Dentist next door was locked, kidlet said Swig was locked (it was not) so we had to traipse through the parking lot to another business to use the restroom. Imo's said food would be ready in 10. Came back food was ready. Had to eat in the car, as we were checked out from our hotel and with traffic our next destination was over an hour away. Kidlet would not eat the ravioli as it was not cooked all the way through, said it did not taste good and made her stomach hurt. I had got the lunch special of a 1 topping (pepperoni) pizza, half salad. Was supposed to get a drink but they did not give me one. Overall the worst Imo's experience I have had in KC (I have been to all 3). Now I know I can skip this one in the future and continue to drive to the one in OP.

As a St. Louis native, I have great memories of Imo's, so this visit came with a little nostalgia. Imo's is one of those places people either love or hate. What makes it unique is the ultra-thin crust and tangy Provel cheese. Fans crave that distinct flavor, while critics jokingly call it "Italian-flavored nachos." Count us firmly in the fan category. We were very happy with our order, even though it took nearly an hour after placing it online. A bonus: the signature party-cut squares make leftovers easy to store and even easier to reheat the next day. The in-store team was friendly, welcoming, and helpful -- a great start for this new location.
