Never order online! if you order online, from my experience your order will be incomplete,…read moreincorrect, damaged or delayed. The online "store" has different pricing, different discounts, different sales and if the order is delayed their tracking is flat out wrong. Today's fiasco had Home Depot telling me the package had not been picked up, but the service rep explained you need to click on the UPS tracking within Home Depot tracking to get the correct information. Five minutes after Home Depot send me an email telling me the package is delayed and sends me their tracking information, and it is wrong! if you can't get what you want from the store, go to Lowes.
