Last week, I stopped by the store in person after being unable to get through the phone system. I spoke directly with someone who identified herself as the store manager. I let her know we would be placing an order for around 25 pizzas for an event. She assured me that wouldn't be a problem--she would schedule extra staff and order additional supplies. Following her instructions, I submitted the order online at 4PM Monday. It was promptly canceled without explanation. Knowing I couldn't speak to a real person on the phone, I drove back to the store. The manager on duty was confrontational, dismissive, and contradicted her own earlier voicemail. She claimed no one was informed--then changed the story multiple times. Her tone was aggressive, and there was no accountability. This failure left us scrambling to feed dozens of families. We won't be placing any future orders with this store. The staff should be disciplined and retrained. By the way Talking to families at the event, they all said that Silverton Dominos is "the worst" and to avoid it. If you are the owner of this franchise, you are losing business, and if you are the Franchiser this business is damaging your reputation. read more

If I could give a negative star, I would. I placed an order about an hour ago. It shows delivered, but I have not received my order. I have been trying to call the store but have been placed on eternal hold. I tried going to their website and chatted with a "bot" who is going to send my case to customer service. I just want a refund for something I didn't get. And I want better customer service all the way around. Tried to pay with 50$ bill, but they couldn't get change, cashier could not speak English. I thought that I solved problem by proffering card, next week, card statement revealed substantial overcharge, 2nd week thought I'd buy another pizza and ask for correction, service personnel surprisingly uninterested in remedy, left my phone number expecting manager to call, he never did tried to call 'Mario', I couldn't get past phone tree, finally; I appealed overcharge with financial institution and got adjustment. Great pizza, comically bad service where one guy is concerned. To start, I walked into the store to order a pizza, paid for the pizza and even left a tip. The guy who took my order was unbelievably friendly and professional, telling me that the pizza would be ready in about 20 minutes. I said that would be fine.... I returned to Domino's about a half-hour later, certain that the pizza would be ready by then. I figured it would take all of about 20 seconds for them to hand me my pizza over the counter. I also noticed that the inside of Domino's was empty (no customers in line) ,and the parking lot in front of Domino's was empty. And so I left the engine on in my car (a car that still had someone else sitting in it), and proceeded to go inside to have them hand me my pizza so I could leave immediately. I certainly had no intention of loitering inside of Domino's! Just as a pulled up, a delivery guy pulled up behind me (picture below) and started to yell at me that he didn't like the way I had parked (in the entirely empty parking lot). I told him that I wasn't there to order anything but just to pick something up, and so I would be there for about 10 or 20 seconds. He scolded me that "it didn't matter." He then followed me into the Domino's store and yelled at the guys making pizzas, "He parked wrong! Don't give him his pizza until he re-parks his car!" At which point I yelled back, "I'm not parked! My car is running! I'm about to leave!" Said pizza delivery person then collected pizzas to deliver elsewhere, and I continue to stand there staring at the people behind the counter wondering if they were going to give me my pizza, as I wondered to myself if that man understood that it is illegal to denying someone a service they had already paid for. Eventually my pizza was handed to me, and I left. But not before I got a picture of this delivery person's vehicle. Below. The sad irony being that the pizza was actually pretty good, and for a good price, and everyone else except this angry delivery guy had been very polite. But after this absolutely bizarre and comical encounter -- who has ever been yelled at by a pizza delivery guy? -- I most definitely will not be returning to this location. read more

It would be ZERO if I could. Ordered online, picked it up and got home and the order was wrong. We called and after 35 minutes of holding finally spoke to someone with absolutely no customer service skills. They offered to have ME bring back the pizza and get another or store credit. One time they called me after about a hour of waiting to ask if I wanted to cancel my order because it could take another hour. Welp once again Domino's messed up. The pizza shown in the picture here is one that they forgot to bring. When it did arrive to the home it was already cold and it had this garlic sauce that im pretty sure they're supposed to put on before they bake it. Honestly I think I would rather get Little Ceasers at this point. At least they're decent and consistent. read more

The pizza has been fine from them. The one star is from the inaccuracy of the delivery times from door dash. Last night we were told 45 minutes which ended up being 1.5 hours to 2 hours. I ordered my pizza before hand since I was hosting a gathering, I get to the location to pick it up (it was prepaid) and I waited in line for a good 5 minutes behind some lady. It was my turn and then I was expecting the food to be prepared since I had already paid for it, I find out that it was going to be another 40 minutes for the pizzas to be ready! I found it very annoying that I was put into that situation, although I do not blame the workers since there was only one chef and one person at the front desk. These guys used to be decent. I've only ordered delivery from them twice in the last few years. Both of those times, the wait time, though initially projected for 45-1 hour or so, turned into 3 hours or longer. I just got off the phone with them... they told me it was going to be an hour and a half to two more hours to get my order delivered. (But they are closed in less than an hour.) Even though my order was 3rd in line. I understand being short staffed. (They only have one driver.) But I could drive every street in my town twice and be back to any location in less time than that. For about 2 years, they didn't even offer delivery service. Now I see why they stopped. They started equality checking our pizza at 8:09.The pizza was obviously wrong. It did not have pineapple. Instead greasy pepperoni. The pizza was warm at best by the time I finished my first slice it was cold. As you can see I picked at the crust which was the warmest and crunchiest part. When I called to let the restaurant know. Stopped in to pick up a couple pizzas for lunch. They were pretty busy with orders and walk ins since it is a holiday. While waiting for our pizzas, the employees went back and forth from handling cash at the register to the food prep area. I stood there and watched them for 10 minutes. I never once saw them wash their hands after handling money, touching the cash register, or answering the phone. And they do not use food handling gloves. After I watched one of the employees handle the change in the change drawer and then directly box up my pizzas, I immediately asked for a refund and expressed my concerns to all 3 employees working. They responded with "they always use hand sanitizer in between working with food". Which they didn't do one single time while I was there. And I'm pretty sure that that doesn't count as hand washing in the food industry. I can't be alone when I say that that response actually made me feel worse to know that the food prep area is not only contaminated with whatever germs they had on their hand from handling money, but also with hand sanitizer. Not ok. But after seeing their washing sink, I'm not sure that that would've been any better. It was filthy. There was no way that I was about to feed my kids food from this restaurant. read more
