Whomever curated this has incredible & varied music taste and it all works together! 90's R&B, Alternative, Grunge Rock, all of it so good! The menu has sections that you choose 2-4 items from and share with your table. We tried the Mushroom flatbread, the Pot Roast sandwich, the Beet Salad and the Grilled Oysters. The Grilled Oysters were not a favorite. However, I think that's just personal preference because of the style they are prepared in. We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. We were so full that we passed on dessert, but would definitely be back because the options were inventive and looked so tasty. A doughnut bread pudding, a bourbon brownie; yes to both please!

I have never felt so disrespected or disappointed by a restaurant in my life. We had a reservation for 8 people to celebrate my husband's birthday, made two months in advance, and yet we were treated as if we were completely irrelevant. Despite our reservation, we were forced to wait over an hour past our scheduled time, and not a single staff member seemed to care. Every time we checked in with the hostess to ask for the status of our table, we were met with dismissive responses like, "We're booked, and you'll get a table whenever one becomes available." Not once did anyone apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. We are a group of well-to-do individuals who were planning to spend a considerable amount of money at this establishment, yet we were given absolutely zero incentive to do so. The level of disrespect was astonishing; we were treated as though we were doing them a favor by being there, rather than being valued customers. The experience was all show with nothing to show for it - a superficial display that fell completely flat. Our night was utterly ruined. What was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for my husband turned into a frustrating ordeal, not just for us, but for all our guests. We were stuck in a situation where it was too late to find another place to dine, but looking back, we should have left just like the other large party we saw walk out in frustration after being treated similarly. It's clear this place has no respect for its patrons. I have never written a negative review before, but this experience was so appalling it deserves to be publicly addressed. Papi Steak is a disgrace to fine dining. We will never return, and I hope others think twice before wasting their time and money here. After catching a Knights game, my girl and I decided to check out Papi Steak, and let me tell you--the vibes are unmatched! From the moment we walked in, the energy was great, with good tunes and classy, stylish decor that made the whole experience feel elevated. We started with some bread and butter that has "Papi" stamped on it--such a cool and unique touch! For appetizers, we had the tuna tartare and honey-glazed pork belly. The pork belly literally melts in your mouth--absolutely amazing--and the tuna was fresh and full of flavor. For our main course, we shared a bone-in New York strip topped with chimichurri, and it was cooked to perfection. On the side, we had mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and mac and cheese, and every bite was indulgent and delicious. One standout detail is that they serve the food for you at the table, adding an extra touch of class to the experience. To drink, I had "El Padrón," a refreshing cucumber-flavored cocktail that paired perfectly with the meal. Also, a nice bonus--they serve glass Coke, which always hits differently! Our server, Bobby, took amazing care of us and made the night extra special with his attentive and friendly service. As an added bonus, the restaurant has a lively atmosphere, with girls dancing on the bar, making it an even more fun and energetic place to dine. If it's your birthday, they can make it a big celebration with a sign and music, but just note it's not complimentary--you have to pay for it. I'm not sure of the price, but it's worth asking if you want to make your night extra special. I also think they do something similar if you order the "gold steak." Avoid Papi Steak Las Vegas at All Costs - They Ruined My Birthday If you're looking to be treated like a second-class citizen on your special day, then Papi Steak in Las Vegas is the place for you. My recent experience there was nothing short of a disgrace. Despite confirming our reservation not once, but twice with the restaurant, we were met with chaos and hostility upon arrival. The entrance was roped off like some overhyped nightclub, and the staff acted like bouncers rather than hosts. They seemed to be picking and choosing who was worthy of entering, and unfortunately, my party - who showed up on time and in proper attire - was treated like we didn't belong. The staff claimed there was a "huge buyout" that had mysteriously materialized despite our confirmed booking, and they dumped us in the bar area as if that was an acceptable substitute. Let me be clear: the bar had zero ambiance, zero effort, and yet we were still expected to pay full price for a sub-par, stripped-down experience. No apology. No accommodation. No regard for the fact that it was my birthday - an occasion I had planned and looked forward to. Instead of celebrating, I left feeling embarrassed, disappointed, and frankly, insulted. Papi Steak is all flash and no class. Overbooked, overhyped, and grossly unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where customers are treated with basic dignity and respect. I had an amazing experience at Papi Steak. This is easily one of the best and most upscale restaurants I've been to in a long time. From the moment we walked in, everything felt high-end but still fun and lively. The service was excellent the whole night, and our server Steven really stood out. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect without being over the top. You can tell he knows what he's doing, and he definitely made the experience even better for us. The atmosphere is something special. It has a very energetic vibe with great music, almost like a mix between a luxury restaurant and a nightlife spot. It makes the whole experience feel exciting, not just another dinner. As for the food, everything we ordered was delicious. We had the filet mignon and ribeye steak, both cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We also ordered duck and a few other dishes, and honestly everything that came to the table was impressive. Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I had high hopes for Papi Steak, especially after a fantastic dining experience here once before. However, this visit was nothing short of a disaster. Despite making a reservation over two months in advance, my party was left waiting for **TWO HOURS** to be seated. And what did we receive in return? Absolutely nothing. No apology, no update, no effort from the staff or management to make the situation right. It was as if our time didn't matter to them at all. To make matters worse, it became evident that they had overbooked the restaurant due to CAALA weekend and were completely unprepared to accommodate all the reservations. The lack of service and basic courtesy was appalling. When we finally were seated, the attitude from the staff continued to be indifferent at best. We expected a top-tier dining experience, but instead, we were met with negligence and disappointment. It's truly unfortunate, as our previous visit was marked by great food and service. This time, however, Papi Steak failed miserably. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I recently visited Papi Steak with a group of 8, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We originally made a reservation for 7, but had an additional guest join us last minute. The staff was rude and repeatedly told us they couldn't accommodate the change, even though we were all already there. After some back and forth, they eventually told us to wait at the bar while they "figured it out," but it was clear they had no intention of doing so. I saw multiple tables open that could have easily seated our group, yet we were purposely ignored. To make matters worse, the manager, Jessica, was particularly unprofessional and dismissive. You don't treat customers this way, especially at a restaurant with such a reputation. The entire experience left a bad taste, and I would not recommend Papi Steak to anyone expecting good service or basic courtesy. Not to mention, today I woke up to a $400 charge when I didn't even dine there and the manager said we were not going to be charge. I will be disputing and reporting to BBB for their unfair business practices. read more

The Wagyu pastrami was literally melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the truffle creamed corn was the perfect side dish - it was the best I've ever had! The pièce de résistance was the $1000 "Beef Case" Wagyu tomahawk, which was truly insane. The presentation was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was electric.
