henderson location - he said the cuts were so much bigger before and the ambience of the Henderson location was more fine dining-esque. But the economy is tough lately so I figured the quality could've easily gone down. Because the price points were very reasonable, I thought it was up to par with what we paid. Probably won't go back unfortunately but it was great to try it out. The plaza it is in is called Trivoli(?) and I thought it was a cute spot with a lot of shops. Although everything was closed by 8, we walked around to digest a little and enjoyed the evening.

Warm bread and butter is served hot from the oven. If was very quiet inside, wonderfully decorated and elegant looking, but still casual. Our waiter was very nice, welcoming and a great conversationalist. We talked recipes, of all things. I look forward to coming in again to try other items.

Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had dining at a restaurant in Las Vegas. The service…read morewas horrendous. The staff could not care less about providing any form of quality customer service. Every request I had when ignored every question I asked was met with distain the person that worked my table. Quite literally acted like it was his last day, working the worst job of his life and that he could not wait to get out of there. As far as the food is concerned, it's all standard steakhouse items so nothing jumped out as being exceedingly good or noticeably unique, but with that being said the temperature on my steak would not what I requested and when I asked for it to be sent back, they refused. So, just summarize, the service was worse than anything I'd encountered anywhere. I've had better service at a diner at two in the morning then I did at this restaurant and the food was un impressive and improperly prepared. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else because I guarantee eating here will only be a black mark on your trip.
