I chose Marco's Pizza for Yelp Big Night In. I'd never ordered from Marco's and saw a great review here on Yelp. I ordered early and had my delivery scheduled. I used Doordash and have never visited Marco's. I ordered their combo and chose Parmesan cheese on the crust. I ordered original crust. It was delicious. They use large chunks of Italian sausage, pepperoni , thick onion cuts as well as thick green pepper. Mushrooms and black olives that you can see. Nothing was average. Even the box was sealed. Every tiny detail was taken care of. The price was reasonable. I will order from them again cause I doubt I'll be visiting the inside of restaurants for awhile. Again, Yelp had a cool event. The website doesn't list prices along side pictures so be careful when you're adding additional toppings, the total price can be more than you budgeted for a pizza. I ordered this from Uber Eats. I was scared to order it because when it comes to my food I don't play. But today I was like "hmm let me go ahead and try they pizza". So I did.... This pizza is top 3. The cheese isn't all clumped together like Pizza Hut (no shade), the toppings seem really fresh, and the price is amazing. I got original crust and it does seem a bit thin and I prefer a thick/pan type of vibe. I can't rate service because again, I got it delivered from a Uber driver but as far as pizza they got it. I called my pizza in at 7:00pm. Paid by debit card. At 8:00pm. No pizza I ordered pizza from this store from the day they opened. I was told my order was delivered to the wrong address in my apartment building. I was told they could make me a new pizza and for my trouble they would give me a brownie. Told my order would be ready in about 30 minutes. That would be 8:30 pm. At 8:35 I call back to check on my order. Told that it will go out with the next driver. I told them I will come pick it up. I live less than 5 mins from the store. Put pizza on counter opened box pizza was not hot it was warm. So I will not be returning to the store they lost my business. I get a warm pizza and a brownie. I have eaten Marco's Pizza several times and my most recent order was the chicken fresco pizza on their regular crust with Roma seasoning. When Marco's says the pizza will be ready within 10 to 15 minutes it always is and it is hot and fresh. The staff is courteous, nice and respectful and if there is a person or two in front of you they always greet you and there is never a long wait for carry out. The prices are fair, the menu is full, the ingredients are fresh and they have certain pizza combinations that you cannot get at other pizza chains. read more

Have been ordering from this Marco's location for about a year now and it seems that it is getting worse every time I order. Yesterday I ordered a pizza for my family's dinner. I placed the order online at 5:56pm, it arrived at 6:07pm. I might have over looked that, except that the pizza was cold, and just plain not fresh. I ordered "light sauce" and it came with enough sauce to make another pizza, so one of my family members ate a pbj sandwich. When we opened the box all of the toppings had slid to the center of the pizza, so we had to rebuild the pizza to eat it. This pizza has either sitting at the store in the box for a long time, or out for a joy ride with the driver. Shitty service, mediocre pizza. Did a lot of business with them in the past as they are right around the corner. The driver was mad because he couldn't find the place and left the food on the ground outside the door. i know there is a no contact option, which I have never chosen from anyone as I don't want my food on the ground as I'm not an animal. Last time they screwed up they gave me the wrong pizza, when I contacted the driver she said there was nothing she could do, I had to call the store which I did and it went to an automatic message with no options. I had to take the other pizza back and order a new one. This location was great when the first opened but has recently gone down hill. On numerous occasions our order is messed up using the wrong crust, pizza that had slid to the side the box, forgetting items multiple times and are unable to follow special instructions. Just tonight I ordered a meatball sub baked well. The sub was barely warm and the bread was hardly baked and they put a comical amount of sauce on it. We have been a good customer since they opened this place. Once we ordered the Chicken Dippers and got a container of mostly deep fried batter bits. We called and they offered a replacement order, and that order was great. We've ordered the chicken and the pizza all the time. Yesterday we ordered Chicken Dippers and overnight we got horribly sick with intestinal problems. Called the Manager today and he couldn't have cared less. His response was "well, I eat here and I never get sick so I don't know what to tell you." That was it! Bad food, even worse service. Will never eat there again! read more

We decided today to try Marco's Pizza and at first it was a decent experience. However, we started watching the employees while they were 'working'. Almost all employees had been on their phone at one point or another and also the lack of gloves. The gloves bothered us the most since numerous times an employee handled empty sauce cups, putting her fingers inside them while picking them up before filling them after her hands were reaching inside her back pocket, playing with her phone, etc. The lack of hygienic practices is extremely saddening. read more
