The Cowboy pizza was delicious with the perfect amount of sauce, and all the ingredients tasted fresh. The large is a true large. The lemon wings were outstanding, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The fries were a pleasant surprise. You wouldn't expect fries at a pizza place to be this good, but they were excellent. My dad is very picky about his fries, and he loved them. She just wanted him to note that the kitchen did not allow them to filter out the sand. He exploded and said all clams would be sandy and suggested she was ignorant. FYI, I have linguine and clams at many restaurants and have never had that much sand in it. He obviously does not know how to speak to customers and also has a problem with women. Criticism is met with anger and denial. Beware: if you express any dissatisfaction with your meal, you might be confronted by the owner, who will try to intimidate you, argue with you for way too long and tell you that you are wrong. Even though a manager came by to apologize with gift cards encouraging us to give them another try, we will never go back. This will be our last $300 lunch at Paradiso.
