When I was ordering there were so many toppings that you could put on your sandwich. There were also salads, pretzels, and pizzas. The sandwich looked and tasted really good and I felt like there was enough food to fill me up. The only thing that wasn't very appealing to me was that some of the vegetables weren't very fresh. Overall, I was very pleased with the product. The interior looked very clean and put together. The interior also had decorations on the walls, which gave it a lot of color. The exterior was very appealing with a lot of color. It was very easy to find and since the Subway is inside Walmart there was a lot of parking. I think where this Subway is located is very convenient if you are shopping at Walmart and if you are hungry you can easily get to it. I thought the price of the food was very fair. I didn't think the price was too high or too low. There were a couple of options for you to pay, you could pay with a card or cash. I paid with a card and it was very easy to do. The only thing that was kind of a bummer is that there weren't really any deals. Subway also has very good promotion. I've seen advertisements on tv and on social media. The menu was very appealing, it had pictures of the product and descriptions. The employees' attitudes were amazing; they were very helpful and friendly. The employees also had uniforms which made them look more professional. The best part of my experience was how friendly the employees were. The worst part of my experience was when I had a couple of not very fresh vegetables on my sandwich. Overall, I would recommend going to this Subway. The employees are so kind, it's not expensive, it's very clean, it's convenient, and the food is really good.

I recommend the flour tortillas over the corn tortillas, the corn tortillas were dry. If you are a fan of carnitas give these a try, you will not be disappointed. The sauce is basic .. lacking flavor and heat. The food was fresh and nice.

El Maguey Review -- First Visit Back…read more Well... I finally went back to El Maguey for the first time since the Garcia family was let go. I'll give the company credit: they definitely accomplished their goal of "going in a different direction." They went so far in a different direction that I'm not sure the restaurant knows where it is anymore. The entire place has basically been re-staffed, and unfortunately, you can feel it. When the Garcia family was there, El Maguey felt like part of the community. They knew their customers. They walked around, talked to people, helped people, and actually seemed to care about the people sitting at those tables. You weren't just another customer ordering a combination plate. This time, it felt more like I was visiting a restaurant that had been rebooted with the factory settings. And here's probably the biggest sign that something isn't right: this was a Friday night, and the place was dead. Not "a little slow." Dead. For a Friday night, that's pretty telling. The staff was friendly enough, and our waitress did okay, but the food just wasn't what I remembered. The portions were definitely bigger, though. And I have a feeling that's temporary. When you're trying to win customers back, apparently the strategy is, "Give them enough food to require a wheelbarrow." Enjoy those portions while they last, because once business gets back where they want it, I'm guessing those plates will start shrinking faster than the customer base did. Even the little things were different. The water fountain out front was empty, and all the change had been removed. I know that's a tiny detail, but somehow it summed up the entire experience. The old El Maguey had personality. This one has employees. There's a difference. I don't blame the new staff for any of this. They didn't create the situation. But as a customer, I can only judge what I experienced, and my experience was pretty underwhelming. I hate seeing what happened to a place that used to feel like part of the community. But nostalgia doesn't make the food taste better, and memories don't make a restaurant worth going back to. So, will I go back? Probably not. Unless I'm with a group that wants to go there, I'll spend my money somewhere else and give another Mexican restaurant a chance. Maybe things will turn around. I honestly hope they do. But right now, El Maguey feels like somebody took a restaurant that people loved, removed everything that made it special, and then wondered why everybody stopped showing up. Good luck. You're going to need it.

Bland food with no seasoning. It tastes like they put barely cooked flour in the ground beef to thicken it up.
