Pizza was great! We stopped here after an evening spent at the Silverton Christmas Market, decided on 2 pizzas and an Italian salad along with a few drinks. There is tons of parking and equally plenty of space and tables inside (this place would be awesome for big groups), we found a spot near the fireplace. The pizzas were brought out in timely fashion but we had to go and ask for the salad (turns out they forgot about it). Also, they had no knife to cut the pizza up for the toddler in our group. Customer service all around was about 1.8 stars. The food makes up for the rest though. I'd come here again for the food only. No one was rude but just kind of existing in the restaurant. read more

Abby's Legendary Pizza seemed promising when we were quickly browsing for a place to eat that was not too far away from the Woodburn Outlets...However, after receiving our three mini pizzas (Beef Taco Especial, Big Hawaiian, and Skinny's Special), I was a bit disappointed by the presentation. The Big Hawaiian one looked normal and was good! I didn't expect to have the vegetables on the Beef Taco Especial and Skinny's Special to be so loose and topped on the pizza the way it was. The vegetables are fresh, but it made it such a hassle and a mess to eat with the toppings falling off. We ordered a Caesar's Salad as well and it was absolutely pointless. It was hard to mix the small sauce packet they gave with it and there was a crazy amount of cheese in the salad. There's free parking and lots of TV's inside with different sporting channels on. read more

The pizza has never disappointed. I've been there around a busy day and a slow day. The service is always been decent. On one of the busy days (and I'm talking lines of folks) one of the staff members was short and skipped over me to help somebody else who was cutting in line. That was annoying but it's a small price to pay for good pizza! Weekdays it's a great day to pick up a pizza real quick. Weekends you might be waiting in line. People know where to go to get a good pizza. I've seen this place packed and empty as a desert. Depends on when you go. I'll take the slow days any day! Grab a slice! Good pizza. A little pricey. But better than the gut rot at ceasers or dominos! You can eat here with the fam. It's a relaxed, sit where you want environment. I just take the pizza home personally. Get some za! I love this pls s for pizza. Sometimes we drive 45 mins to come here. This is one of the best ones around for fresh great tasting pizza. We got the Abby's Special and it was delicious. However they need to figure out a way to keep the toppings from falling off your slice of pizza when you eat it. The crust is thin and delicious. The pizza costs like $53.00 for their giant 16 inch pizza which is basically a large pizza anywhere else. The beers are cold and so are the mugs they serve it in. I will come back again. Hopefully they can keep their prices down because I can't afford a $50 plus pizza too often. Oh it's kind of in a bad part of town too. So be sure to lock your doors. read more

I placed an order at 5:45 PM for a small pizza, wings, and a salad. Nearly two hours later, all we received was the small pizza and a spoiled salad -- no wings. The salad we did get was rotten. our pizza had cut tomatoes on top of the pizza with the core still attached, which is just unacceptable. While they did send a slightly bigger salad as a replacement, it didn't make up for the poor quality or the missing wings. It's now 7:11PM, and we're still waiting on the wings. It is so sad that we are at the mercy of this Abby's in Woodburn. It consistenly messes up orders and its managers have no idea how to manage issues. This is the 3rd time we have ended up with a normal cheese pizza rather than deep dish. One time, the manager on duty tried to convince my daughter the thin pizza WAS a deep dish! He lost that argument. Then comes my pizza....custom order: Pepperoni and onion. I got like 4 burnt straggles of onions on the whole pizza. WTH??!! Lastly, I ordered what looked like a protein heavy salad. Look at the menu photo! You cannot even see the iceberg lettuce with all the meat and cheese toppings. Look at the paltry, miserable, plastic container of iceberg lettuce that I got! Whoever owns this place needs to start from scratch with training. Sadly, we still order from here once in a while because this is Woodburn, and the restaurant choices are slim. read more

Came in today around 11, it was empty, quiet and clean. Employee was seen eating with someone else, and only after standing at the front and receiving no help or acknowledgement from anyone else, did he get up and ask how he could help us. We placed our order, and my friend (male) went to use the restroom, no soap or paper towels, women's bathroom was clean and stocked. Wait time was normal, maybe 15 minutes for the pizza. We asked for plates, as we were dining in, they gave us paper plates which our pizza destroyed (lots of oil - tasted good but plates were not efficient). When asking for a box, they gave us an extra small box, and I asked for something larger as we had too many slices to fit that box and they guy at the counter rolled his eyes and tossed a larger box across the table. It was awkward to be honest. Seems family friendly, pizza was okay but we spent 50 bucks for a 16" pizza and two sodas... A little pricey in my opinion. We used to have an Abby's near where I live and bar none... it puts this location to shame. I wouldn't recommend it, nor will I be going back. read more

This used to be our go to Pizza place. We would even make the 25 minute one way trek for it. Unfortunately, teenage kids running the place with poor customer service, a holier than thou attitude, and high cost of pizza has finally pushed me away from this place all together. We were had a takeout order of a giant Abby's Special and Pepperoni for a party. Food was ready quickly it went took it to go without looking and got home to find they gave us shrimp ham and pineapple. 10 minutes on hold because they couldn't manage the phones and then they wanted me to wait until the manager came back from getting more supplies to figure out what to do. Which really wasn't that hard. Make me the pizza I ordered. I wasn't rude, just told them. "No I wasn't going to wait for a manager and that I was on my way to get the correct pizza and it needed to be ready in the 25 minutes it would take. They finally agreed but it was another 15 minutes arguing over the phone to get them to provide the basic customer service. I didn't get anything for my troubles or return trip other than the pizza I ordered. Honestly not worth the frustration anymore. This place has gone downhill. read more

