After seeing a TV commercial, I decided to try Papa Murphy's. After calling to say my GPS directions must be wrong because I couldn't find the place, I realized GPS was right but I'd driven right by because their sign was not illuminated. It was 8:45pm on a Saturday night, and no one was in sight when I walked in. Eventually I walked into the kitchen, found two people cleaning up, and asked if they were still open. No smiles. I was served by an unenthusiastic employee, and watched as he carefully made my Cowboy Combo pizza, and wrapped it in Saran Wrap. It was HEAVY, and the paper plate it was prepared on was very flimsy. After heating in a 400 degree oven for 14 minutes, I followed the directions and let it sit for an additional 5 minutes. Only the edges were hot, but the crust would have burned if I'd left it in the oven any longer. Taste? The red sauce was tasteless. The sausage and pepperoni were ok; not at all spicy. The onions were few and far between, and were mixed with green peppers. So few of both that they were also almost tasteless. The cheese was ok, definitely REAL cheese but very mild. The crust was the biggest disappointment. The weight of the ingredients completely overwhelmed the very thin crust (but this was NOT the the thin crust that is also offered), and I've had far better/ tastier crusts on frozen store brand pizzas for 1/3 the cost. I really wanted to love Papa Murphy's as an option to pick-up or delivered pizza from a good "pizzeria", but this was a big disappointment. At $17 plus tax and tip for this combo (this is their "large" size), I can't think of a single reason to return. read more

There pizza is great. Sure. Definitely priced better than fair. But their staff? A+ 5 Star+ people working at the Harmony location. Where do they find these young folks? They are amazing! Every single time I visit they are the most friendly and professional staff of any business I've ever visited in NoCo. The most disgusting Papa Murphy's I have ever seen. Every inch of the pizza bar was covered in spilled toppings. The floor was brown with mud, there was white splatter all over the cookie dough cooler, and we were the only ones in the store. I have no idea how a manager would let a store get so dirty. Visible trash was scattered on the ground. I have been in to a lot of other locations never have I seen one so dirty. read more

She was able to deliver warmth and security through her willingness to put this pineapple, an exiled topping and considered taboo in this society, on our pizza. We normally get good service and products from this Papa Murphy's, but tonight was different. After my wife got home with our Family Size Chicken Garlic pizza, let's just say it left some things to be desired. This is our regular order from PMs and there was about half the amount of cheese and meat that we normally get on our pizza. There was so little of both that we had to add our own cheese and meat. The crust was folded over on the edge as well. Once it is all said and done, after ordering a $18 pizza we could have gotten better quality, a pre-cooked ready to eat pizza, and it delivered right to our door. When we arrived for pick up, guy told us they hadn't started yet but we could pay for it, then took another 20 mins to make it. No one else in there but him and a girl worker, no other customers, now we know why. Bad bad Pizza was just ok, had from other stores and they have been great. This is the prime example of a great neighborhood pizza joint. The girl who helped us, Taylor, was seriously so helpful. She really went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. She made sure that our pizza needs were met and did it with a smiling face. The place was tidy (all thanks to Taylor, of course) and we got our pizza nice and quick. Who ever manages this place, make sure to get Taylor a raise or else some competing pizza joints might be scouting her (Like Papa Johns). read more

I'm not asking for an over abundance of toppings, but for the price of the pizza, I expect my money's worth! I love Papa Murphy's pizza but am incredibly disappointed in the service at the Harmony location. Today (9/8) I received a text message with a BIG GAME BOGO offer (FREE Lg. Pepp w/purch of reg price lg pizza) and was looking forward to enjoying a pizza during the game. I called in my order, knowing they'd be busy with the Broncos playing, and was told the order would take about 40 minutes - no big deal, my family could wait. When I arrived to pick it up, the pricing didn't reflect the special and they said they needed to see my coupon. I went back out to my car to retrieve my phone only to realize that I hadn't brought it with me. I live about a mile from the store and had quickly left my house without it. I went back into the store to explain that I didn't have my phone and they insisted that without the text message, there would be no discount. I told them I didn't want the pizzas and had them refund my credit card before I left. I am a regular at the Harmony location, purchasing pizzas 2-3 times a month; plus, my cell phone number is on record at the store, and employees know I regularly receive texts because I use them frequently. The employees knew what the "deal" was and several customers were taking advantage of it, so I don't understand why they stood so firm on not honoring it. I don't think I'll go back... read more

This location is so filty! I have gone there twice and both times it was the same. Last night the floor was so wet, the water was pooling on the tiles and there was visible trash on the floor, plastic wrap from the pizzas and pizza toppings. I understand that it was snowing but someone should have mopped up the water. If someone fell in there they could get hurt. The owner needs to step up to the plate! The Loveland store is always so nice and clean and they have promotions which this store doesn't. I won't be back. I will drive to the Loveland store. You have lost my business. read more

Very disappointing customer service. After buying pizza from these guys for years, we were rewarded with treatment from the the Store Manager (Garrett - son of the owners) of a carefree attitude of losing a customer for life. We like using their coupons online and tonight my wife accidentally left the coupon page we printed at home. She was told by Garrett that unless we have the coupon, that we would be charged normal price. He suggested we drive home to get the coupon and come back. Amazingly, we drive past 3-4 other pizzeria's to frequent Papa Murphy's, needless to say from this day forward, we'll save some gas to order pizza from other businesses that are more accommodating. For the sake of a few dollars, these guys have lost a customer for life. Especially in this day and age where everything is digital, Garrett proceeded to tell me that they have no way of tracking coupons without a paper coupon. I hope this review will motivate you a little more in understanding the long term value of 1 customer and the negative impact poor customer service, no matter small, can have on your business. read more

Tasty pizza with great customer service! Tonight was even more exceptional; I called with 17 minutes till closing to get one of their pizzas and was told that they could make it if I could be there by closing. I let them know I lived about 2 minutes away and by the time I got in the building my food was ready! Efficiency in action! read more
