The Post Falls Papa Murphy's store is a disaster! I've had problems in times past with them being out of product, losing my call-in order, etc. On 9/17/17 I ordered a pizza and salad over the phone; the pizza was ready, and the salad was brought out from the kitchen. I didn't notice until I got home that the salad was out-dated with a use-by date of 9/16/17...the veggies were nasty and wilted, lettuce brown. Nope...didn't take the salad back...figured it was better to lose the $6 than to risk going to jail when dealing with their rude and unprofessional owner....he's a total turd! So...skip this store! The one in Coeur d' Alene is wonderful, and imagine the ones in other locations are good too...I've been to several Papa Murphy's stores over the years and have always been pleased, except for the one in Post Falls; they deserve to go out of business! read more

As everyone else says, the owner apparently does not know how to run it. They just moved to a brand new location that is bigger, and yet, on a random night in the middle of the week, the order line was backed up by about 14 people. The kids who work there all seem friendly and all, but the owner doesn't seem to know how to run his business so that you don't end up with an hour wait for a take and bake pizza. read more

We love papa Murphys but our first time at this one was terrible and is not recommended. Our order was due at 530 and wasn't ready then after bringing the order up they forgot to do the salad. Referred me to the case and insisted that there was one there. Finally she said oh we forgot to make it and I waited for her to make one. She had a nasty attitude and it was frustrating that they didn't care they messed up the order. Owner stood there the whole time and didn't say a word. read more

$10 Tuesday is a well know thing for papa murphys, therefore, be prepared for the onslaught of customers that you will receive. I placed my online order at 12:00pm and arrived to the store at 5:15pm for 5:30pm pickup. Line was out the door, only 4 kids working the pizza line/ answering phones and running the register. Owner/franchise was present as well and somewhat helping but more so making the kids feel inadequate and stupid (we the customers can tell) finally got the the register at 5:25 and was told I was 10 min early nope I was 5, and they hadn't even started my 3 pizzas yet. Paid for them and started my wait, ended up receiving them 20 min after promised pickup time, others who had phoned in their orders ahead of time, had been waiting for an hour! Pizzas were being made at a slow rate of 2 per time with only 1-2 kids doing them. Also witnessed one kid using the sauce spatual to open a plastic bag of pepperoni and then return the spatual to the sauce container . Talk about cross contamination, but I'm pretty sure the kid would have been yelled at by the owner for going to get the bag properly cut open. We love this place. It gets pretty busy and lots of kids work here. It's best to call it in and pick it up. Look at your order before you take it home. Good place, we use it a lot. I love going here!! Whenever I go in Alley is my favorite to talk to she is so sweet and so understanding!! She doesn't mind asking for help and keeps her team in order. She is very good at helping her team especially when 'jay' is bringing them down with her negativity! Jay also is extremely rude to the rest of the kids that work there and I'm not sure why she still works there. But alley is by far the best! James has also helped me out to my car many times when I have large orders, and when asked is so happy to help!! I wish those two could take tips because they would for sure be walking away with a lot every night! read more

This location in Post Falls of Papa Murphy's is a disgrace to the franchise! This place is absolutely the worst customer service and interaction I have ever experienced in my life. Yes, the food product is the same at all of them, so this review is more on the horrible service. Cashier/order takers that don't even acknowledge you standing in front of them looking to place an order, no smiles. They were out of baking instructions to put with pizza but one would think you would be told that when you ordered or got your order. NO! I had to call when I got home to get baking temp and time. I would highly recommend you go to Hayden or CDA for pizza. I won't return to this place that's for sure. My business isn't appreciated. read more

