Spent about 30-45 min walking around. The great customer service for assisting with the item I needed gave a lot of value to the store along with the item matching the price seen online. Only area for opportunity is the outdoor garden area. Definitely has seen better days. The order did come in the following week and instead of the store calling on Wed/Thu, I called on Friday to confirm. Jeff hunted the item down and I was able to pickup on Saturday. I'll keep this place in mind for hardware store needs as well as decoration/small housewares.

I almost froze my Pataudi off trying to find the 8 in pots! Today, the hubs and I were going to look at washers and dryers. We asked one sales associate that we saw after being in the store for a while to send over a sales associate for washers and dryers. Well we waited...and waited...and waited...and waited until we got exhausted from waiting and decided to leave. With service like this, I am not sure how long they are going to be in business. We did some comparative shopping on our own. The washer and dryer that was in the top choice spot at The Home Depot was comparably priced at Lowe's. Once we gathered enough intel, we were on our merry way...ok not so merry way!
