My wife had the chicken fajitas that were tender with fresh scallions and bell pepper. They came with nice chewy flour tortillas. We arrived about 11:30 and were pleased to find they made our food to order. There is some seating behind the truck to get you away from traffic, a port-a-potty, and kick-ass hot sauce on the table. Nice beans too. Gas and go and gas, what more can you ask for?

I can tell they are freshly made and possibly hand cut. Orders are made to go, but there are plenty of spots to land and enjoy. I went over to Golden Gate Cider a few steps away. There were many vendors, but I'd say a good 70-80% of them were just selling new products. Cheap clothes, household goods, candy, electronics, etc. imported from Mexico and sold cheaply. I guess if you need something like this you may not feel like you have lots of places you can go, but I come to flea markets and swap meets for the "garage sale" aspect and that was extremely minimal here. Very depressing. I did buy a couple of items, but having also visited another swap meet earlier that same day, I can't see myself returning to this one. After interviewing a couple of resteraunts and independant companies we ran across Collision Cuisine website and liked what we saw so I gave them a call. We knew within the first few minutes we was talking to someone with a REAL passion for food and real expertice on catering. At that point we met up with Julia and Gage and they walked us through every step. We were convinced they would be perfect, but when it came to the actual event they exceeded all of our expectations. The food was so amazing that is all you can hear our guests talking about and everyone just loved them. I'm not kidding when I say I kept seeing our guest going over and hugging them! The pork ribs were awesome! The meat was so tender with a nice char. The extra BBQ sauce on the side was delicious. I chose the regular BBQ sauce but they also had a spicy one , too. I asked for two sides of baked beans and they were the best baked beans I've ever had...so flavorful with a little spicy kick.
