Delicious cheesecake and lovely lattes! The cheesecake: at least a dozen varieties to choose from! I went with strawberry birthday cake and it was amazing - great flavor, beautiful to look at and the graham cracker crust was perfect. I went with an iced pumpkin spice latte and it was artfully crafted. read more

4 stars because I just came for coffee, will update when I come back for food and coffee! I ordered a 16 oz Carmel latte with almond milk (my basic tester drink.). The favole was robust, almost a little bitter, but apparently what my mouth wanted because I devoured it. The staff is amazing and kind. The facility is clean with lots of places to sit. read more

We were in the area and stopped by to check this coffee shop out. Lovely homey/peaceful and welcoming coffee shop with a wide selection of beverages and pies. A good amount of seating that included high tops, tables and chairs and other seating. I had their pumpkin spice latte and my husband had a white mocha and a coffee cake cheesecake. We would definitely go back! read more

I was visiting family in town and my aunt suggested we meet here for lunch. I'm so glad we did. This place is straight out of a Hallmark movie. Adorable, quaint, and ready for Christmas! I had the peppermint mocha, BLT and chicken and dumpling soup. My golly, it was ao good! The dinnerware is precious - every piece is a unique polish pottery design from Renditions in Weston. I literally went and bought some mugs and bowls for myself. Friendly staff and amazing little place. Highly recommend! read more

I was in the area for work and in the mood for a coffee. Yelp sent me here. The decor is mostly lighthouse's, there is a cute little sitting area around the fireplace other wise there is a large selections of seating. They offer a larger food menu and Pies. I didn't know I wanted Pie but the Cherry Cheesecake looked amazing!! It tasted how it looked. I definitely want to check out the food and more of the pies that they have to offer. read more

Very cute and quite spacious layout. The coffee was really good and so was red velvet cake. We also had the sweet and spicy chicken wrap. It was more than enough for us to split. We will definitely stop by here again. read more

This is a great home town coffee shop. I live in Kansas city and don't get to Leavenworth very often but the owners remember my name. The food is great and the Cheesecake is the best. The ambiance is great. If you like lighthouses this place is for you. read more

Such a cute and quaint little coffee shop! They have a shelf with games & books for customers to use, which I love! Had the lunch Turkey Bistro Melt and frozen lemonade. The café had a really pleasant ambiance. If I had more time, I would have loved to sit and enjoy a coffee there, but since I was in a hurry, I decided to take it to go. The menu seemed quite varied. they appeared to offer breakfast and salads, and there was a good selection of cakes. If I get the chance, I'd like to try one later. We ordered a frappuccino and an iced caramel macchiato. One small downside was that my iced drink was served in a cup meant for hot drinks, without any explanation. Still, both drinks tasted good. read more

Love this place. The owners are super friendly, the food and ambiance is great, and they have a rotating specialty cheesecake almost daily. One of the best spots and best BLTs in Leavenworth. read more

I'm shocked that you can get a breakfast bagel/panini for less than $4 anywhere, but you can here! I actually got the chicken salad, it was less than 4$. The serving was smaller, but this exact same meal would have cost 10$ if it was ordered in Kansas City. They have a very large menu, both food and coffees. Unfortunately, there are limited options for gluten free, I wish they had small breakfast platters instead of the sandwich options. Housemade cheesecakes and desserts are available too!! read more

Hands down, the BEST cheesecake!! I also love the coffee house vibe!! The service is always polite and with a smile. I really do enjoy this downtown gem!!! read more

Harbor Light Coffee House was not only recommended by our hotel staff, but by the staff at the phone store down the street. So, of course we had to check it out! My mom and I went for a late lunch and were so welcomed by not only the staff, but the warm atmosphere. I got their half tuna salad sandwich and veggie salad. My mom got their chicken salad plate. To drink I ordered their medium sized cappuccino. I asked more about the cappuccino and just overall their drinks. The lady was so helpful and kind. I told her that I wasn't sure about some of the other drinks as I am a little sensitive to milk. However, instead of whole milk she suggested almond which was great especially with the vanilla flavoring added. Everything was nothing short of delicious. The salad I ordered had tons of vegetables along with the tuna salad. They must've known I had been missing some vegetables the last couple of days--smile. My mom enjoyed her food as well. The chicken salad was flavored to perfection and along with the greens and crackers made a great lunch. My mom and I were able to chat and relax during our meal. I definitely recommend coming here for a great meal and relaxing and positive atmosphere. The staff are so nice and that makes it so easy to support a local spot like this. A must go to! read more

Their food and coffee is amazing, but all I have to say is CHEESECAKE! TRY THEM ALL. Best cheesecake anywhere near here.

