One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The staff at this Papa Murphy's location was extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to honor their own coupons and wouldn't even match the prices advertised on their own website. I was treated like a second-class citizen for trying to use a coupon printed on my Safeway receipt from the day before. Even worse, they denied the advertised special price after I specifically called ahead to confirm it before ordering. Completely unacceptable behavior. I won't be returning, and management seriously needs to step in, retrain their employees, and learn how to treat customers with basic respect. I like the idea of cooking the pizza on my own. And they also have vegan cheese. Love their pizzas.

They charge too much to have to listen to an employee's (young man with curly hair) car play thumping music while we tried to enjoy a meal.

For whatever reason we have been obsessed with pizza lately. We are tired of fancy restaurant pizzas gone wrong $$ and certainly haven't found store bought successes - got tired of creating our own. Tried for the first time- Papa Murphys (urged by a friend) and wow! We ordered thin crust- which was so thin you wondered if it would survive the baking- was so delicious! Difficult to pick up if you have a heavy ingredient pizza. Made us wonder what normal crust would be. Ingredients fresh- cheese melted and was gooey not coagulated - red sauce not over powering - the veggie garden was so so good!! We had half Hawaiian style and veggie and I could barely stay away from my hubby's garden side. Staff was awesome. We went in on a whim. So glad we did- will be back!! Have heard great things about their salads and cheese bread. Maybe next time!! read more

This location is always behind on orders. Orders placed online are guaranteed by a specific time are never ready, and typically wait anywhere from 20 min-1 hour before your pizza is ready. After calling ahead to check if the order will be ready by the time it says online, they tell you of course it will be ready at your time. This has never been the case. When confronted about the time, they are quick to defend themselves and never apologize or offer to make it right. read more

The Coburg Road Papa Murphy's location couldn't be more convenient. Their selection of pizza is good, and the staff couldn't be more friendly or timely. A great Papa Murphy's location. That being said, let me tell you that I am lactose intolerant so I'm very picky about what type of dairy I will eat. I do a lot of cooking so I buy a lot of ingredients but when it comes to cheese I always buy the freshest that I can find if I'm going to eat it at all. Murphy's DeLite Pizza is great, I love the thin crispy crust, but I think it is the Parmesan cheese that they use is not the freshest I found it to be very chewy after it was cooked. It may have not been the Parmesan cheese it may have been another type of cheese, whatever it was it wasn't fresh. I ordered a dairy free pizza and they gave me a gluten free pizza. Now because of their carelessness I and my baby have to suffer for a month while the dairy leaves our systems. Also all the teenagers working there when my husband went to pick up the pizzas realized their system was down and repeatedly cursed while trying to figure out how to fix it. So unprofessional. I'll start by saying that we have patronized the Coburg Road Papa Murphy's for many, many years with nary a glitch......until recently. Husband called in an order, 30 minute wait, no problem. When he went to pick it up he realized he had forgotten his mask. He was told he needed to have one on, he said he forgot his and do you have one I could put on? He was told no. He said he would pay with cash, showed them his $20 bill, said he would put it on the counter and wait outside if they could just bring it out to him when ready. Absurdly, again the answer was NO! Here I thought this was an actual business there to make money. Now that we know how trivial our money means to them we'll go elsewhere. Get it together PM's! Very disappointed. Called in a order, they said just 15 min, and what's more they made a bunch of extra cheese pizzas so would I like one for free. Yes I would. In the ten minutes it took me to walk there the wait time ballooned to over an hour. Their excuse was they got slammed with orders. Apparently all those big orders jumped ahead of mine!! After waiting for just about an hour my order was ready. Got home and checked what I paid and I was charged for the free pizza. Classic bait and switch: had they been honest about the hour long wait I probably would have gone somewhere else, and offering a lure of a free pizza and then charging for it anyway is just dishonest. Fortunately the pizzas taste great. But if you order here just beware that what they are saying is probably not the truth. read more

Well, I love pizza as does my son and I LOVE Papa Murphys Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza YUM! When my son runs up to the counter the person smiles and says "what can I do for you?", my son then launches into a VERY interesting explanation on what he wants and they have to check with me to see if that's REALLY what he ordered, it's always the same: cheese and PINEAPPLE. Most other pizza places look at you and say "cheese and pepperoni RIGHT?" no people my son is a vegetarian and he HATES pepperoni! All i get at Papa Murohys is: "how big do you need that?" Every time I go in there the music isn't to loud, the people are friendly and the pizza is great! You HAVE to try the S'Mores desert pizza! Its brown sugar, chocolate chips and marshmallows! 27 years old and I had never been to Papa Murphy's until a couple weeks ago! My boyfriend and I were driving home after a long day in Portland and didn't have the energy to cook or even dine inside of a restaurant. I had the idea to grab a pizza to bake at home but I didn't want to get it at a grocery store so we decided to try Papa Murphy's since it was on our way home. We walked in and ordered at the counter. A family size pizza that we wanted was on special for $11! You really can't beat that price. We chose thin crust and only waited about 5 minutes for it to be prepared. The staff was helpful when ordering and answered all of our questions. The location of this place is nothing special but there's a huge parking lot with tons of parking. When we got home we were a little confused as to how to bake the pizza because the directions weren't totally straight forward about if we bake on the tray they gave us or not but we looked it up online to be sure and yes, you do bake it on the tray that they give you. We baked it until the crust was crispy and honestly it was a pretty good pizza for only costing $11! The thin crust was nice because I didn't feel carbed out at the end. While it's obviously not the best pizza or the highest quality, it's a good cheap alternative to expensive pizza places. You do have to pick it up because they don't deliver. read more