I will never step foot in this location EVER again! The owner of this Papa Murphy's location is a jerk to his employees and his customers. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I placed an online, prepaid order on Halloween, a few hours before picking it up. I realize this is probably the busiest day of the year as I have gotten Papa Murphy's for my kids every Halloween for the past 14 years, only never from this location. I've NEVER had this bad of an experience at any other Papa Murphy's. When I got there there was a line of cars circled around the mini-mall parking lot, and a line of people curled around the inside of the store. You literally could not fit one more person in there (Fire Hazard). People had literally been in there for hours waiting for their pizza with only 2 registers open in the store. 1 for walk-in orders and 1 for drive-thru/pre-orders, paid and unpaid. It was the most inefficient run store I have ever seen. After waiting in line for 40 min. for my order, A lady with a walk-in order came in, placed her order and got in the back of the line. Less than 5 min. later her name was called and she was out of the store, which made everyone else in line quite a bit more irritated than they already were. So I asked the girl at the walk-in register who was just standing there if she could check to see if my prepaid online order had been completed and help the other prepaid orders get out of the store and if not could I have my money back. When she did what I asked the owner/manager got irritated with her and sent someone else over to the register. The new girl simply asked who wanted their money back, in which I replied with my original question of if my online, prepaid order was not ready, then I would like my money back. Then she went to look and never came back. Then the owner came over as rude as can possibly be, told me I was being rude & made his employee cry, when in actuality he did and argued with me. If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would. Called ahead for my pizza they said 50 minutes my pizza Would be ready. I walked in knowing i would have to wait 10 minutes but the line was out the door and the drive through was around the block. I understand being very busy. But I waited for 20 minutes inside and I did not see one person walk out with a pizza. They were too busy making pizza for more call in orders instead of serving waiting customers. I then went to the drive through which didn't move for another 20 minutes. I sat and watched again no one walk out with a pizza! I was in disbelief! Terrible. The owner is a JERK. We ordered 3 hrs in advance. Showed up and the help had no record so we gave them the reference number. During all this the owner can over and his attitude towards us was awful. Second he ripped the small high school kid a new one in front of everyone. Poor service and very poor ownership. Remember when this franchise just started and they always had a better deal on pizza than the chains. Not the case anymore, as this is always more expensive and I have to go through the trouble of turning on the oven in my house. I had given this place a 2 per the long wait I had I did state the pizza was good so that's why I didn't go to a one star. I went in Friday night very busy so lady was yelling at the older man who was very kind and was professional. Liz and Jamison where very nice and keep me up to date on my pizza. The older man who I think is the owner is a great boss very kind to his employees even after being yelled at. OMG, the service is so s-l-o-w at the post Dallas location out totally offsets the pizza, which is average. Price is reasonable tho. The only way to buy pizza at the post falls location is pre order way ahead...& still be prepared to wait in one single line to pick it up. The owner just stands there even tho there are 2 registers to check out. It is incredible how long you wait in person for your pizza to be made. I don't see a rush of people coming in to pick up preorders so maybe get the walk in customs taken care of. I'm done with post falls store. Ill go to cda if I need a papa Murphy's pizza. The white-haired owner of this store has absolutely no idea how to run or manage a store. It is absolutely unsanitary. I have been here multiple times and will never go back. I have called in pizzas ahead of time and then had to wait 45 minutes when I arrived. The owner is condescending, rude and downright mean to his employees. I have always enjoyed Papa Murphy's in the past and even at their other location it was good. Their new location I have had nothing but problems with. Their sanitation is very poor. The pizzas are always very sloppy, counters not clean, customer service and normal human interaction suffers greatly. The employees there are obviously not trained and the manager doesn't care. All that needs to be done is train the kids in cleanliness and politeness. Papa Murphy's Post Falls: This is the pizza we got tonight for dinner. Let me start this by explaining that this location used to be great! In the last year, quality in every aspect has declined; from customer service, food production, taste, and atmosphere/hygiene. This is the fourth pizza now, consecutively, that has hardly any toppings, extremely thin crust (tossed until there are holes in some places!), and a heavy amount of oil. I've never had a pizza from any papa Murphy's in all the years I've bought pizzas, drip with oil. This one had to be blotted before we could eat it. We asked if we could have the pizza fully topped before it left the production counter to be wrapped, but were told that there would be an additional cost. This is the Mediterranean Herb Chicken with the sun dried tomatoes excluded because the last several we have bought with sun dried tomatoes, tasted very strange and rather like a tin can. The tomatoes used to be very good! We resulted to picking them off, but they have been consistently gross so now we ask to remove them. The atmosphere had also declined greatly in that the shop is always dirty, untidy, and therefore quite unsightly. It's seems that it is just ill kept. The wait is always very long as well, the last two times I was in this shop on a mid-week evening, I have waited almost one hour. Post Falls is growing, perhaps it's time for anther store, or an expansion and improvement here! This store used to be very nice and the quality was wonderful! Please consider all these unhappy reviews and improve this store, Papa Murphy's is known for its fresh, generous, healthier-choice pizzas which clearly is not displayed here. We will be going elsewhere for our pizzas, the Hayden franchise can have our business as they have a far nicer shop with better service and food. Just finished one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Went in for the first time because of $10 Tuesday phoned in our order and when we got there they were extreamly busy. Everyone was working hrrd and it took us about 5 min to get thru the line. Our pizza was ready to go and the employees were extreamly friendly. The manager was there working along side the kids and doing a great job and helping them whenever they had a problem. This location is awful! DO NOT GO HERE!! This has not been my first time being disappointed with this location but tonight was the final straw. I called in my order ahead of time and when I arrived the line was almost out the door. After waiting about 30 minutes I get to the front only to be informed that they never received my order. RIDICULOUS. Then they didn't try to make it any better. They said they could put me at the bottom of the stack and it would have been an additional 30 minutes. Alright I have been going to papa murphys since they opened many many moons ago and love there pizza, but this last year I have been going to the post falls store and what a disappointment. 1st they are slow and the young kids behind the counter are left unsupervised at times and some don't seem to care about customers and would rather have you wait while they fiddle with the stereo to play there music in the store. Now I have had the joy of seeing the owner of this store on action and he is why this store has terrible reviews. I went in last week to get pizza went to pay with 100 dollar bill as there is no signs saying they do not accept this payment. The young lady looked at me and said she could not accept my payment I then told her this is all I have sorry. Well the owner comes up and looks at me and says sir your are lucky I'm here and I will do it only this time with an attitude. So I sat back and watched them handle more business while my pizzas were being made and another gentleman came in and paid with a 100 dollar bill and the owner treated him with smiles as I could tell they were friends and he didn't hesitate to take the 100 bill from this guy and did not give him the speech. Total BS as my order came to $72 so my change in return was minimal. What compelled me to right this is I have ran into 2 different people since then that has had the same encounter with the owner of this place and according to the reviews it looks like they don't care. read more

