Not consistent with the same pizza I ordered 1 week ago. I am so disappointed as I thought I had finally found a good pizza for delivery in our small town. I had ordered the spinach and feta with a NY style crust. It was cool and concealed and the crust did not appear the same at all, as the NY crust I ordered before. Last week it was piping hot and the pizza had movement to the slices. This one today, was so cool, it stayed exactly as I picked it up from the box to eat it. If a pizza is hot and fresh, it bends as its lifted. The crust tasted old and I threw the rest out and will not order it again. read more

As far as chain pizza goes, this Domino's is a good one. Our orders are always made quickly and accurately. I can't speak to the delivery customer service as we live outside the delivery radius, but our carry out orders are always ready and promptly brought out to us when we arrive. Plus, all the other Domino's benefits - good deals, the pizza tracker is so helpful, and being able to order online is extremely convenient. read more

I have been a long time customer of nearly every Pizza establishment in whatever city I am living in. My gf got me addicted to Dominos a little over 2 1/2 years ago. When we moved here and started using this branch we were happy to receive the same great care and thought in every pie we order. I order a min of 6-10 pizzas at a time as I have many gf's to feed in our house. I am very happy at this branch and I hope this review helps folks. read more

I begged my husband to get Dominos instead of his weekly Pizza Hut. I saw the advertisements for their new wings so I decided I'd do curbside pick up. I ordered three pizzas and 16 wings. One of the pizzas was supposed to be square cut, it wasn't. None of the pizzas was cut all the way through. The wings were not tossed in sauce but had some half ass poured over them. I love Dominos pizza, the staff is always super friendly and i've never had a problem with them. my only issue is whenever i get the lava cake, i never get icings unless i'm carrying out and point it out on the ticket that i requested it, i'm not sure if it is my app that messes up or what but i do wish i had the icing. otherwise lovely staff, great food, fast service, always timely i love this place so much. just please, the icings lol updated*** months later same fucking issue y'all what the fuck i don't wanna be sending drivers back and forth for icing but damn y'all fr??? read more

Look, truthfully, they are as good as I remember Dominos being. I thought they were all the same, but after having a Dominos in New York....YUCK! I am grateful to have this Dominos right by our new house. Super missed the Philly Cheesesteak pizza and their jalepeno garlic bread. Definitely a good version of Dominos for sure. read more

Let me tell you something about Dominos pizza, the quality will never surpass that of the pizzas being made right here in Leavenworth. The best part about this experience was the driver, She was pleasant and had a great smile. Now the pizza was dry and I honestly feel like it was a pizza someone forgot or didn't want because the cheese didn't even look remotely fresh. It was a truly subpar experience. I won't even get into the wings (rolls eyes). You can't expect to get quality wings from a pizza place so yeah... 10 out of 10 would bot recommend. Just buy Digiorno or a lunchable pizza. read more

I am so disappointed in my delivery from Dominos in Leavenworth Ks. My order was delivered 25 mins late and I said that's ok they must be busy. The order wasn't mine. I called the store and spoke with Gary and he said "Oh let me get the driver, he must have grabbed the wrong bag. My order was a big order a d the order I got was also big. I know for sure that the order I got, would be cold by time the customer received it. My order once it got back to me, was cold. I now remember why I haven't ordered from them in over a year. We've had issues with this dominos before but end up going back, because we enjoy the food. The service and customer service is awful though. We've had delivery show up a few times with the wrong food, our order not being right or missing items. This last time we watched the pizza meter and it showed our food had been done for 30 mins and hadn't been on its way, I called at the 20 mins mark asking and they explained short staffed, but at 30, the pizza wasn't going to be fresh and it had passed the delivery time. The lady was extremely rude when I called back claiming it had left the building, yet it never changed, I asked to cancel or what there was to be done because we didn't want a pizza that had been sitting for 30+ mins. The customer service about it really just has made us not go back. It's too bad. read more

I always get takeout from here since I live in the county, so I don't know the delivery woes some have experienced here. What I will focus on is the food. I am always very impressed with their choices and prices on pizza, and the results? Delicious!! (I wasn't really impressed with the wings, and boneless wings don't get tossed in sauce ,which disappointed me greatly so I don't get them here.) These are the worst wings I've ever had. They taste like they are smoked and slabbered in buffalo sauce. I ordered 14. I suffered through 3 and threw away the rest. They put ranch in the box. After reading reviews online it looks like they have blue cheese and other options. My daughter got an Italian sub they don't even have lettuce or tomatoes. The sandwich wasn't good either. Stick to the pizza if you have to get something from here. read more

When we came in to pick up our order the girl at the counter acted like we were bothering her by asking for our carry out order. They forgot to add the cheese and pepper packets we requested online when we noticed it she complained to a coworker for having to get them for us. We will never go back. read more

Very hit and miss. The thin crust is cut into squares at Domino's for some reason that are usually very uneven (you'll get at least one "slice" that's almost entirely crust), and don't try to ask for it to be cut into the normal circular sector shape - your request will be flat-out ignored. read more

Ever since they came out with their new crust, their pizza is now very good - better than Papa John's. I recommend the handmade pan pizza. I would recommend you stay away from their new chicken dishes. It's just a small serving of their boneless wings with sauce and cheese thrown on. You could probably do better yourself. I have rarely had a problem with wrong order or forgotten items, unlike often with Papa John's. read more

I ordered via phone for pick up on Saturday, Aug. 27,2016. First I asked if they had specials going on, Katie or Kayla said yes, but she did not make an effort to site them to me. So I agreed to have two large 3 toppings for $7.99 each which I had seen on TV. Ordered my first pizza no problem, when it came to the second I asked if Alfredo sauce was an upcharge, she said she didn't know. To avoid a huge upcharge I just duplicated the first pizza to the second. When I asked how much 2 liters cost, she told me she didn't know. She said my order would take 15 mins and hung up. Never told me my total and did not ask for my name. When I arrived at the store another Domino's employee asked my name and when he looked he yelled "we don't even have an order for her". I described my order and he found it under "Dennis". Upon paying I asked for two 2 liters of Coke, I asked how much they were, she again tells me she doesn't know and she never asked a co-worker for the price. The two 2 liters ended up adding $6 to my order. I should've told her to take them off the ticket and went to a gas station but at this point I didn't want to take any longer getting out of their store. One worker (a male) was walking around the store talking about how he only had 45 minutes left to drag out until his shift was over. After I signed my receipt the girl just walked away. I asked the man, who obviously couldn't wait to get off work, if I could please have a bag. He looked me up and down and said "um yeah". Was I not worthy of their bags? He went around a corner, came back with a paper bag and set it on the counter, promptly turned around and walked into the back. I packed my 2 liters into the bag and left. Typically I do not judge people by their appearance, in this case I'm going to say something. The female and the "couldn't wait to get off" guy were both very unkempt, very untidy and had disheveled appearances. Their hands were what bothered me the most, dirt under the nails is about the worst thing possible in food handling. I will say that I will never go back to this location. I honestly felt like I was bothering these employees by calling and making an order. I was looking for an alternative to Casey's pizza. It is the best pizza in town but rather expensive, so I thought maybe we can try another pizza chain. Bad call on my part, we'll be ordering Casey's from here on out.
