Are the pork tacos the best thing on the menu here?

Not for me. I order the carne asada tacos or stuffed yam with carne asada. Metta john

Got the marinated chicken burrito (GF in which was verbally stated to the cooks) and let me tell you- the flavor was popping that I scarfed the burrito down. Unfortunately, due to the wetness of the meat, beans, and salsa, the tortilla ended up ripping apart half way through and then got pretty messy... finger licking good if you know what I mean. As I was waiting for my food I overheard another patron order the coconut horchata (what?!!!) the lovely owner (who is very accommodating and sweet) gave me a sample; oh, it was phenomenal. I cannot tell you how excited I am to already return to try more items from their menu. Ps: in the evenings they serve Persian food. Indoor and outdoor patio dinning avalible, easy located off Hwy116 outside downtown Seb, with decent parking spots in front.

We sat in the back patio, and my wife ordered a Sangria, and I just had water. The Sangria was tasty and just a hint of sweetness that I liked, but my wife wasn't as big a fan. She likes sour more than sweet. She ordered the Chili Relleno, and I ordered their special Relleno De Picadillo with Mild Poblano pepper stuffed with ground chuck, ground pork, sweet peas, carrots, potatoes, almonds, cranberries, a touch of chipotle and red wine, covered with our creamy ranchera sauce and Jack cheese. We have always liked their standard Chili Relleno, and today was no exception. It tasted fresh with lots of gooey cheese. My Relleno De Picadillo was sweeter than I thought. Then I re-read the ingredients and duh, sweet peas, carrot and cranberries. I liked it, but would have to be in the mood for a sweet Chili Relleno. It tastes similar to our stuffed bell peppers, which we sometimes do at home. It was large and tasty, but you have to be in the mindset of a little sweeter and not savoury. The salad, beans and rice were good. I love the back patio, fresh air and decorations.

Both the enchilada and taco were generously stuffed full of meat. Tender tortillas, and the beans were perfectly creamy. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, like it was made with real care and pride. There were a lot of to-go orders flying out the door, which tells you something right away--but we dined in and received absolutely impeccable service. The owner cracked open a bottle of their homemade hot sauce for us to try... very yummy!!! sweet with a little heat - it was so good we added a bottle to our order to take home. Please support this long-standing local business. Great people, amazing food, and the kind of place you want to keep coming back to. Location is in a strip mall, but don't let that fool you. They said that any dish you leave the meat out of is vegetarian, and they also have the McDougal section and vegan sections on the menu. We were given complimentary chips and salsa. The salsas were quite good and flavorful: one mild and two spicy. We ordered the chilaquiles omelet and the heuvos divorciado. After the tasty salsas, we were surprised at how bland the meals were. The rice was very good, and the beans were good, but the omelet, the guacamole, the eggs, red and green sauces were all incredibly bland. I'm guessing most of the rave reviews are not for vegetarian dishes? The outdoor seating is only a few tables out front, but it was still a nice option on a beautiful day and there was plenty of shade.

This place has always been extremely satisfying with very solid food. I've had everything here from burritos to nachos to tacos, and I have to say that everything I've had here has been delicious. This is not a restaurant where you can eat inside. I just wanna let people know that from the start. They do have a lovely area outside, which is particularly nice when it's sunny. In the time we were here I noticed there was a ton of people picking up takeout. Not surprising. There is a little area inside where you order. The people that work here are always so kind and accommodating. We came here yesterday. There was five of us: two adults, two teenagers, and a toddler. We ordered several street style tacos. Chorizo, Carne Asada, chicken, and Carnitas. All were delicious. The carnitas was especially yummy. They were served on two little tortillas that were lightly griddled to give it a little crisp. I love that. In my experience, I feel like so many taquerias will at best give you a warmed up corn tortilla. I feel like they put a lot of care into their tacos, which means a lot to me. Sometimes the best things to eat are the simplest things, but sometimes the simplest things don't get treated with the respect they deserve. The salsa that they serve here with the chips is also really good. Nice heat, but not overly spicy. My stepdaughter ordered super carnitas nachos with "yellow cheese." They give you the option between mozzarella or "yellow cheese". I thought that it would be cheddar cheese but it was actually queso. Delicious, creamy, liquid gold. Now i don't typically order nachos with liquid gold (although I'm not above that!) unless I'm drunk and at a 7/11, but these were bomb. To all the people that have their own specific rules and opinions as to how you eat something or how you believe something should not be eaten, I can totally relate on many levels. But rules are also meant to be broken so a rule above all rules: If something tastes good to you then there are no rules. Some people might put their nose up to that, but not me! It was delicious. Although I think it would be equally delicious with the mozzarella. I also loved that it came served with jalapeños and sliced avocado rather than guacamole. Those were put on the side so you won't see it in the picture. This is a fantastic little spot. Thank you for all the wonderful food and terrific service!
