There are places you eat, and then there are places that become part of your story--and Leo's is…read moreexactly that for me. I've been coming here since I was a little kid, back when Leo himself was still behind it all. There was something special about walking in then, and somehow, that feeling hasn't changed. It's rare to find a place that holds onto its soul like this. And the pizza... I don't even know how to fully explain it, but if you know, you know. The cheese is unlike anything you'll find anywhere else. It has this unforgettable texture--perfectly gooey, rich, and somehow it sticks to the roof of your mouth in the best possible way. It's not just cheese, it's an experience. Every bite is layered with flavor that you can't quite put into words, but you crave long after you leave. This isn't trendy pizza. It's not trying to be anything other than what it's always been--authentic, nostalgic, and absolutely delicious. Leo's isn't just a restaurant to me. It's memories, it's tradition, and it's still one of the best slices you'll ever have. Forever a fan.

And me and my wife are here at pizza shoppe right now as I'm writing this review and Leo's does not even come close .

We arrived at Stone Canyon Pizza. The atmosphere was very low light and chill. Very quiet and relaxed. The waitress was amazing. We ordered a large Florentine, being some what of a pizza conoseir I must say we were blown away!!! This was hands down one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The crust was perfectly crisp with out the top being burnt like so many small pizza shops do. The flavors of the pizza seem to dance on your tongue. After 3 pieces I was done. Couldn't eat another bite. Took the rest home and had it again for dinner. Definitely will be going back. Please try this place. Trust me. And check out the Pic of the pizza.

Unfortunately, he haes when we get Simple Simons as the cust is really good. I discovered this location while stuck at my hotel doing overnight shifts. I DoorDashed them and got a Big 10 Pizza and Oven Roasted Wings (no sauce). The main thing I love about their pizza is it is LOADED with the toppings, and I mean loaded. The only crust you will see is around the edges. The pizza had great flavor and their sauce is pretty good to. The wings were perfect! Not too dry, flavorful, and juicy. The ranch that came with them was also unique. It almost had some blue cheese vibes going on. Given al that you get, they ar ethe best bargain around easily beating those other bigger chains. The other thing I love about their pizza is it will atisfy everyone, even the picky children. As a dad and granddad, that is a huge plus. They also get props for giving me a coupon for a free 1 topping pizza because my order ran a little late. Who does customer service like that? If you are ging to do a pizza party or family ppizza night, definitely check this place out.

While I do consider myself a part of that subset, I prefer pizzas that use 00 flour and have crispy, aerated crusts with good bubble formation that has a slight chew to it, similar to ones fired in true brick ovens or commercial pizza ovens. For that reason, Nicky's was just okay for the price that it was. I probably wouldn't order from Nicky's again because there are so many other places like Tascio's or Northeast.