This place is completely unsanitary and slow! We live just down 41, so it's only a 5 minute drive, but we're going to have to get pizza somewhere else now. The last time I bought a pizza here the staff and manager/owner were touching food and anything not food while wearing the same gloves. ZERO STARS. I went to order a pizza for my family on 11/04/17 at 3:00pm (Post Falls). Barely anyone was in the store, when I informed them that I had a pineapple allergy. The guy said there wasn't any on it so it would be ok. I politely replied, but it's on the line and there probably has been cross contamination. He then replied, how bad is it? Again politely I replied, that it's anaphylactic (as in it can kill me). He then proceeded to roll his eyes and sigh and make a big deal about it. He didn't even type my order into the register. And the other employee's making the pizzas were also eye rolling and mumbling under their breath. At that point I felt belittled and immediately left. Once again the Post Falls Papa Murphy's was a waste of time. Tonight we ordered pizza for my son's birthday party. I ordered two pizzas online at 5 PM after which I was told that my pizzas would be ready for pickup at 5:30. My daughter and I left the house and arrived at Papa Murphy's just before 5:30. While waiting in line a woman came up to the counter to get some clarification on her receipt.She handed the receipt to the teenager behind the counter and the kid started to explain it to her when the manager came over and ripped the receipt out of his had given a quick snippy explanation and threw the receipt into the garlic cream sauce bin, I am sorry but aside from being inappropriate whatever germs might have been on that receipt from the customer's hands just contaminated the garlic sauce bin. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes to pay and pick them up, I was told by the manager that it was going to be another 30 minutes. I asked why my wait was still just as long as the gentlemen in front of me who just ordered when I ordered mine an hour ago, the manager replied: "we are busy what do you expect?" I told them that we would not be purchasing the pizzas from them and that I would call Liberty Lake's Papa Murphys and my daughter and I left. We drove to Liberty Lake (15 minutes away), while en route I called the Liberty Lake store and ordered the same pizzas. I was told that they would be ready in 20 minutes, we arrived and one of my pizzas was already done and the second was being wrapped up. We will be returning to Liberty Lake and as for Post Falls... We will never be back. Don't waste your time with this Post Falls Papa Murphys, not when there is one a million times better only 15 minutes away! read more

Most incompetent owner/manager. This review comes from not just one mistake, but several mistakes. If you decide to use the online app good luck getting your pizza on time. Post Falls location has blundered to the point that I will take my business to a Papa Murphy's that is competent. Like the one in Hayden, at least 4 stars to that group. My family and I have gotten pizza there quite a bit, and every time the service is mediocre at best. We can deal with that because we live close and the pizza is usually good. But in the past 6 months we have gotten food poisoning twice. I'm talking vomiting, fever, diarrhea, the works. We won't be going there ever again. So gross. read more

Ordered and paid for a pizza online. When I went to pick it up the cashier was rude and bossy. I explained that I ordered online, that the pizza was paid for, and that I just needed to pick it up. He replied to me "Get back in line!" So I got back in line and waited behind 4 other customers who were not there to just pick up an order that was ready and paid for, and then another cashier opened his register to help the next customer, so I moved over into his line and the original cashier barked "you need to get back in line". Then the other cashier continued to help 4 other customers behind me, before providing me with service. When I got home I called to see who the rude cashier was so that I could file a complaint against him, and found out that his name is George, the OWNER! Ridiculous service. They used to be fast but not in recent months. Ordered a single pizza at 3:18pm. Took them 29 minutes to make one pizza. I would have more patience if there were a lot of people in line but there were only 2 people in front of us at the time. Just moved to Post Falls. Went to Papa Murphy's at their, apparently new location. It was a scary thing. Total chaos. There are two register locations on either end of the business, and apparently one is for call-ins and one is for walk-ins, though there is no signage to tell anyone this. Since it's a new location, I expected it to be nice and clean. Not even. There was food everywhere. I realize that making pizzas is a messy business, but I've never been in such a messy Papa Murphy's. I've been buying pizzas at Papa Murphy's for years, but watching these pizzas being made, at the Post Falls Papa's Murphy's, I'm thinking that I'd better find a new place to buy pizzas. There were many people making pizzas, but no one ever seemed to finish the pizza that they started. One employee would start the pizza and put an item on the pizza, then run over to do something else, and another employee would go over and add another item or two, then leave, then another employee would come over and try to figure out what was going on and try to finish the pizza. I watched one employee wash her hands, put on gloves, then as she was walking over to make a pizza, she wiped the side of her nose. Yuk. read more
