Popped in. Kevin took my order. He's friendly and personable. Churro was also very good. The new guy seemed to fit with the team. They all worked well with the manager. Celeste came out and also helped. They have a good staff here from what I've seen. Pizza here is really good. You could go to somewhere else and they cook a smaller pizza for you but I don't think the quality is the same. I'm throwing my pizza on the Traeger anyway. Two things are bringing me back. If I could give a zero I totally would. They always get our order wrong. And this last time they really messed up. I'm highly allergic to mushrooms, to the point I carry an epi pen. I asked for a chicken bacon pizza and I got a veggie pizza with lots of mushrooms when we turned around, my boyfriend took the pizza away from me immediately Because even touching it I can break out in hives. I ordered a pizza and 2 cookie doughs online. When I went to pick up, the pizza was ready but they were out of cookie dough. I asked for a refund on the cookie dough, but they were unable to process it. They said they would take care of it in a couple days when the manager was around. They said we got your name "Phil", and we'll take care of it. I said my name is Bill, and that they didn't inspire confidence. The guy then told me he didn't care, and I should leave. I ordered two large pizzas and thought I was ordering them from Canby and when I got to the pizza parlor they didn't have my order but they went ahead and shoot me two large pizzas within five minutes. And when I got home I looked at what I had called and made an order of turned out to be another location like Woodburn. My family comes here a lot and has yet to have a problem. But today was horrible! Called in our order and ordered Thick crust (like usual). When we got there to pick up our order we paid then found out they didn't make it thick crust. We were in a hurry so couldn't ask them to fix it. Got home and found the pizzas didn't have cooking directions; luckily we already knew how to make them (but what of those who didn't know??). Pizza wasn't as good as usual. Its rare we get cookie dough as well; but decided to tonight; but its a regret. It didn't taste good like usual. This place is always dirty, I know customers don't eat at the place but one would think the area where they assemble the pizza would get a wipe down once in awhile. It's gross. The last time I went on 6/29/15 I ordered right there at the store they said it would take 20 minutes. I went to Freddy's came back and after telling them 3 times what I ordered because each time I asked them they couldn't find the order. One time they even gave me the wrong pizza. I ordered online from the canby location as my boyfriend was driving through there and could pick up. He gets home and doesn't have the cheesy bread that was ordered. He also informed me he didn't even get a "hello" when entering the business. Ok... I get it...its papa Murphy's and it's $5 bread but it's still something that was paid for and ordered. I called the store to see if I could get a refund and was told that they could "write your name down and give you credit next time you come in"....ummm right. First of all we live 30 minutes from canby so that most likely wouldn't be happening. I asked to speak to the manager and this peach gave me zero apology, zero help, and was short and rude on the phone. Maybe it's her first job and she's 16 years old? Maybe she doesn't give 2 craps about my $5?? Either way, management at a pizza joint isn't her strong suit. I asked for her name and she said "oh don't you worry about that" and proceeded to hang up on me. So, here I am writing a review. I've been to several Papa Murphy's locations and have never had an experience like this. I ordered my pizza at 340 pm on a Friday and got it at 424 pm. Almost an hour for a pizza that's not baked?! Absolutely ridiculous. This location really needs to get it together. I also observed a female employee shut the door with her gloves on and then go on and make pizzas with the same gloves. Went into papa murphys today and the girl said they where closed. Me: no you're not you are open till 9:00 Pizza girl : yeah but we want to close early Me: how is that my problem? Pizza girl: well what do you want? I told the girl my order then I told her I had a cougar card and showed it to her. She told me the total. With out a thought I paid it. After getting into the truck is realized she never gave me the discoun. I can't stand the service here anymore. It's down right awful, and it's not the only time we have had a bad experience either. I am a pretty frequent customer of this restaurant and ordered 1 pizza by phone at 515 on Halloween. Was told the wait was about 30 mins, which was just fine, as we expected a wait on such a busy night. Arrived to pay for and pick up pizza at 6pm. Waited in line, and was told my pizza wasn't ready yet. Again, just fine as it was Halloween. The cashier checked in with me 3 times, assuring me it would be ready soon. At 620, I approached the cashier, to ask if there was any word on how much longer my pizza would take, as we had excited kids at home waiting to eat, and was told they still couldn't find it (or apparently take the time to make a new one). At this point, I asked for a refund, as I had been waiting in the store for 20mins (a total of 65 mins after I had ordered my pizza). I was told by the cashier, that I would have to speak with a different person to receive a refund. Waited in line to speak w/this person, explained why I wanted my money back, and she responded with "that's weird, we don't even have any orders right now." Again I stated I wanted my money back and I would find somewhere else for my family to eat. The cashier refunded my money without a hassle, however had nothing to say about the time I wasted, the mistake that was made (that could have easily been fixed 30 minutes after it had happened), or offered me anything but a simple "sorry." The first time I went into this location, I had ordered online, didn't get there until 20 minutes after I placed the order and I had to wait 10 minutes.....no one was in the front of the store. I could see my pizza sitting in the rack, but I didn't want to just take it. The next time I went in I ordered online, showed up 20 minutes later and had to wait as they didn't have it ready yet....after I got home I realized it was incorrect, but I didn't want to waste more time driving the 15 minutes back to the store to have them take another 15 minutes to remake it....so I just baked it and ate it. The next time I ordered via the phone and again I got there 15 minutes later and still had to wait another 10 minutes. The last time I ordered online....gave them 30 minutes (I had to wait in traffic), then when I got there and still had to wait another 5 minutes since they were busy. Once I got the pizza I noticed it was incorrect again, but I didn't make it out the door, so I went back and let them know. The girl was unapologetic and seemed like she had a bit of an attitude, but remade the pizza.....another 15 minute wait. After giving them the benefit of the doubt more than once....I won't go back to this location. I assume the management doesn't care or the owners don't care since they are the only location in Canby, but they seriously need to clean up the store and maybe hire some people that actually care about what they are doing. I noticed they throw receipts all over the floor behind the counter as well. It's too bad.....the Wilsonville location is amazing in comparison. read more

I just left Canby location. I walk in this gentlemen that was working behind the counter did not look very happy he tells one of the girls working there help her. She came over and I was ordering and asked what the largest pizza was and then the gentlemen behind the counter kind of was being a smart ass yes I used that word he took a giant and compared it to the large then she said we have the sizes right here, so I ordered the giant and she said it would be 15 mins. As I was sitting there the gentlemen was not very nice to the young lady's working with him, matter of fact he was very rude to them and you could tell they were very frustrated with him and I feel you do not treat your co-workers like that in front of people it was very sad to watch. If I was working there I would have walked off the job and left him on his own. He even could not have a smile on his face he acted like he was very disgusted with who ever walked in and unhappy. When the girl called my name I walked up and asked what his name was she said Chris. I said Thank You. This Chris guy needs to be fired. I have no respect for any one treating co-workers this way. You are a team you work together not treat them like shit in front of other customers. Save your frustration for later and try to be happy. If he is in there the next time I go in I will walk out. There is no way I will order anything as long as he is working. If he is this unhappy working there then this is not the job for him. Hope you take this to heart because those girls did not need to be treated the way they were being treated. Also just cooked the Pizza and it is the worst Cowboy Pizza we have ever gotten. My husband is really upset there is a lot of olives very little mushrooms very little meat and okay on the cheese.
