Avgolemono soup (cup). Warm, tart, a little sweet and comforting.

Stopped by for lunch today after getting home from the city. The food and service here are always great. I ordered a cup of avgolemono soup and a large gyro salad. Delicious as always.

Absolutely Loved the food! Our server was excellent and the ambiance was great. There was a lot of private bridal and baby showers being held the day we went for my mom's bday. Would definitely go back again and again! The Tequila espresso Martini is my new favorite!

I grew up going to the location in Stockton and the new Lodi location is even better! They have a good amount of outdoor seating and the food is perfect for enjoying a sunny afternoon. Their hummus and pita are always amazing. I recently tried the grilled artichoke and it was so tasty! I also really love the Greek salad. Everything tastes fresh and flavorful.

A girlfriend and I went to Papapavlo's in Lodi to celebrate her birthday. It was an extremely busy day that we had THE best service from Kirsten and Camilla!!!! They were both so attentive, checking on us frequently making sure everything that we ordered was tasty. The ambience was great. Everyone was enjoying themselves. The food choices were amazing as well. Not to mention our lemon drops were made to perfection.

Brought my husband here for dinner for his birthday and we had a time. They have a special on Mondays which was a salad, entree and dessert for like $40 pp. of course we had some wine, the complimentary naan (which were to die for) and they gave him a complimentary birthday treat. I had the Mediterranean pasta which was bomb, my hubby had the same, I had the Greek salad and toook chocolate cake to go with it staff are amazing and friendly. They work hard and the restaurant is beautiful for date night. We will come back

Me and my wife went to this restaurant for my birthday dinner. My wife had told me about this restaurant. I ordered the Caesar salad, Mediterranean chicken pasta, white wine and dessert. The salad was great with the naan was phenomenal. The pasta was the star of the dinner. The pasta flavor was delicious. The drink was great. The dessert was delicious. The ambiance is customer friendly and plenty of seating. The restaurant is great place to go for phenomenal food.

We dined again at Papapavlo's recently with my granddaughter and her husband. We arrived around 5:15 with 5:30 reservations and got seated immediately! The hostess was warm and friendly, welcoming us as we entered through the doors. The restaurant's interior is stylish and inviting and the bar scene was already hopping! As soon as we were seated we were greeted with water and pita bread slices accompanied by olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We skipped appetizers but my wife and granddaughter had cocktails. Our waiter, I believe his name was Garrett, was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and very efficient without being intrusive. My wife had the ribeye, baked potatoes and haricot verts. The steak was perfectly cooked and deliciously tender! My granddaughter had the pistachio crusted salmon which she said was delicious. Her husband had the filet in a Merlot Demi glaze. He mentioned that it was prepared exactly the way he prefers it. I had the octopus times two because last time I had it as an appetizer, it was outstanding! I had been craving it again so I got two orders on the same plate and they were very accommodating to my request. It came with a side of deliciously creamy fingerling potatoes. The portions of food did not leave much room for dessert but it didn't stop us from getting a slice of their baklava cheesecake to take home with us! Overall it was a very good dining experience and I can't wait to return for that delicious octopus!

5 stars because everything was great. Rented a private room for 4 hours for my mil's 50th birthday. We were able to put up decorations and have enough space for all attendees. Service was good, fast, friendly and very attentive. The food was good, I loved my shrimp pasta, I should've gotten one to go. Pricing is good, not too expensive- its very affordable and portions were good. The inside and decor was very nice. It was very elegant and dark, had nice lights. The room we rented had lights we can adjust based on our needs. Overall, yes id go back

Definitely asking for this area next time!

I have always loved Papapavlos and I came here to celebrate my birthday with my Yia Yia who has been a loyal fan of this place for years. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful with warm wood accents, cozy booths, and a lovely ambiance. However, our visit this time left me a bit disappointed. I ordered the Greek Chicken Salad but I am fairly certain I received the Chicken Caesar Salad instead. I have had the Greek salad before and this one did not have any of the usual ingredients such as olives, feta, or vinaigrette. It only had Caesar dressing, croutons, and grilled chicken. I did not want to make a fuss especially since it was a special lunch with my Yia Yia, but it was a letdown. The lighting was also very dim for 1 p.m., but thankfully our server adjusted it when I mentioned it. Later I ordered cheesecake for dessert and was given a chocolate mousse cake instead. It would have helped if the server had written our order down instead of trying to remember everything. All that said, the food we did get was fresh and flavorful and the atmosphere itself is lovely. It just needs a little more attention to detail and care with orders. I will probably give them another try but I hope next time the service matches the beauty of the restaurant

Really nice restaurant. Right away it feels very elegant inside. Sat down after the hostess had to double check if she had a table for us even though the restaurant was empty except for about two other tables.. service was ok. Mostly the servers & hostess talking since it was slow. Ordered the seafood pasta and calamari steak entree. Wow! The flavors were so amazing. Definitely recommend. Everything was super delicious and reasonably priced. I would come again!

