Such an annoying experience and I WAS a huge lover of PM and supporting a local business. Placed an order and upon arrival they're doing maintenance on their store and their cash registers were unable to be used. Maybe do this after hours or before your store opens. I had to write my credit card information down after I was unable to download the app like they suggested I do for payment. The gentleman doing the work, who I assume was the owner gave the impression it was my problem because their system was unable to process a card payment. The women are fantastic at this store, and always have been great. The pizza was overloaded with sauce and in the past the veggie delight automatically had thin crust, apparently you have to request that now. Money down the drain. read more

We've gone to this Papa Murphy's for 8 straight years. Every....every....time we get a consistently excellent pizza from always friendly staff. Ingredients fresh. Ingredients ALWAYS plentiful and overflowing edges of crust. We occasionally try other pizza parlors in the area for comparing, but they never match what we get at our Papa Murphy's. read more

PaPa Murphy's in Wilsonville is great. We often get the Tuesday special, any large pizza for $12.00. You can't beat it. The ingredients are top shelf, and plenty of them. Very tasty! Friendly staff, and clean shop. It's our go to place for pizza. I bake it when I want to and it's like having fresh oven baked pizza because it is. It heats well too! read more

I asked for a pizza with half pepperoni and mushroom and half pepperoni, spinach, and feta cheese. I repeated myself 3 times and then received a Half pepperoni and half pepperoni and mushroom with cheddar and mozzarella. There weren't even any other customers in the store. That's not even the worst part. I asked for a Caesar salad. She said they didn't have any, but she would make it "fresh." When we got home and looked at the salad, it was made with rotten lettuce. We didn't even have the energy to drive back there and complain because it would be useless. If the girl working there actually put that salad together from scratch thinking it's all good, what makes us think we could actually get her to understand what is fresh and what is rotten. Never again. Please hire people with at least a simple level of comprehension. read more

I ordered a pizza and cheese bread online 2 hours in advance. My fiancé stops by to pick it up on his way home from work and they didn't give him the cheese bread. I called them to request a refund (as I have the receipt and my card was charged for both items) - the worker on the phone says I can come pick up the bread (now at 8:40pm at night when they close at 9??) but I can't get a refund. I asked him how he was not going to give me a refund for an item I didn't receive but paid for and he put me on hold. He said I could come in physically to the store tomorrow for a refund but I couldn't get an instant refund for an electronic payment unless I came in. He did not once apologize, acknowledge the mistake (when I even asked if the order went through the worker said "well I didn't see any cheesebread") or offer me an additional voucher. That's just customer service 101 - would not recommend this place. read more

Friendly staff, clean building, quality ingredients. I like this Papa Murphys, I suggest googling for coupons though, because $17 for a family size, bake at home pizza seems a little steep to me. I always try to find a $3 coupon, $14 seems much more reasonable to me. read more

What happened to your pizza dough? I have been getting pizza from here for many, many years and have always been very pleased, until last night. The pizza crust tasted like cardboard. Last time we called ahead and were given a time to come pick up our food, only to arrive at that time and have to wait twenty min for them to start making our order. This time we requested a change of the sauce type which they said they could do, they didn't and we won't be coming back.
