Marco's has the best pizza! Their customer service is excellent. Delivery is always right on time. I will continue to order from them.

Very delicious. I love the hot honey drizzle. Everything was cooked to perfection and I love the pizza so much.

The food is good. But driver never has peppers or cheese. The pizza is ok. I have had better. Sometimes it seems really greasy. The crust is really good. The delivery drivers are always nice. read more

This pizza establishment works hard to get your order right. I love their pepperoni magnifico light cheese and sauce! They prepare this special to my request every time! I highly recommend this location read more

I chose Marco's Pizza for Yelp Big Night In. I'd never ordered from Marco's and saw a great review here on Yelp. I ordered early and had my delivery scheduled. I used Doordash and have never visited Marco's. I ordered their combo and chose Parmesan cheese on the crust. I ordered original crust. It was delicious. They use large chunks of Italian sausage, pepperoni , thick onion cuts as well as thick green pepper. Mushrooms and black olives that you can see. Nothing was average. Even the box was sealed. Every tiny detail was taken care of. The price was reasonable. I will order from them again cause I doubt I'll be visiting the inside of restaurants for awhile. Again, Yelp had a cool event. It gave me the chance to try somewhere new. read more

Delicious and hot when delivered Fast delivery, delivery person was friendly and wonderful. I highly recommend Marco's pizza. read more

Awesome pizza, great sauce, fresh toppings, great cheese but little pricey. Attentive at the counter. The website doesn't list prices along side pictures so be careful when you're adding additional toppings, the total price can be more than you budgeted for a pizza. Other than that I recommend trying Marco's read more

Excellent employees and even better pizza! I love this place because it feels super homey and the staff is always quick to have our food out and nice to talk to! read more

Pizza has savory taste and always fresh! I recommend the BBQ chicken. They always have great discount.

I ordered this from Uber Eats. I was scared to order it because when it comes to my food I don't play. But today I was like "hmm let me go ahead and try they pizza". So I did.... This pizza is top 3. The cheese isn't all clumped together like Pizza Hut (no shade), the toppings seem really fresh, and the price is amazing. I got original crust and it does seem a bit thin and I prefer a thick/pan type of vibe. I can't rate service because again, I got it delivered from a Uber driver but as far as pizza they got it. And yes I got mushrooms on my pizza read more

Excellent pizza! We came in for lunch and the staff was very nice and the pizza was one of the best that I've had in Kansas City

I usually pick up in Lee's Summit but 23rd street is closer to my house. First and last time I will patronize this location. Unbelievably rude treatment. No pizza is worth the way I was treated. Although the pizza was overdone, I could and would have overlooked it. The one star is only out of necessity to post this. read more

This is a review on the pizza alone as I've only had the delivery from this location. Do yourself a favor and order pizza tonight / today. Probably the best delivery pizza in town. Not saying that other pizza places such as Tim's Pizza are bad at all, just that for the convenience, price and quality of ingredients- you can't beat Marco's. * Tip = Always get extra cheese - makes it extra mmmm. read more

I called my pizza in at 7:00pm. Paid by debit card. At 8:00pm. No pizza I ordered pizza from this store from the day they opened. I was told my order was delivered to the wrong address in my apartment building. I was told they could make me a new pizza and for my trouble they would give me a brownie. Told my order would be ready in about 30 minutes. That would be 8:30 pm. At 8:35 I call back to check on my order. Told that it will go out with the next driver. I told them I will come pick it up. I live less than 5 mins from the store. Put pizza on counter opened box pizza was not hot it was warm. So I will not be returning to the store they lost my business. I get a warm pizza and a brownie. Then I had to pick it up after I paid for delivery. I feel a refund would have been nice refund on delivery would have been nice. Instead I pick up my warm order and a brownie. Sorry not going back. read more

I bought the take and bake pizza from price chopper. My first time eating a Marcos pizza. I thought it was like an old brand of frozen pizza. Crust got crisp in the outside but rubbery on the rest. I used the special baking pad the sent. Most of all it wasn't like a professional pizza. It was just like old box pizza. Absolutely not something I ever want on purpose read more

worst pizza, wings; and bread sticks I've had in a long time, will not be going back!! I have been sick for 2 days and my date threw up, guess she will not be going out with me again soon , thanks for nothing Marcos!! Independence Missouri read more

This is my new favorite pizza in this area . They have decent coupons / deals, nice menu items to pick from, and the pizza is down right DELICIOUS ! I have ordered from Marcos over 30 times. Every 10 visits, u get a FREE large 2 topping pizza. You must get your card punched each visit, of course. If u haven't tried this pizza, u r missing out ! read more

