The MOST AMAZING experience here at Papi Steak in Las Vegas and Andrew is the best waiter ever! The staff is incredible including the sommelier Elena. The appetizers are so delicious. I love the 2 crudo dishes BUT my spiny lobster with crab was a huge disappointment especially for $195. The lobster was sparse and the crab was chalky and it was messily plopped on top of the lobster. The chefs were not on their game last Monday night, 4/13/26. Service-5 stars Ambience-5 stars Main course-2 stars Dessert-4 stars for creativity

The restaurant interior and the vibe are absolutely fabulous super cool very hip. You feel like you're inside a chic club. The service is white Love in top Notch high-quality cocktails, and wine list List by saying this restaurant is super expensive, but it is quite an experience, from the moment you greeted To when you leave, you feel special. All the food was very good, but not the best steak I've ever had for the price you're paying more for the experience. It's a one time deal that feels more like a party than anything else. I would go again if I was taking a younger group of adults there

Atmosphere was awesome, wasn't crowded when we went. Great service very knowledgeable about the menus. The drinks were very tasty! We got the New York strip and it was to die for! Also the pretzel bites we got for an appetizer I think was the best thing I've ever eaten in my life.

A little on the pricey side but if you got it like that, COME. I take my east coast friends here all the time and they love it! The food never disappoints and the ambiance here is just right. The service is OK. But i do love the shows for the big dishes that come out! In general, Papi is a nice place with a great dining experience that'll definitely impress all your out of town people! :)

Came here on a Monday. It as busy from about 7:30-9. The atmosphere was great exactly what we were looking for. The food was good we had the truffle Ceasar and Latke. Split a ribeye with corn and Brussel sprouts between 3 girls. Drinks were good. Would come back.

American Wagyu ribeye. A little on the smoked burned side.

Good lively experience although honestly the steak which was American Wagyu is more along the lines of a smoked experience than your typical salt and pepper juicy steak. Some may love the Papi method some may not. Found it a little dry. Oysters and Caesar salad were very good. Fast friendly service.

I have to say the service at Papi Steak was very welcoming . I came for my bday because I wanted a fun atmosphere & they did not disappoint! I swear it was tomahawk steak wars all night lol the DJ/music could have been better but overall a great experience. My $75 margarita was strong , the asparagus was cooked great, the mac and cheese wasn't good at all to me, the filet mignon I ordered was cooked well, the quality of the steak was questionable so I paired it with a chimichurri sauce. Overall, I'd give this place another chance but I do feel there are better options for steak in Fontainebleau. If you want entertainment then this is your speed.

We were in Las Vegas for Halloween Weekend and wanted to try out a new steak house. We decided upon Papi Steak at the Foutainebleau. We arrived at the hotel and had a good ~8 minute walk from reception area till we reached the restaurant. On Second floor end of walkway of mall food hall area or seemed to be. Upon entrance, the restaurant was Wow! Was truly a Miami' Nightclub vibe with dark lighting, stage entertainment, and blasting music. Outstanding Service, our waiter seemed to have to yell at the top of his voice as he stood next to our table so we can hear him over the loud music. My Apple Watch measured 85 dBa! A bit too loud in my opinion. Having said that, it was non stop R &B hits for over an hour...Great DJ!!! We ordered a round of Old Fashioned-Woodford bourbon. Then started with Caesar's salad, NY strip 14 oz steak, & Ora King Salmon. We paired with Asparagus and Mashed Potato. All delish! Overall great service, lovely venue, but the blasting music made it difficult to speak with people at our own table. I'll give 3.5 Stars.

Another Strip steakhouse. I really want to give it a better rating for the amount we spent but I can't justify it. The service is great- attentive and helpful. The food is nothing special- overpriced. Definitely had better steak in Vegas. Atmosphere is cool and chic. Very loud- hard to talk with friends - we ended up after dinner sitting at the hotel lobby to be able to catch up with friends. Yes it's cool to purchase the beef case- great presentation. Cocktails were good.

Papi Steak is located at the fabulous Fountainebleu Hotel on the second floor. Beautifully decorated in red velvet, mahogany woods, plush furniture, low lights, and loud music by a DJ, this should be on your list to visit. This is a steakhouse with a nightclub that offers a $1000 Tomahawk Steak for those who are celebrating something special The steak is brought into the dining room by several lovely girls carrying giant sparklers and the chef or headwaiter carrying in a very elegant and specially made briefcase aka The Berf Case with the steak on ice to the celebrating table. Everyone stops what they are doing and all eyes are on the Presentation of the Beef Case, a 55 ounce Australian Wagyu Tomahawk steak. We were fortunate to be sitting right next to a table of girls who ordered the Tomahawk. We had a blast watching it all go down. We ordered and shared the 14oz NY Prime steak, the Whipped Potatoes, and Creamed Spinach. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The potatoes were buttery and delicious as was the spinach. My daughter had her Casamigos Reposado drink and I tried the El Padron. Both were very good. For dessert, we had the Papi Steak Strawberries & Cream Creme Brulee presented in its special container. It was incredible with the strawberries caviar! We enjoyed our entire experience and would return during our next trip to Vegas.