Have been here three times in the last two weeks. Might be out of my way but so worth the drive from home. The service is second to none, the staff is so kind and always has a smile. I've had sandwiches, coffee, tea, and everything is just as advertised. Fresh, delicious, and served with a smile to your table. Cheesecake, you are next!! All that said, the most appealing aspect of Harbor Lights is the charm and warmth when visiting. The decor is tasteful, I love the music being played and the Wi-Fi always seems to work. Thank you for making me feel so welcome to your place of business! Can't wait to see you again. read more

The atmosphere was great and I really liked their polish pottery! I had a blueberry scone that was quite tasty and also ordered a chai latte. The foam on chai latte was far too much and was about 1/3 of the mug, it was also too sweet for my liking but that's just a personal preference. Overall it was nice. read more

Harbor Lights Coffeehouse - Southern Breakfast Panini and Sweet and Spicy Panini. Drinks are the Coconut Latte and the Irish Crème Latte. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Leavenworth, Kansas

I'm giving this four stars solely based on the atmosphere of the shop. It seemed like a cute place to hang out or a nice, quaint lunch date spot. I didn't dine in, but will definitely be back if I ever get a date. Lol. Now to the food...I specifically came for the chicken salad. It was just okay honestly. The initial bite is decent because you can taste some of the sweetness from the relish/salad cubes. But as you chew, you can tell the chicken is not individually seasoned like I'm used to. I also ordered a BLT with some cheddar cheese. The BLT was good. The bacon wasn't cooked fresh, but had great flavor. I asked for extra Mayo. I guess I had to specify further that I wanted Mayo on both sides of the bread. So, the extra Mayo was all one my side of the sandwich. Womp womp womp. But nonetheless, it was a good sandwich. Also ordered two scones: blueberry and cinnamon. Both yummy. Moister than a normal scone (flaky and sometimes considered as dry), but I don't mind a non-traditional scone. Overall, good experience at Harbor Light. read more

Welcomed...that's the feeling you'll get every time you step foot into Harbor Lights. The owner Susan knew my name on my second visit. I officially became one of the regulars when she knew exactly my order the moment I walk in. I decided to try something new today. I ordered the Harvest Cinnamon Cider and the BBQ Brisket Hot Pressed Wrap. To my surprise, there's mashed potatoes inside the wrap. At first I was hesitant in ordering the brisket wrap because I'm not a big fan of BBQ sauce. However, the addition of the mashed potatoes balanced out the BBQ sauce sweetness very well. I was definitely surprised by the first bite! They take the harvest seriously here! They have pumpkin cheesecake to pumpkin bread! I'm not a big fan of pumpkin things but I'm totally down with all the apple and cider stuff :D Autumn Come on down to Harbor Lights if you want to feel at home, have a comfortable and welcoming place to do homework or meet up with a group of friends. They have free WiFi, delicious paninis, and cakes! Last but not least, the owners are pastors at their own church in town so they are close on the day of worship. read more

I love coming here. My husband and I had our first date here. The people who work here are lovely, I never have a bad experience. However, I don't really like the coffee. I always enjoy and iced coffee of some sort. But I feel like the syrup they use is really overpowering and you can tell it's a syrup. So I always have to order my coffee hot, and drink it about an hour later, which is obviously not the same. However, I come here for the Turkey Bistro Melt Panini. It's heaven on bread. The sauce on it is magical, and it is always fresh, vegetables meat, cheeses. It tastes like they grew and made everything in shop. And the cheesecakes are to die for, you can't ever go wrong with a slice from here, which they actually do make, in shop. read more

Still this serves as the sweetest little spot in LV for good coffee, fresh steeped teas and great food. Pies and cheesecakes are made fresh, brownies and much more. Haven't had a chance to try their food yet, but those days make one badass sweet whipped French vanilla cappuccino! I loved this coffeehouse! Their food menu is big too, they also have a baked goods cabinet with cheesecakes, pies, and breads that looked phenomenal. They have a parking lot as well as parallel street parking. Friendly staff too. I got the macaroni and cheese with bacon and it was really good! Honestly wasn't expecting it to be homemade, and I was ok with that but this definitely did not taste like it came from a box! It was way better than my expectations. A solid coffee experience from start to finish. Super-homey feel inside with the interior decorated with niche lighthouses and random decor. Staff were extremely friendly and there was a wide selection of baked goods to choose from for snacking. Black coffee was pretty good, fairy standard as far as coffee goes. Not sure who they use for their roasting, but it was a good roast that delivered the desired pick me up. Also had a egg sandwich on a bagel which was really good. Paired with the coffee, I was content to sit for a few and enjoy the ambiance and refreshments. Leavenworth is a stop I make twice a year for work. In a coffee desert like L-Town, I'll definitely be back to Harbor Lights in the future to enjoy some coffee and relaxation. read more