We went here the other night. The service was less than desirable way too many employees not doing a damn thing dirty tables. Poor customer service in the middle of trying to take my order the young man behind the counter with obvious signs of ADHD felt the need to talk to and help everyone else except for me. Who is first in line trying to place an order little scatterbrained all over the place overall, the place just wasn't what I expected from Abby's I've eaten at several Abby's not all of them are the same. I'm partial to the one in Newberg because they make great pizza. This pizza was nowhere near as good not to mention, I don't ever remember being charged $13 just to split a pizza and doing a half-N-half all of the specialty pizzas were like $32 for a large 16 inch but for some reason that I split mine my bill came to $45 for my pizza so that's 13 extra dollars just to split my pizza in half that's outrageous at that price. I should've just bought two larges. It would've been cheaper than trying to get them split half-and-half and next time that's probably what I'll do if I ever go back to this location, not to mention does anyone know when they started using fake cheese say its gross like plastic cheese wiz it doesn't melt like cheese it's more like Velveeta cheese spread and I don't think that crap belongs on pizzas at all I think I'm gonna try out Fultano's though I've had them down to the beach, but I've never eaten here at Woodburn so we'll see and it really sucks because Abby 's used to be one of my favorites read more

Service is always good here but the food has changed over the years. Not sure what happened to the pizza but it use to taste better. The wings are not as crispy and taste like they have more fat or breading. I hope they bring back their house made ranch because the premade ones they give out are not that good. read more

The younger girls, girl....(I don't know if it was the same person or another, they all have the same attitude) -works the counter could be more friendly, and give less attitude. I get the feeling she doesn't want to be there and doesn't want to exchange pleasantries with customers. Had it been only once, I would've passed it off as a bad day, or shift, but to have a look of disgust and annoyance, coupled with an attitude every-time I call in or pick up my food, says it's just the way this person goes through life. Greet your customers and give me them a smile. If you don't like working with people (customers), possibly finding a job with less or no interaction would better suit you. The manager was friendly and talkative, but the rest of the workers looked miserable and angry. Is that the attitude of a generation, this city, or the workplace...Sheesh! At a higher ticket per pizza than everywhere in Woodburn except Fazzoli's, the quality of ingredients was great. Unfortunately while the wonderful flavors would be greatly complimented by a soft, fluffy crust, you're left with two options; thin or pan. While the pan pizzas were an upcharge, if you favor an actual pizza crust go for it. The thin crust on the standard pizza lands firmly in two spots: over or under cooked. Here's our event's experience summed up: We ordered 4 large pizzas at a total of $103. Of the four pizzas, three had undercooked crusts and one was overcooked and charred. We ordered our pizzas first thing in the morning and set pick up time for 45 minutes prior to our event starting, as the website stated the order should take 30 minutes to cook. Our order was nearly an hour late. Another couple I spoke with inside the restaurant had ordered nearly an hour before my arrival and were still waiting for the pizzas. When we received our pizzas, we were given three large and one giant pizza, which was not the order. We attempted to correct it but the gentleman at the counter said to go ahead and just take the pizza since it was one we ordered but the wrong size. The restaurant itself is in need of basic updates and care like paint, parking lot repairs and a good cleaning. Overall the age of the business shows through in a charming way but can cause it to be easily overlooked as rundown and dirty. To be honest, the first time we drove by months ago we assumed it was shut down. Our event started 30-40 minutes late because of everything. I grew up on Abby's at the original location. While it's not the old style pizza ovens anymore, the pizza is pretty darned good. I had a hankering and this place was on the way home. I ordered a mini taco pizza. Wow, they piled on the toppings on this one. Don't recall ever getting one this full (so thank you). They didn't have any taco sauce to go with it, so that was a bummer. When I ordered, he rang it up as a small, not mini, so after getting that corrected, all was good. Just wish there was an Abby's closer to me. read more

Wouldn't be a problem if they offered every item on the website to order online. The potato wedges are not on the website, so you have to drive to the location and order in-person. The most of the staff are very friendly with the exception of a few that are not very good and consistent with customer service. A The floors were not clean. We ended up in this place while roadtripping down from California to Portland (then back). I was intrigued by the name of the place, so we decided to stop by and check out the place. We ordered a small Sicilian pizza, and we were treated to a beautiful lie... the pizza was huge!!! I did not expect that much from a "small" pizza. The pizza was filled with nothing but goodness! Crust was thin and crispy just the way I like it. Everything about it was incredibly delicious especially the sauce and GARLIC! We will definitely stop by the next time we take a trip up north! Even though I have lived in Woodburn for close to three years now, I have never been to Abby's Legendary Pizza. I guess the exterior appearance of the restaurant is discouraging and far from welcoming. Based on the good Yelp reviews I decided to give it a chance. This rated review will be based on food, service, and atmosphere. FOOD - If I rated it based on the garlic cheese breadsticks, it would be five stars with flying colors. Okay, the garlic cheese breadsticks are awesome here. Clearly the bread are made fresh; I wouldn't be surprised if they baked their own bread here. And of course the cheese is fresh and full of flavor. I ordered a half spiced pepperoni and half BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza was far from "legendary" status; I would give it a 4/5... maybe 7/10. It was not completely memorable. SERVICE - The customer service was so-so. The man at the counter did not have much of a personality. No welcoming greeting as we approached the counter and no free smiles. Maybe he was having a bad day? Later on, he was more open to conversation with customers he recognized. Guess we're not BFF yet? ATMOSPHERE - The restaurant was fairly empty because he got there around 5pm, before the dinnertime rush. By the time we nearly finished the meal, the place was at about 60% capacity. There was a couple of arcades there and candy/toy dispensers. The environment reminded of King Arthur or medieval times, which I'm assuming was their intended look.