Papi Steak delivers on every level -- and then some. From the moment you walk in, the vibe grabs you. The energy is electric, the lighting sets the mood perfectly, and you immediately know you're in for something special. This place is as fun as it is delicious. Let's talk food. If you sit down at Papi Steak and don't order the Wagyu pastrami, you're doing it wrong. It arrived beautifully plated -- thin, ruby-red slices fanned out with whole grain mustard and cornichons -- and it was an absolute showstopper. Rich, silky, deeply savory with just the right acidity from the pickles to cut through it. Easily a 10/10 and one of the best bites I've had all year. The truffle corn is a must-order and deserves every bit of hype it gets -- sweet, earthy, indulgent. We ordered it twice. No regrets. The filet was cooked to absolute perfection -- that quiet confidence of a kitchen that knows exactly what it's doing. And the wine list? Genuinely impressive. Deep, thoughtful, and with enough range that you can find something extraordinary at multiple price points. We leaned in and it paid off. Papi Steak is a full experience -- not just a meal. If you're celebrating something or just want a truly memorable night out, this is the move.

If you book a Papi Steak reservation, you must understand what you're booking for. You get a vibrant, flashy, exclusive, elite club atmosphere, with A-tier, attentive, on-demand service, and some phenomenal steaks. If you value all those things, you can justify paying top dollar here. I don't usually seek out such pompous atmosphere and service, but this meal wasn't on my dollar. So, I could really appreciate everything that came with this dining experience. It was a ton! Now, let's talk about the steaks. The steaks are phenomenal. Arguably the best fillet and skirt steak I've ever had. So tender and flavorful. 5-star steaks. If you want top-notch food, an elite, elevated, club-like atmosphere, and eager-to-please service, you'll be very happy dining here. If one of those categories isn't important to you, don't come. It'll feel overpriced. Know what you're paying for. My entire family had a blast celebrating my dad's birthday at Papi Steak!

We stopped here because Komodo had a private party occupying the whole restaurant. I was pretty blown away by the prices at Papi Steak . So we just at the bar and had some appetizers. I've been to restaurants like this. From what I've experienced, you can tell the quality of food by the attention to detail of the appetizers. The crab cake was just ok. Kinda of on the dry side. I ordered the chilled prawns. They came out with the grilled prawns. Surprised it was very good. Not over cooked and had lots of flavor. The best item of the night was the pork belly. It came out cooked perfectly. Great char on the glaze. Full of fatty flavors. Definitely going to come back to try their dinner entrées. Bartender was good on the drinks. Glad to see they used real egg whites with their cocktails.

Anyone know how much the steaks are by chance? Going here in 1 week and i can't locate any prices on the menu😂

Depending on what size steak...the TOMAHAWK Steak 55oz. is $1000+, I got the FILET MIGNON 8oz and it's was $70+. Expect to spend $$$ 😊.

    Are kids allowed?

I haven't seen anything that says you can't but it's definitely not a place for children because of its club like atmosphere. I hope that helps some!

Once I stepped foot inside and saw a completely packed house with an hour and a half wait and barely standing room at the bar, I knew it was worth whatever wait or process I had to go through. Ultimately I lucked out as an individual. I was able to snag a bar top seat pretty quickly and had I known then I was sitting down to what was going to be one of the best meals of my life, I would have been visibly more excited. Not only was the service absolutely top notch, the people and the regulars there were extremely friendly and outgoing. The vibe was perfect, a strange mix of a place that felt like it had been there for 200 years yet was somehow high energy and vibey. From a killer cocktail recommendation to one of the best steaks I've had in my life and coming from Oklahoma City, where I work a mile away from the stockyards and can get great quality fresh beef six ways from Sunday, that's saying a lot. I usually despise most things truffle but if I was forced to eat that truffle mac and cheese every day for the rest of my life I would consider it a life well lived. While I would have never ordered it on my own, a customer next to me recommended the porn star cocktail and I have to say it was also one of the most delicious things I've ever had in my life. Ten out of ten, top notch experience. Would recommend. Will be back every time I'm in Vegas, no questions asked.

We do all of our special celebrations at Golden Steer because of the superb service the ambience, and exceptional food. Tonight we celebrated my son's birthday and everyone from the host and hostess to the servers and especially, Alexandra and Sabrina really made us feel special. Our table enjoyed the tomahawk, the ribeye, Australian Wagyu and the crab legs. For appetizers we had tasty Caesar salad prepared at table side, crabcakes, oysters Rockefeller, and shrimp cocktail. Our sides were macaroni and cheese, creamed, spinach, whipped potatoes, twice baked potatoes, and asparagus. Of course the food was cooked to perfection as always, and the presentation and seasoning were amazing. The dessert, trays and liqueur and cappuccino were the perfect end to an incredible experience. If you're looking for an exceptional overall immersion in true "Old Vegas" and delicious food, this is your restaurant destination. By the far classiest and most unique place in Vegas.

