I ended wrapping the gift myself with the great tips that I received from paper source
    Dawn F.

Costa Mesa, CA I have a weakness for fine stationary, fine hand made paper, wrapping, etc. This store is a feast for the eyes, I love their hand made paper sheets which can be used to create invites, or even wrapping for presents (single sheets run $8 and up and are not returnable once purchased). I was looking to wrap a large gift but the single sheets were not large enough. I wish I remembered the name of the gal who helped me here, she was so kind and helpful. She showed me how they wrap their gifts and also how they tie their bows, I learned some great gift wrapping tips and I upped my wrapping game. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks? Paper Source also provides gift wrapping service for a charge, I ended up purchasing my paper elsewhere and wrapped my own gift due to them not having exactly what I was looking for.

    Funny government birthday card

Came here looking for a festive holiday bubble mailer because the post office was way too crowded; I didn't find it. What I did find was a store unlike any other with the coolest, prettiest, humorous, well organized gifts, cards, books, stationary, etc. I can't explain it other than if you want a cool/unique card or gift for someone, definitely come here. Some of this stuff I've come across as a rare find in the small stationary section of TJ Maxx or Marshalls, but this is a next level gift store. On the back wall are shelves filled with envelopes of EVERY size with stationary to match and it's arranged in The Home Edit fashion: by color on the rainbow. I won't send an invite in the mail without coming here first for consultation. What I bought: RBG book entitled, There's No Truth without Ruth, a hilarious birthday card referencing government politics, tissue paper confetti in red, white and green, a kitschy gift for a new hire at work that let's people know you're busy. I had to stop myself from looking because there are A LOT of things you could get for anyone in your circle of friends or family. A must see store, for sure! I'll post pics as those give an idea of what you can find here.

    Beautiful gift wrap

A certain kind of person shops here. Nice people shop here! People who give gifts, people who send cards, and people who host parties! What a fun place!!!! They have the most beautiful wrapping paper, ribbons, And lots of other stuff.

OMG. A crafternooner's wet dream! Matching assorted envelopes, cards & etc a plenty!

I honestly should not have come into this store. I could get lost in here for hours. :) Crafternooners beware! I went in to just take a look and walked out with $60 worth of stuff. Doh! I went in for the gnome tealights and found customized stamps, monogram stamps, ink pads in the entire spectrum ROYGBIV!!, cards for every occasions, cutesy gifts and everything you could possibly dream to make. GREAT for DIY invitations, thank you cards, wedding invitations, etc. They have a entire back wall color coded with different card options (tri-fold, traditional bi-fold, flat card, etc.) and the respective coordinating envelopes. p.s. If you are not set on a color or want to mix / match the card and envelope, there is a small section that is clearance. Everything is 50% off. You can get the cards at half and pick nice envelopes at full price or get them elsewhere.

    Boogers! Yumm....

Awesome store!! My favorite time to visit is October because they have a bunch of really unique, and some gross Halloween treats = Box of Boogers, Monster Poop, Zombie Jerky and Ouija Board mints. How about an inflatable turkey for Thanksgiving? Paper source is able to pull it off with sophistication without looking like a Spencer's Gifts store. The displays in the window are one-of-a-kind. You won't find a store display like theirs in the mall anywhere. It's great to walk by and get all sorts of ideas, although it would be very hard to duplicate the stuff they have in their display case as the paper items are actually quite huge. I can never walk out of this store without purchasing anything but when I do, its limited due to the pricier nature of their products.

I once thought Papyrus had gorgeous stationary, but Paper Source is just a cut above them. Not only is this store about 3-4 times larger than a normal Papyrus, but the selection is just endless. Be prepared to shell out beaucoup bucks for whatever selections tickle your fancy because this stuff ain't cheap. But then again, they're destroying all those forests just so they can make these for you, so yeah, I guess it's only fair.

I had a nice visit to Paper Source earlier in the week. I was loving all the little knick knacks and things. I loved the fun sunglasses, novelty styles and things of course. I had a fun time exploring the toys and books and things with my lil one. She loved the little plastic toy that was a a wind up dancing llama. In here with my lil one's godmother, we had a fun time reading these fun little cocktail napkins. They had some that were perfect for upcoming birthday parties and ones that had us reminiscing about our last girls trip. I could NOT believe my eyes when I saw some of the balloon bouquet prices, $195+ for birthday party balloons and what not. I do hope that these are filled with extra light helium and other gases so that they last an extra long time. I know that I didn't ask if they do but I do hope it's something that is available. It was interesting to see so many asian snacks in there. I found some cord bites that were fun little animals, ginger mints, fun pens and markers, pretty patterned planners, beautifully handmade cards, stunning sheets of wrapping paper, and more. I was not greeted at all but I was understanding of that because when I walked in I over heard a customer trying to return some just purchased products and it taking a few different people to kinda decipher what the not real good English speaking tourist tried to explain their reason for the return. I wasn't upset with that at all. I wasn't fond of the attitude that I felt I got from the sales person but I was already on my way out. The store is full of lots of fun stuff and I'd love to shop here more when I have more time but with my lil one, I was really only able to do a bit more than just browse. maybe next time. . .

This store is very fun. I could easily spend some serious cash here and have to really watch myself. I love greeting cards and they have some really cool ones. I keep a shoebox full of cards at home for birthday emergencies. The store also has beautiful wrapping papers, stationery, scrapbooking items, novelties, rubber stamps, books, toys, and tons of other crafting goods. I am easily amused and was having a good time perusing the Sarah Palin famous quotes keychain, pickle bandaids, books on desserts, neat cards and crafting supplies. Stuff here is a little on the high side, but you can join their email club at the register and they will start emailing you deals and alerts about their store sales.

This place is great for funky wrapping paper and unusual cards but a bit on the pricy side! Just my luck, they are having a 50% off sale today and I got some great selections for pennys and will save them to wrap those special gifts with! Yep, I have added pictures to this review as well!

Two of the cards I made with the "card making kit" one is a thank you and one is a birthday card
