We ordered the combination pho and the clay pot. $38. What a surprise! As experienced Vietnamese eaters of around the Country and the world. These 2 dishes were top notch and among the best we've ever had. The pho was delicious and we liked that there was only one price regardless of the meet choice. The clay pot was very good but became amazing when our server brought over the special hot sauce. We were blown away by this restaurant and the amazing service. While dining we overheard a lady tell the server that she had to search out this restaurant and come back due to her amazing experience on her last trip to Dallas. We hope to be back one day too! Bravo!

I rarely leave reviews but only upload pictures for restaurants, but I have to leave a review for this restaurant that I accidentally discovered. While going to a nearby LA Fitness, I saw this on the way because I did not eat a dinner yet. I saw a choice between this, Thai Street food next to it, but I decided to walk in here. The place was extremely small with not many tables, but I could find a seat close to the window side. What made me to give this perfect stars for this restaurant is how kind the owner was. He gave me a fresh bottle of Ozarka water, and he was really showing a fantastic service. And the food was great, too. I thought it was little expensive at $18 for a bowl of shrimp noodle, but it was enough portion. So, while I would not normally give this high ranking for a restaurant that is not super fancy, I have to make an exception because the owner's service really made a difference.

I looked up a healthy option for lunch and the first thing that popped up was this place, once I walked in it smelt so good!!! I was greeted by who I think was the owner, he was so nice and kind and offered me a drink while I waited which did not take long at all. I will be coming again because the ambience was very comforting!!!

    Bun Xeo the best!

The food and service is always amazing. The owner is very personable with each guest. I would say more but my review was too wordy they said

A friend recommended this place and the reviews were good so we went. I had the beef pho and my friend had the beef vermicelli. My pho was great! It was huge, I took about half home. The broth was flavorful and it had the normal accompanying vegetables. I didn't see the meat raw, it was all cooked in the broth but there was A LOT of meat. More than I expected, it was also flavorful and tender. I think it was $18 which is on the high end for pho but I did have leftovers and really enjoyed it! My friend also enjoyed his meal and had leftovers. They offered a complimentary ice cream and we accepted. It's a small container of Blue Bell, which was thoughtful and we enjoyed it. We also shared the shrimp spring rolls, the shrimp were large and it was delightful. The restaurant is small but they seem to do a lot of take out so there was plenty of seating. Give it a try!

The food is phenomenal! And I'm from California, so I know good Vietnamese spots! The portions are good. The flavors on point! I highly recommend this place if you're in the area! I drove from Gainesville to come here so that should tell you how good the food is! And the owner is awesome too, so the customer service is phenomenal!

This place is unbelievably amazing. I got shrimp spring rolls and beef pho and the flavor was stellar and the perfect warm meal on a chilly day. Alan was the friendliest man ever and ensured we had everything we needed for a delicious meal. I will absolutely come back here any time I'm in Dallas.

I am crazy about Papaya Kitchen's "Shrimp Spring Rolls" - plump, juicy shrimps, lovely amount of vermicelli, lettuce, and bean sprouts, and delicious peanut sauce. Efficient online ordering. Welcoming pickup service. So glad this once beloved 'green papaya restaurant' being back. With the now named "Papaya Kitchen" being set up for mainly takeouts! CHEERS!

I had two seasonal signatures that were perfect summer refreshers. My first was a pineapple rum cocktail called Lewis Street Daiquiri. The second was a very creative spin on a Negroni made with tequila instead of gin. Lewis Street Daiquiri uses a pineapple rum combined with Yuzu Kosho cordial. A yuzu kosho cordial is a sweet, syrup flavored with yuzu citrus and a spicy Japanese chili paste. It's a creative way bartenders add sweetness, acidity, and a spicy kick to recipes. It definitely had all of that along with a bit of a sour feel to it with some light froth from some vigorous shaking. It's really tasty. The second cocktail is JuJu's Negroni. I've never seen a tequila Negroni variation. They use a Blanco tequila, JuJu's coffee, Pamplemousse (grapefruit), and coconut. JuJu is a local East Dallas coffee shop around the corner from MHB. I love the local touch to use a neighbor's ingredient. I cant remember why is has a red tint given the ingredients, but it must be the combination of the coffee and grapefruit liqueur. I think i remember them saying they clarified some combination of the ingredients, but i cant remember. Regardless, it was delicious ams you should definitely try it. You don't need an excuse to go to MHB because it's one of the best restaurants in Dallas and is Michelin recommended. I would go@back for both of these cocktails like we do for the world famous garlic noodles. Go try these beauties and visit our hood because it's one of the best joints we have to offer in Dallas. The service is very good here and they are super friendly. The only bad thing is how small the place is so if youre there during full house you will have to wait. Although it's small, I wouldn't want it to change if it affects quality. So this place is dang near perfect to me. Prices are great as well. I would highly recommend making a trip out to this place. I'll definitely be back.

You can tell they brew it and it doesn't come from a syrup. When I sat down, I was instantly greeted, and there were like four different people serving my table, I think that they all work as a team to make sure everything is covered. The service was just amazing. Restaurant is beautiful, the booths were , small and intimate and you feeling that you in place with privacy and yet part of the group ....kind of interesting how they've done that. But the food! The food was outstanding, first they gave me a complementary appetizer of Jasmine sticky rice with this eggplant chutney, that was very tasty, a teeny bit spicy, but really good depth with flavor. Then my beef Samosas arrived. There were four, wrapped in like a triangle rapper, smaller than the Indian version of the same, and the flavor was very tasty, and corn and small chopped potatoes, yum! The two chutneys that came with it one was a cool cucumber, and the other was this sweet and spicy plum sauce. They made samosas!!! They could be soft and cool, or they could be delicious and spicy, depending on chutney you had them with and you had a third option.... There was a bed of pickled radish and carrot that really sit off the samosas as well and we're just delicious on their own. I devoured the entire thing. Then get the entrée. I had drunken noodles and I added the shredded pork... It was devastatingly tasty!!! the noodles were obviously done it a wok that's been seasoned to perfection. The wide noodles picked up all that deliciousness from the wok and then combined with the pork... heaven ! They had large pieces of bell pepper and tomatoes. very fresh onions... Just deliciousness. I was too full this time to get dessert, but I'm definitely coming back and I will definitely try it next time