The dinner rolls were fantastic, they were served hot with what tasted like a little salt and pepper on top, which was unexpected but absolutely delicious. I also ordered the Madeira cream mushrooms, and they were incredible. I would happily order those again and ask for additional rules to dip in the delicious sauce For my entrée, I chose the famous Australian lobster tail. It was enormous, and the flavor of the meat I ate was very good. However, the bottom portion of the tail, where it had been placed back into the shell after cooking, was tough, chewy, and slightly discolored. I ended up eating only the top portion because the rest just wasn't enjoyable. At $111 for the lobster tail alone, I expected exceptional quality from beginning to end. Overall, I'm glad I experienced Golden Steer. The ambiance, history, and exceptional service absolutely live up to the restaurant's reputation. For me, though, the lobster didn't justify the price. It's a fun place to experience at least once, but based on the quality I received for the cost, it's probably a one-time visit.

Unfortunately, after several visits, I felt compelled to share my honest experience. The first area that needs improvement is the greeting and reception downstairs before you're seated. On more than one occasion, we felt the staff lacked warmth and enthusiasm. First impressions matter, and guests should feel welcomed, not as though they're inconveniencing the staff. With better coaching and customer service training, I believe this could be easily improved. We visited several times for brunch, and unfortunately the experience was consistently disappointing. The breakfast plates arrived lukewarm, the eggs were not prepared particularly well, and the meals simply weren't very appetizing. Breakfast is one of the simplest meals to execute well, and serving hot food on properly heated plates would make a significant difference. The service also left room for improvement. While the staff was polite, we never felt the level of attentiveness or hospitality that you would expect from a restaurant with Echo & Rig's reputation. We also returned for dinner, hoping for a better experience. One thing that really puzzled us was the separate steak menus. The standard steak menu felt underwhelming, while the premium menu was priced well above what I would expect, even compared to several outstanding high-end steakhouses in Las Vegas. If you're promoting yourself as a premier steakhouse, I believe the menu should reflect one consistently high standard rather than separating the experience into different tiers. Our dinner service was also quite slow, and our server came across as somewhat sarcastic at times, which made the experience less enjoyable. I offer these comments as constructive feedback because I genuinely want this restaurant to succeed. Echo & Rig has an excellent location, a beautiful concept, and tremendous potential. I believe management should continue investing in staff coaching, customer service, kitchen consistency, and simplifying the dining experience so guests receive the same high-quality experience every time. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful. I wish the ownership and management continued success and hope future guests have a better experience than we did.

We did not originally plan on having a big meal or making a special visit. We simply wanted to sit somewhere nice, have a glass of champagne, and enjoy a quiet moment together. But once we stepped inside Smith & Wollensky, everything felt much better than expected. Sometimes the best dining experiences are the ones you do not plan too much. This was definitely one of those pleasant surprises. The atmosphere was beautiful. It had that classic American steakhouse feeling with warm lighting, sparkling glassware, and an elegant but comfortable setting. It felt upscale without being too formal, and it was the perfect place to sit with my mom and enjoy a relaxed conversation. We ordered champagne by the glass, and it was excellent. Sometimes champagne by the glass can feel a little flat or not cold enough, but this one was served very cold and the bubbles were still lively and fresh. The first sip was crisp, refreshing, and immediately made the moment feel special. My mom and I both really enjoyed it. The burrata cheese was absolutely delicious. It was soft, creamy, and fresh, with a rich but delicate flavor. When I cut into it, the texture was beautifully smooth, and the creaminess paired so well with everything else on the plate. I especially loved the fruit pairing. The brûléed orange and charred grapefruit added a bright, slightly sweet, and lightly bitter flavor that balanced the creamy burrata perfectly. The basil added freshness and brought the whole dish together. The ham served with the burrata was also excellent. Sometimes prosciutto or cured ham can be too salty and overpower the dish, but this one was not too salty at all. It had a nutty, savory flavor that went beautifully with the burrata. The creamy cheese, refreshing fruit, fresh basil, and savory ham were very well balanced. My favorite bite was with a little burrata on the crostini, some fruit, and a piece of the ham together. The crispy bread, creamy cheese, bright fruit, and savory ham all worked perfectly in one bite. We only came in for a glass of champagne, but this starter made the visit feel much more special. The service was also comfortable and professional. The staff was attentive without being overwhelming, and the pace felt relaxed. That kind of service makes a big difference, especially when you want to enjoy a nice moment without feeling rushed. This visit became a sweet memory with my mom. A cold glass of champagne with lively bubbles, delicious burrata, and ham that was savory but not too salty made the whole experience feel elegant and enjoyable. Sometimes a simple, unplanned stop turns into one of the best parts of the day. I would definitely come back again next time I am in the area. If you enjoy burrata cheese, I highly recommend this dish. We came in without high expectations, but left very impressed and very happy.

Be prepared for a wait even if you reserve a table, this place is very popular. The service and staff is very kind and quick tho, they are very knowledgeable on everything on the menu as well. The most important part tho is the food, it was exquisite. I saw someone order the hanging tomahawk too and I tried not to drool. Don't worry they will serve you some really good bread while you wait. I can't wait to go back here and get the hanging tomahawk. That vision and smell of it lives rent free in my head ‍
