We ordered a large Florentine, being some what of a pizza conoseir I must say we were blown away!!! This was hands down one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The crust was perfectly crisp with out the top being burnt like so many small pizza shops do. The flavors of the pizza seem to dance on your tongue. After 3 pieces I was done. While I do consider myself a part of that subset, I prefer pizzas that use 00 flour and have crispy, aerated crusts with good bubble formation that has a slight chew to it, similar to ones fired in true brick ovens or commercial pizza ovens. For that reason, Nicky's was just okay for the price that it was. I probably wouldn't order from Nicky's again because there are so many other places like Tascio's or Northeast.