Put in an order online to have my pizza ready after I got off work. Scheduled it for 6:45pm. Got to the place and the order hadn't been started. Waited around while one of the workers kept periodically stopping to ask my name. 45 minutes later my pizza is still no where to be seen. I asked for a refund, which I will have to wait 3 business days to get back and left. They didn't even try to make it better. Got a sorry, bye, and an IOU. Don't recommend, won't be returning. read more

I have eaten Marco's Pizza several times and my most recent order was the chicken fresco pizza on their regular crust with Roma seasoning. When Marco's says the pizza will be ready within 10 to 15 minutes it always is and it is hot and fresh. The staff is courteous, nice and respectful and if there is a person or two in front of you they always greet you and there is never a long wait for carry out. The prices are fair, the menu is full, the ingredients are fresh and they have certain pizza combinations that you cannot get at other pizza chains. read more

Have been ordering from this Marco's location for about a year now and it seems that it is getting worse every time I order. Yesterday I ordered a pizza for my family's dinner. I placed the order online at 5:56pm, it arrived at 6:07pm. I might have over looked that, except that the pizza was cold, and just plain not fresh. I ordered "light sauce" and it came with enough sauce to make another pizza, so one of my family members ate a pbj sandwich. When we opened the box all of the toppings had slid to the center of the pizza, so we had to rebuild the pizza to eat it. This pizza has either sitting at the store in the box for a long time, or out for a joy ride with the driver. I believe that I will go back to Minsky's Pizza, this is the second time that this has happened to us. read more

Shitty service, mediocre pizza. Did a lot of business with them in the past as they are right around the corner. The driver was mad because he couldn't find the place and left the food on the ground outside the door. i know there is a no contact option, which I have never chosen from anyone as I don't want my food on the ground as I'm not an animal. Last time they screwed up they gave me the wrong pizza, when I contacted the driver she said there was nothing she could do, I had to call the store which I did and it went to an automatic message with no options. I had to take the other pizza back and order a new one. This time I ask for the tip back for the shitty service and the best they could do was give me that tip as a credit on my next pizza. read more

Just ordered my very first time from Marcos. Not only was the pizza excellent but I ordered a salad and it was huge! The price was decent too.... might just have to say goodbye to Pizza Hut! read more

My favorite place to order pizza from! Everything is delicious and they're super fast. Would have given them 5 stars, but we have had a few issues with messed up orders. The staff always corrects the issues immediately and are very friendly though. read more

This location was great when the first opened but has recently gone down hill. On numerous occasions our order is messed up using the wrong crust, pizza that had slid to the side the box, forgetting items multiple times and are unable to follow special instructions. Just tonight I ordered a meatball sub baked well. The sub was barely warm and the bread was hardly baked and they put a comical amount of sauce on it. I cant tell if its some petty high school kid being spiteful or just a serious lack of competence throughout the store. Used to love the place it's a shame what has happened to it. read more

Ordered delivery at 10:35 (25 minutes before scheduled close). It took a little while to get here but it was fantastic pizza. Maybe it's just that I had never had it before but this was a refreshing change coming from a franchise. I was very satisfied! read more

Pretty pricey along the lines of northern lights and Minsky's. Great flavor good service A+ in my book

Literally every time I order from here I'm so so satisfied with the pizza/ order. Highly recommend this place. I don't know how other locations are, but the one off 23rd street knows what's up. Thank you guys for delivering great customer service and great delivery customer service. I haven't really found a pizza I've really enjoyed with a good price until I decided to try out Marco's! You guys have made my #1! read more

I love Marco's Pizza! I usually only do delivery and their pizza always arrives hot and fresh. Their salads are crisp and delicious as well. I started ordering from Marco's due to being so tired of Pizza Hut. Marco's is definitely a refreshing change! read more

We have been a good customer since they opened this place. Once we ordered the Chicken Dippers and got a container of mostly deep fried batter bits. We called and they offered a replacement order, and that order was great. We've ordered the chicken and the pizza all the time. Yesterday we ordered Chicken Dippers and overnight we got horribly sick with intestinal problems. Called the Manager today and he couldn't have cared less. His response was "well, I eat here and I never get sick so I don't know what to tell you." That was it! Bad food, even worse service. Will never eat there again! read more

This post is not for Marcos Pizza but for Family Video. We rented 2 movies , got our pizza & went home about 7 miles away. After settling in ready to watch them we realized the security locks were still on, called the store & they said bring them back & would get money back. We took them back & then they now will not refund cash but give us two movies on a sunday night which would not work for us cuz we work early monday. Regardless, will not be going back since they would only give us movies for sunday evening & not another night. Manager was rude in his explanation. read more