Consistently delicious food, amazing service. Went here again for Thanksgiving dinner. They had a dinner special and served their normal menu. It can get pretty loud in there, but love the vibe with the bar as a focal point when you walk in. Fun place to go for yummy food, great libations and atmosphere

It was our first time visiting from the Bay Area, and it was truly a memorable experience. We ordered the chicken wings and calamari, plus two drinks. Our bartender recommended the Freak Show Cabernet, and it was delicious. I appreciated how attentive the team was: when I accidentally knocked over my drink, the staff quickly and graciously helped clean up, along with a few flowers I bumped in the process. I apologize for the clumsiness on my part. The chef also came out to greet us, which was a wonderful personal touch. Overall, we had an incredible time. We sat inside, where the space features exposed brick, artwork throughout, and very comfortable seating... my partner specifically pointed that out. The layout includes a mix of seating areas, which gives it a more relaxed, layered feel. The bar area, known as the Ghost Lounge, adds a darker, more lounge-like element to the overall atmosphere. Service was excellent. Our server, Lacy, was friendly, attentive, and witty - easily one of the best servers we've had in a while. For drinks, I had a local Oak Farm red wine that was excellent. Others in our group had mimosas, which were well received... especially the grapefruit mimosa, which my partner really enjoyed. For food, there were several highlights. My partner had the chicken and waffles and loved it; I tried some and would agree it was very good. Another person in our group ordered the steak breakfast tacos, which came as a set of three. They only ate two, and I had the third and it was delicious and something I would recommend. Another in our group had the eggs Benedict and thought it was excellent. I had the biscuits and gravy with fried eggs. It was okay, but not something I would go out of my way to order again. In terms of value, prices felt consistent with the quality of the food, service, and overall setting. It's not a budget brunch spot, but it feels appropriate for the experience. Overall, it was a really enjoyable Easter brunch with great service, a comfortable and well-designed interior, and several strong menu items. I'd rate it a 4 out of 5, though if half-points were an option, this would land closer to a 4.5. We'd definitely come back.

Now was a good as time as any! As we entered, there was a sign to meet at the bar for seating. The waitress/server came out after a bit of a wait and according to my friend, it's usually a longer wait time around lunch for someone to come out and seat you. I was recommended to try the pork schnitzel by my friend and it did not disappoint. I got my sandwich with a side salad. We also ordered the deviled eggs to share. My friend has never had the deviled eggs before and pleasantly surprised and delighted that the eggs were absolutely delicious. They're very smooth, eggs were cooked perfectly and the touch of bacon was just right. It does come with a small helping of mixed greens topped with pickled onions. The pork schnitzel was crispy & crunchy due to the breaded pork loin, came with pickled onions, slaw and the chipotle aioli sauce. The sauce does have a bit of a kick to it but it wasn't too spicy, well, at least for me. My salad was very good too. It was colorful and had an interestingly tangy dressing on it. It paired well with the sandwich. One was spicy and the salad was tangy but refreshing. My friend also ordered the pork schnitzel with beef tallow fries. I tried some of her fries and they were thin but still crispy. Overall the food at West Oak Nosh was so good and delicious! Even the server came to our table and realized our food wasn't out yet so she had to check on it. By the time I got the fajitas, the meat was overly cooked. The vegetables had shriveled up, and the meat had gone a bit dry. Thank goodness for salsa! We also had a shrimp taco, but it was sad that the tortilla crumbled when we picked it up. That Ahi tuna tostadas were drenched in soy sauce, so that too, fell apart. It was way too salty to eat. I will say that their spicy salsa is pretty good out of the three as well as their chip salsa. It's contemporary and the furnishings are quite comfortable. It's the type of place you can settle in and have a casual meal without feeling rushed. Prices are high yet the quality is excellent. For the first evening at the bar we settled into a high top table. You can sit at the bar, lounge type seating or outdoors on a pleasantly shaded patio. They had an expanded bar bites menu as the main restaurant is closed on Wednesdays... most of it quite enticing. We opted for cocktails to start and I chose a specialty Date Maple Old Fashioned. It was really good with a large ice ball to chill it. For bar bites we shared the pork belly sandwiches (small, delicious but messy to eat), the sausage skewers (amazing!) and crab cups (refreshingly light and easy to eat). After cocktails we had glasses of a light white wine, made with Santorini Greek grapes. For the next meal in the dining room the place was a buzz with activity but conversation was easy without a lot of excessive noise. It's intimate and the room is quite pleasant for a gourmet meal. We started with cocktails (same Old Fashioned) and shared the grilled Brussels Sprouts which were plentiful and ever so delicious. They were slightly over grilled for my taste yet it didn't distract from me enjoying them. We got bread which was a baguette with butter and the consistency perfect for a French style loaf. For my entree I debated between the scallops and the pork chop and went with the chop. I was quite pleased as the chop came in thick slices and drizzled with a tarragon mustard reduction sauce. It was amazing, tender, juicy and at 22oz I couldn't finish it all. It came with a tasty apple sauce and grilled seared cabbage. Absolutely delicious. Ed, celebrating a birthday, had steak which came with a huge bowl of mashed potatoes which I tasted. Oh my gosh, the creamiest potatoes ever! For dessert we shared the cheese plate, a really great way to end the meal, with glasses of a twany port. All of the cheeses from a brie to a hard cheese were top quality. Service both times was very attentive, professional yet personable. We were well cared for and everything went smoothly. It's expensive yet the experience and value is worth visiting. With live music playing nearby, it added to the overall setting. We started with the chicken croquettes--crispy and a strong opener. Drinks were mixed: I didn't care for the strawberry whiskey sour, but the staff handled it well and replaced it with a classic version that was much better. My partner's mimosa, topped with a dried pear, was a nice touch. For mains, the shakshuka was excellent. My mushroom-based eggs Benedict with truffle sauce was just okay--interesting, but not something I'd go out of my way to order again. Dessert (chocolate cake and coffee) was the highlight and a great finish. Service was attentive and accommodating throughout. Overall, a slightly upscale brunch spot that mostly delivers, with a few standout items and a few that fall short.
